I had a very disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A on Rainbow and Lake Mead in Las Vegas. The customer service I received from a representative named Kai was far below what I expected. The interaction felt dismissive, unwelcoming, and lacked the courtesy and professionalism that Chick-fil-A is known for. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that I left feeling as though I was being treated differently than other customers around me. While I cannot know anyone's intentions, the interaction gave me a strong sense of prejudice or bias, which was upsetting and disappointing. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, kindness, and fairness. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, reviews the situation, and provides additional customer service training to ensure all guests feel valued and welcome. read more

I don't usually frequent this location, but today it was on the way. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, waffle fries with the honey mustard sauce and the banana pudding Shake. I don't eat Chick-Fil-A much, but when I do, I'm always pleasantly surprised in new ways. (Shoutout to Kyle! He managed a crazy line during the lunch rush while also being nice to every customer, greeting them with a kind smile! Management, give Kyle his praises! Hospitality at this specific location is a -10/5. I received poor service from the "Director" Daniel he was very angry/ rude, short & disrespectful during my visit. Instead of trying to address me with my concerns brought to his attention he thought it was instead ok to laugh in my face. (Which was also seen in a review from a few years back so this is a pattern) He didn't give me the time of day to hear me out & he truly didn't care. He told me any restaurant complaint made is going directly to him (Daniel) in which he would delete. After my experience I was connected to Vince Merrell the "Operator" to share my experience & he mirrored the same demeanor as Daniel. Vince instead of hearing my concerns he encouraged me to understand things from Daniel perspective & went on a tangent about how busy it was for him and he was stressed. He mentioned many irrelevant stories about his family and said "it's just chicken!" Vince didn't offer any sincere understanding either. He basically said "Daniel has worked for me for the past 6-7 years I know him & his work ethic." Again me as the customer...I couldn't care less about the bromance! Vince went on to tell me how he fought very hard to acquire his building & how the licensing team knows him. Again a simple complaint/ feedback turned into a flipped script of how I need to show his workers a bit more respect. Vince went on to tell me how Daniel doesn't like me & that's the reasoning behind his actions. This experience in all left a bad stench in the air and I will never spend money at this location again yet encourage anyone close to me. This experience alone ultimately damaged the companies reputation in my eyes! I'm shocked that at a company run on high expectations this was the service I experienced. this is my guilty pleasure. I always order the same thing.. 4 pc chicken strips with buffalo sauce.. I love it that it's always quick, Hot, and crispy! staff at drive through are always nice. During Christmas they had awesome lighting!! My only complain would be the fries and limited drink options.. would be nice to have a less sugary sodas or better water options..and their fries is not my fav.. no flavor really.. just potato.. need more seasoning. read more

