Not a problem, they are eager to please with the tweaks and preferences I sometimes make. Two Caesar salads prepared with fresh greens and one with two eggs on top came to like $14. I find that an incredibly value for the portion size and quality. They have indoor and outdoor seating (with covered umbellas when sunny if you wish) and the ambiance is casual and easy. Although I am failing to know any of the names of the staff, everyone is always so nice, welcoming, kind and proud of their "little engine that could" establishment. The employee I spoke with--who gave his name as Sergio--said they were training a new worker who had been making many mistakes. If an inexperienced employee is causing repeated errors, orders should be checked before they leave the restaurant. I told Sergio I wasn't lying and that I had photos and the receipt. He checked and apologized, but said the restaurant policy requires customers to bring incorrect food back in. I explained I live 15 minutes away and had ordered online to avoid the wait; I also noted the cost of gas. I asked for a refund or for them to prepare a corrected sandwich for me to pick up later, but he refused. I asked for the supervisor; he said her name was Amanda and she was not on shift, but might be in tomorrow so I could try then. This situation is unacceptable. The guy making my sandwich was friendly, upbeat, and cracking jokes about my #13 The Original Italian. It was piled high with my request for extra tomatoes, lettuce, and jalapeños. My first bite was full of love, because it was made with love. Soooo good when done right. Hats off to the people who work here and they deserved the extra tip I gave, which I don't normally tip at fast food joints.
