This is a little bakery that has breads and pastries, coffee and breakfast/brunch options for take out or to be eaten on a small semi-enclosed patio. I got an assortment of all of the pastries they were offering that day and also purchased a loaf of their sourdough. The star was definitely the cinnamon roll that came with a side of delicious cream cheese frosting. The various croissants were also good but not remarkable. I was very confused about the sourdough when I got home. I do bake sourdough at home myself so I am very familiar with the process and taste profile. My husband and I both thought this bread tasted like regular yeast bread as it didn't have the tang nor the consistency of sourdough. I would not have opted to pay $10 for a loaf of regular country bread. All in all, the bakery is solid but i did not understand the hype reviews. If I had to choose one item here, I'd go for the cinnamon roll. read more

I was told that fresh sourdough loaves were available for sale here and I was very happy to see them. You can really smell them when you walk through the door. The smell of fresh bread has to be the best thing ever. I purchased a few loaves for a few family members as well and we all agreed that they are the best. I'm most likely going to be here at least once a week from now on. They also offer some different pastries and other types of bread. I was told by the cashier that during the holidays, other items become available and to check their website for details. I'll definitely be doing that. So happy I found this place. Perfect coffee shop in Summerlin! The setup is so fun and perfect to go on a date or with family. You order inside their small shop and they only have outside seating. They do have fans and misters which helps a little even on a hot Vegas day! This place is a gem. Not a lot of seating, but I got a table and had the Breakfast Sammy with Smoked Ham, Fried Egg, Gruyere Cheese and Arugala. Sourdough was nice and chewy and lots of air bubbles. So good. The Smoked Ham was light and so delicious and the Gruyere cheese was a perfect blend with the Arugala on there. It was a great find and I definitely will be back. I also had the blueberry cream tart, which was amazing. So light and flaky. And I took home a loaf of sourdough bread so that I can have it all week long. I will definitely be back here. We came here on a Saturday morning after randomly choosing the place, so we didn't know what to expect. All we wanted was a good pastry and coffee, and this place delivered. As soon as we walked in, we noticed all the fresh bread. The restaurant is small and cozy, and it's located in such a cute area. We were drawn to this bakery based on the great reviews. Once inside the store, everything looks promising as you see the bakers at work prepping their pastries & breads. Unfortunately it just didn't hit the mark for us. The almond croissant had almost no filling in it at all, was very small & disappointing. It lacked that characteristic almond flavor and sweetness. The pistachio & chocolate pastries were slightly better. We ordered 3 coffees - 1 iced & 2 hot lattes. They were so weak we didn't even bother finishing them. The delicious smell is what helps you locate this hidden garden! You can place your order at the counter, to-go or to eat-in. Lots of people were putting in an order to go for their sourdough bread. And im glad we let temptation sway us because we ended up getting the 2nd to last loaf of the day AND that bread melted in your mouth. No need to add anything else. Im guilty of just nibbling a slice in the middle of the night. So before I continue my serenading of their bread, let's go to the meals. I'm partial to eggs benedict so had to get the smoked salmon benedict, especially since it came with capers. My group also ordered an avocado toast and the hash. Everything was great and I think it had to do with the fresh bread that comes with the meals. My coffee drinking companion said their coffee was fresh and came close to perfect. She added a couple of more sugars to suit her preference. It was a relaxing experience, filled with inviting aromas, and you get the pleasure of seeing people with their pets. They are small place for sitting down to eat. Although when I asked the owner (who I figured was), he said he work some out for us next door, Being another restaurant. There was a short line, no big deal for us. In my heart I knew the food would great. So against the protests of my group, I didn't budge. We ended up sitting at table big enough for us. We were talked before and after our meal by the chef. He is also the owner. We compliment him on everything because we are absolutely happy. Excited to find this place, my friend she planning to bring daughter here on her next visit. There was nothing that I saw or felt even tasted that was just wonderful. With thay said they do have misters to cool you down if it's hot. It was still hot in my opinion but not uncomfortable. Order at the counter and have a seat. The maple bread pudding was the best bread pudding I have had since NYC 17 years ago. The cinnamon bun was also epic. The staff were excellent with their suggestions. The menu is