Just delicious and fresh baked breads!!!!
    Jenny P.

It's always enjoyable to stop by and grab a brunch or breakfast bite here. Good is always fresh and delicious. Coffee is just right and sourdough is super delicious. Also, their croissants are nothing to skip for when available. Service is friendly and food comes out on time. There is seating outside of the location if interested to stay and enjoy your meal.

This place is a gem. Not a lot of seating, but I got a table and had the Breakfast Sammy with Smoked Ham, Fried Egg, Gruyere Cheese and Arugala. Sourdough was nice and chewy and lots of air bubbles. So good. The Smoked Ham was light and so delicious and the Gruyere cheese was a perfect blend with the Arugala on there. It was a great find and I definitely will be back. I also had the blueberry cream tart, which was amazing. So light and flaky. And I took home a loaf of sourdough bread so that I can have it all week long. I will definitely be back here. At least until I start making my own sourdough bread again

Second time here but it's been about 7 months. They serve amazing pastries! Come super hungry or prepared to take food home! And be aware that once they sell out, well that's it!! When the temps got a little hot today not only did they turn on the fans but the misters as well and it felt an instant 10 degrees cooler!!

We return yet again to this treasure...the Daily Bread is a Little gem nestled in the mist of serene rows of suburban homes and relaxing lakes. Take a stroll by the lake after a bite. Breakfast Sammy & Salmon Benedict still delicious ! Worn but still holds charm. Don't forget to take a loaf of their crusty bread home. Take yourself away from large casino food to this little retreat, hard to find but worth the visit ... hidden in the suburbs of Summerlin. Warm Welcome and wonderful service ... delicious!

This is a great place to have a morning coffee and croissant. The sour dough bread is outstanding . Scott the owner is out checking on you . This is a must stop for breakfast and bread. The food was so good I started eating before the pictures LOL .

We were drawn to this bakery based on the great reviews. Once inside the store, everything looks promising as you see the bakers at work prepping their pastries & breads. Unfortunately it just didn't hit the mark for us. The almond croissant had almost no filling in it at all, was very small & disappointing. It lacked that characteristic almond flavor and sweetness. The pistachio & chocolate pastries were slightly better. We ordered 3 coffees - 1 iced & 2 hot lattes. They were so weak we didn't even bother finishing them. Also watch out for the cushions on the patio - they are wet & the birds pick on the plates at the vacated tables.

Hidden in a little nook of the shopping center, you walk underneath the awning and see the attempt to transport us away from the desert and to, what I imagine, is the front of a French bistro. Plants and shrubbery decorate the surrounding tables and chairs. There's a limited number and, at most, seats 4-5 ppl, depending on the table you select. The delicious smell is what helps you locate this hidden garden! You can place your order at the counter, to-go or to eat-in. Lots of people were putting in an order to go for their sourdough bread. And im glad we let temptation sway us because we ended up getting the 2nd to last loaf of the day AND that bread melted in your mouth. No need to add anything else. Im guilty of just nibbling a slice in the middle of the night. So before I continue my serenading of their bread, let's go to the meals. I'm partial to eggs benedict so had to get the smoked salmon benedict, especially since it came with capers. My group also ordered an avocado toast and the hash. Everything was great and I think it had to do with the fresh bread that comes with the meals. My coffee drinking companion said their coffee was fresh and came close to perfect. She added a couple of more sugars to suit her preference. It was a relaxing experience, filled with inviting aromas, and you get the pleasure of seeing people with their pets. I recommend stopping in or ordering something to-go.

Came by The Daily Bread Bakery to grab a few pastries and enjoy a little patio time. The patio seating is honestly super cute, it's a nice spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the weather. The menu is pretty straightforward, nothing overwhelming, and the prices are decent for a bakery stop. Customer service was okay. Not bad, just very minimal interaction. I barely saw anyone working the floor, so it didn't feel super welcoming or engaging...more of a quick in and out experience. One thing that really stood out (and not in the best way) was the number of pigeons flying into the dining area. They were eating leftovers off of their bussing trays that still had food in them. That made it a little uncomfortable while trying to enjoy the space. It might help if trays were cleared quicker to keep the area cleaner. I walked in specifically hoping for a variety of danishes or pastries, but the selection was pretty limited that day, mostly plain croissants and a croissant roll with pesto cheese. Not a huge assortment, at least during my visit. I was expecting a bit more variety from a bakery. Overall, it's a cute spot with potential. With a wider pastry selection, a little more attention to the dining area, and slightly more customer engagement, it could really elevate the experience.