I live near this location and every time I use the drive-through the staff is incredibly rude. They rush you, interrupt you when you're ordering and appear to be incredibly disinterested in giving even the most basic customer service. I grew up in the Carolinas and I am very familiar with Chick-fil-a . When I was a kid in the 70's and 80's they were in the mall . Now to the future , they have become very popular and came across the country . They are known for great service and fresh chicken . I have been to this location a couple times since they opened and waited till the excitement went down a little , since I hate crowds . It is still very popular . Since this coronavirus things is going on , only the drive thru is open and it was run pretty smooth today even though there were lots of cars . I like that they have a large cover over the area , so in the summer it will help with waiting in line in the 100 degree weather . Today I got a regular chicken sandwich and a sweet tea and 2 packets of mayo . I can't eat a chicken sandwich dry . The sandwich was fresh and good and the sweet tea was not quite sweet enough . I don't like it overly sweet like another restaurant with the big M , but it could use a little notch up in the sweetness . I had the spicy chicken sandwich last time . I also came in once for breakfast and the chicken biscuit is good and I added an egg to mine . We ordered about a dozen chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and mac 'n cheese through the app for pickup to skip all that and when we got there after 15-minutes from the time we ordered, it was ready! Chick-fil-A still makes one of the best chicken sandwiches, it's tasty, buttery bun goodness, delicious crunch + juiciness and even better with more pickles and a tad of spice (try the spicy version, the extra kick is quite nice). Their mac 'n cheese is amazingly good and the crispy waffle fries dipped in the original sauce is the bomb! I stayed in the Summerlin area back in early April. I stopped by here a few times to pick up lunch and dinner. Each time I would place my order on the mobile app and pick up my order via the drive-thru lane. Even though the line was long, it moved along at a decent pace. Each time, it was a fairly quick in and out process. Per the usual, their employees were all very nice and courteous. The quality of the food was also on par with any Chick-fil-A that I've visited. I found this manager (Sarrissa) extremely condescending and passive aggressive. This wouldn't have been a problem but she wanted to be sassy and make a unessscsry remark . An item was not brought out with my food so I went to the front to ask for the item and she came out . She said do I need help and I said "yes Im sorry I didnt get my lemonade."And she said what the name for the order was . I didnt know my girlfriend had given the cashier her name so I told her oh "im sorry I dont remember.- I was gonna say I dont remember giving him my name but she cut me off and said "you dont remember your name ???. And I said uhm no thats not"- and then the cashier that originally took my order brought my lemonade and said sorry. My family and I decided to check out the new Chick-fil-a at 95/Lake Mead. Typically when I travel for work, especially in the Huntsville AL area, I'll stop by Chick-fil-a for breakfast. We arrived at Chick-fil-a around 11:00. The restaurant was relatively empty inside. Breakfast stops serving at 10:30. Parking is relatively spacious at this location as well. We had ordered the following - 1) Kids Meal (chicken tenders) with fruit and chocolate milk 2) 2 Chicken Deluxe (1 meal and 1 just the sandwich plain) 3) 20 Chicken Tenders (fried) 4) Grilled Chicken Wrap with Italian dressing. My daughter had noticed the playroom in the back of the restaurant. She went straight into the playroom after our order. The order came out pretty quick, but the first thing we noticed was how wrong the order was. Instead of 2 chicken deluxe meals, we got a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the [2] chicken deluxe sandwiches. We ended up not mentioning anything about this. The order also provided two different dressing, a balsamic and a ranch based dressing, not Italian dressing. Unfortunately, I don't like balsamic dressing or ranch based dressing. My boyfriend ended up eating the chicken wrap. My daughter's kids meal was missing her chocolate milk drink. The order was relatively expensive also - $40.00 for lunch. The customer service at the register was sub-par at this location, however, the staff out on the floor was helpful and would come by our table asking to clean it. I don't think I'll be back to this Chick-fil-a location anytime soon. If you're in the mood for Chick-fil-a, I'd recommend checking out the other locations in Vegas. read more

On the bright side, the chicken was very tender and had a great spicy level. However, I feel that Chick-fil-A is overpriced for their lack of quality. Until the new Chick-fil-A opens on Fort Apache and Charleston, this is the nearest one to me. This location used to be awesome, but lately it has really gone downhill. First of all, what happened to the food here? Everything has been overly salty and undercooked. I have wasted and thrown away half of my meal since nothing tastes as good as it used to. Since COVID, I have been placing curbside orders through the app. Most of the time they give me the wrong item or something is missing. One time half of the chicken was missing from the Chick-n-Minis, they have forgotten side orders and we were given the wrong drinks. They used to make sure that the orders are correct before handing them off to customers. What is the point of having curbside if I have to double check every item, take a sip of my drink to make sure it is right and then have to get out of the car to go inside to complain? No thank you! I have submitted complaints through the app and usually someone from their corporate office will email you back. Sometimes they will credit your Chick-fil-A account with a free menu item. Other times, they will tell you that your feedback will be forwarded to the appropriate person at the specific restaurant, but no response. The employees are always polite and friendly, I will give them that. Hopefully the new location will be much better. read more

Pretty bummed to have to write this review. I've used this location several times for catering orders for the school I work at. I used it Thursday for my daughters Valentine's Day party. Lunch for the whole school starts at 11:30 so I had my order pickup time set for 11:00. I get there and my order isn't ready to go until 11:30 and then it's about a 15 minute drive back to the school. So The kids had about 20 minutes to get it all passed out and eaten before their naps. Why would they ask you to choose a pickup time if it's not going to be ready then? Another thing that was annoying was that they crammed four large beverages into one cup holder that promptly broke when I picked up the handle to bring it into the school.