pretty straightforward, nothing overwhelming, and the prices are decent for a bakery stop. Customer service was okay. Not bad, just very minimal interaction. I barely saw anyone working the floor, so it didn't feel super welcoming or engaging...more of a quick in and out experience. One thing that really stood out (and not in the best way) was the number of pigeons flying into the dining area. They were eating leftovers off of their bussing trays that still had food in them. That made it a little uncomfortable while trying to enjoy the space. It might help if trays were cleared quicker to keep the area cleaner. I walked in specifically hoping for a variety of danishes or pastries, but the selection was pretty limited that day, mostly plain croissants and a croissant roll with pesto cheese. Not a huge assortment, at least during my visit. I was expecting a bit more variety from a bakery. Overall, it's a cute spot with potential. It offers outdoor seating in the restaurant row area of Desert Shores, near Americana. Ambiance: (3/5) It is all patio seating with no indoor dining area. I didn't mind it, but my cousin couldn't tolerate the Vegas heat, which is understandable during Vegas summer. I also got three big mosquito bites, so I suggest using bug spray if you're visiting in the warmer months. Service: (3/5) The chef greeted us and asked what we would like to drink before the rest of our party arrived. He graciously brought us drinks, but we didn't realize we had to order at the counter. Once everyone arrived, we placed our orders. Unfortunately, our coffees were given to another table, and our food arrived much later than those who ordered after us. The chef was friendly, but the staff didn't seem very organized. Food: (4/5) We ordered the eggs Benedict and chicken fried chicken. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, so much so that they actually walked our food over to us two doors down because the restaurant was packed. That alone shows how much people already know how good this place is. We started with a croissant and a strawberry danish. Both were excellent! flaky, buttery, and not the least bit dry. I even grabbed a few extra pastries to take home. Next up was the avocado toast, which my wife declared, "the best I've ever had." I'll take her word for it. And then came the star for me, the chorizo tacos. Absolutely fantastic. The flavors were spot on, and while they were perfect as is, I'd love to see a spicy chorizo version added someday. Absolutely the most charming little place, and the Best damn bread, my gods. If it would fit in my suitcase I swear... The bakery itself is a teeny little place, couter and register, a side spot with sugar and straws and a water dispenser and so on, and the kitchen itself. The crew is a handful of people, very familial vibe amongst the bakers, and it smells delicious. The seating area is all outside on a covered patio- come in through a big vine-covered arched trellis and settle in the bent wire cafe furniture under the fans or (more important for me as it is chilly and raining) the heater. The food lives up to the promise of the concept. As I said, the bread is absolutely delicious, so everything on it is as well. My avo toast was vergy generously covered with avocado spread and two beautifully poached eggs, with pickled red onion on top. I kinda wanted to lick the plate when I was done. It was good enough that I have an Italian sandwich to go (I am already nibbling the golden-crisped bread on the top of the panini) and some of the pastries for later. 10/10, would come back to Vegas for this. read more

Oh wow!! I highly recommend! The Eggs Florentina was delicious! I was skeptical, but the cream-cheesy spinach inside the omelette paired so well with the freshly baked sourdough bread! My wife loved her Eggs Benedict too. We devoured the freshly made cimarron rolls, and even took some to-go. They also serve freshly made breads, croissants, and other pastries from scratch! Outside seating only! But there are mist machines blowing around to make it comfortable. In the winter, they have outdoor patio heaters in the ceiling. Friendly service and amazing food. The Beni (eggs Benedict) was on this fabulous sourdough slice and the eggs were poached perfectly. Thinly sliced ham. The sourdough had a crunchy crust and the inside bread absorbed the yolk and hollandaise sauce in the most amazing way. I'm full and still drooling over it all!! Delicious pastries and sweet OJ. Also tried the chorizo tacos, tortillas tasted fresh and the fried potatoes on both dishes were homemade, cooked and seasoned well with a perfect crispy outside and soft inside. No ketchup needed. I've visited a couple of times, and although they offer one of the best avocado toasts I've ever had, I must warn that this place gets PACKED on the weekends. They cannot accommodate large parties, so I wouldn't even try. I have waited a good 20 minutes for a table before. It is first come first serve and you seat yourself. Visiting on a weekday is optimal, and especially for parties under 4. Note that parking is shared with other businesses and parking spots are just as hard to come by as empty tables.