I don't know. I chose these because they looked wonderful.

They are small place for sitting down to eat. Although when I asked the owner (who I figured was), he said he work some out for us next door, Being another restaurant. There was a short line, no big deal for us. In my heart I knew the food would great. So against the protests of my group, I didn't budge. We ended up sitting at table big enough for us. We were talked before and after our meal by the chef. He is also the owner. We compliment him on everything because we are absolutely happy. Excited to find this place, my friend she planning to bring daughter here on her next visit. There was nothing that I saw or felt even tasted that was just wonderful. I don't wear rose colored glasses. I read a review from someone who was so negative, I had try this place. Nothing is ever that bad. I am grateful I did. Thank chef and your wonderful team. Satisfied customers right here.

What a great find. I've had Daily Bread bookmarked for a while now and glad we were able to give them a try. Outdoor patio seating only. With thay said they do have misters to cool you down if it's hot. It was still hot in my opinion but not uncomfortable. Order at the counter and have a seat. Food: Avocado Toast Porchetta The Avocado Toast had a generous amount of tasty avocado with pickled red onions. What a great balance. The porchetta was my favorite. The meat was tender and the basil pesto tasted amazing. It really hit the spot. Lastly, we had some kind of mango cro-nut. To me it was okay but for Tupac he enjoyed it.

Hidden Gem in Desert Shores with Homemade Bread This spot had been on my bookmarks for a long time, and I finally visited last weekend. It offers outdoor seating in the restaurant row area of Desert Shores, near Americana. Ambiance: (3/5) It is all patio seating with no indoor dining area. I didn't mind it, but my cousin couldn't tolerate the Vegas heat, which is understandable during Vegas summer. I also got three big mosquito bites, so I suggest using bug spray if you're visiting in the warmer months. Service: (3/5) The chef greeted us and asked what we would like to drink before the rest of our party arrived. He graciously brought us drinks, but we didn't realize we had to order at the counter. Once everyone arrived, we placed our orders. Unfortunately, our coffees were given to another table, and our food arrived much later than those who ordered after us. The chef was friendly, but the staff didn't seem very organized. Food: (4/5) We ordered the eggs Benedict and chicken fried chicken. Both dishes were decent, though the chicken portion was quite small. The biscuit and gravy were tasty. Overall: It was a decent experience. I might come back once summer is over.

    Delicious cinnamon rolls!

This is a hidden gem we found when doing our early morning walk! It has outdoor seating and fills up fast. They offer the most amazing pastries. The cinnamon rolls are not only delicious but big enough to share! I had to take extras home for the family to try. The staff are always friendly and eager. I can't do my walk without stopping for coffee and pastries.

Is this place worth the drive? YES, Chef! Owner Scott, winner of Hell's Kitchen Season 12, proves exactly why when you step into The Daily Bread. The restaurant is small, warm, and beautiful, with an open kitchen, fresh bread, and pastries on full display. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, so much so that they actually walked our food over to us two doors down because the restaurant was packed. That alone shows how much people already know how good this place is. We started with a croissant and a strawberry danish. Both were excellent! flaky, buttery, and not the least bit dry. I even grabbed a few extra pastries to take home. Next up was the avocado toast, which my wife declared, "the best I've ever had." I'll take her word for it. And then came the star for me, the chorizo tacos. Absolutely fantastic. The flavors were spot on, and while they were perfect as is, I'd love to see a spicy chorizo version added someday. If you're wondering whether it's worth making the trip don't hesitate. This spot is a gem, and Chef Scott delivers on every level.

But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! This place gets very busy, and seating fills up quickly. If you're with friends or family, have someone save a table while the others order. Overall, Gäbi is one of my favorite cafés in Las Vegas, and I continue to bring friends and family whenever I get the chance. Between the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful atmosphere, and the hidden speakeasy vibe, it's truly one of the most unique café experiences in town.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
