This is the best "Arby's" beef and cheddar you can get. Big sandwich filled with good quality beef.

Small sandwich that is right on Rainbow blvd. Its a cute spot with a small menu and I liked that cause it doesn't feel overwhelming. My boyfriend and I split the Primanti Brothers sandwich since we heard they are pretty big. The sandwich was definitely thicked and packed with meat. The sandwich came with salami, ham, amish coleslaw, provolone cheese, french fries, mayo on top of sourdough bread. It was so good and hit the spot! Their sides are all decently priced $3 for chips and fries. Cashier was friendly and they were pretty quick on making our order. We would love to come back and try more sandwiches. The chimichurri one captured our eye for next time.

This little sandwich shop sits on the corner of Patrick Ln and Rainbow Blvd - so don't miss it because it's definitely worth visiting! The menu isn't huge, which is usually a good sign, because it means they try and perfect what they have on there. And that philosophy obviously works because so far the 3 different sandwiches I've had here have all been absolutely delicious. The beef chimichurri might be my favorite one. The bread is nice and soft and the meat is flavorful. It also comes with a layer of (garlic?) french fries over the roast beef. I've also had the Italian Hoagie and the Prime Beef & Cheddar and both are just as yummy. And they come loaded with meat - so 1 sandwich is definitely enough but just in case they offer different chips you can buy to go along with your meal. We'll definitely be back because I have my eye on their caprese sandwich. Good job Prosper Sandwich! You definitely made a regular out of me.

Like the name says...it's a proper deli sandwich. Equal parts filling to bread. We left satisfied and full bellies. The staff was friendly & service was quick. Interior is clean & comfortable. I see why it's a Yelp favorite. Flavors were good but didn't knock my socks off.

So this has quickly turned into my "go to" sando shop. I was just introduced to this place about a month ago and can basically say ive ordered from here at least once a week (sometimes twice). The environment is hospitable , they have beers on tap, and the sandos are just so good. I have yet to go wrong with any of them but my favorites are the Primanti and the Rachel. Ive also had the caprese and the italian hoagie...and eyeing the other ones at this pt. The side of fries are crispy and delicious as well and then the mac salad with spam is just solid. Honestly just really solid sandos packed with flavors and love the variety of sandos they have. Definitely the spot for me and will continue hitting it up to try all the options

Delicious Sandwiches made with fresh ingredients! We got a couple of Bahn Mis, one beef and one of their best seller --Grilled Lemongrass pork Bahn Mi. We also ordered their house-made potato chips and lemon coconut cookie, which were both out of this world!! There are Plenty of seating available inside & Friendly service! We will definitely come back and give their other menu items a Proper try!!

My husbands choice, also very good!

I've been coming to Proper Sandwich since they first opened, back when the owner was still taking orders himself, and it has truly been one of my favorite places ever since. Every single sandwich is made with so much care you can genuinely taste the love in the food. They have options for everyone, the sides are always amazing, and even the kids' sandwiches are so good. It's one of our go-to lunch spots and has been for years. Today especially meant a lot to me. I'm currently pregnant and asked if they could heat up the meat on my sandwich, and not only did they do it without hesitation, they added a sweet little note on my order letting me know. It was such a small gesture but it honestly made me cry. That kind of thoughtfulness is so rare. They've never messed up my order, the quality is always consistent, and the experience is always great. Truly a 10/10 every single time. If you haven't tried Proper Sandwich yet, you're missing out.

Very cool sandwich shop, great atmosphere, loved the music, customer service was excellent by the gentleman working today Sunday 6/1 around 1:30 pm. He was very friendly and recommended a few sandwiches for us. He also offered a water cup which was nice considering the temperatures outside and most places you have to ask for a water cup, he definitely anticipated customers needs. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing! Better than crumbl for sure, the salt gives it a really savory touch. I got the Italian hoagie toasted and the flavors were really great. The caprese sandwich was so refreshing, the pesto spread they use was yummy! I was amazed by them having fries, most sandwich places don't have fries and the fries were delicious. They even have beer and wine, definitely trying some on my next visit. I really enjoyed stopping by today!

Turkey club minus bacon and mayo with cheddar.

Nice atmosphere for a sandwich place. I had a modified turkey club (no bacon with cheddar and no mayo) and it was delicious. My husband had regular turkey club and enjoyed it as well. It was fresh tasting and the place was clean. Service was quick and friendly. Would eat there again. It was better than well known sandwich chains.

This is a very unassuming sandwich spot in a random strip mall area, as most incredible places are! It's counter service and I ordered the Italian Beef sandwich with fries. The fries were crispy and delicious with seasoning, and the sandwich was hot and delicious and had an amazing au jus on the side to dip. Very clean restaurant and honestly would be great to eat in or take out. They have an extensive menu so I'll definitely be back for more!

Recommended to me by a foodie himself but I had to check it out myself! The restaurant was so clean and tidy. The staff was very attentive and inviting! The food was ready shortly and then it was time for the review. The chicken was so juicy and paired perfectly with all the ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised and will return again

Ordered to go and everything held up perfectly. I got Kyle's Chimichurri Beef and it was really good--tender house-made roast beef, flavorful chimichurri, crispy fries, and sautéed mushrooms with a great chimichurri aioli on ciabatta with provolone. Packed with flavor and not soggy at all. Easily a standout sandwich and I'll definitely be ordering again.

I had a coworker tell me about this place and he mentioned that they had a Primanti Brothers sandwich. Being from Pittsburgh, where this sandwich is from, I had to try it. Overall, it was good, but there could have been some slight changes. First off, the fries that were on the sandwich were excellent! The only part for me that was a disappointment was the coleslaw. A Primanti bros sandwich has a vinegar based cole slaw and the cole slaw they used was creamy and they also added mayo which is never on a Primanti bros sandwich. I do appreciate a "west coast" Primanti sandwich any chance I get. It was a little on the pricy side, but I will go back another time and try another sandwich.

During our short wait for menus and our server, we scoped out the beer menu and enjoyed the music selection. It was a bit loud, but the music was good so the volume was not an issue. I was stoked to see a solid lunch special selection. We immediately ordered the deviled eggs appetizer, a Blonde Ale for my husband, and a Lambic style apricot beer for me. For food, we decided on the buttermilk chicken sandwich with fries, the chicken bahn mi with the house made chips, and a slice of mango pomelo cheesecake for the road. Our table had a little bit of everything -- loco moco, Portuguese sausage, extra Spam, gravy and rice, kimchi fried rice, stuffed French toast, and the Sole Moco. Everything landed well. The kimchi fried rice was a standout for my daughter -- flavorful without being overpowering, just the right balance. The stuffed French toast was tasty and satisfying without being too heavy. My husband loved the Sole Moco, and the portions did not disappoint. But the star of the show for me? The Da Hale pancake. It's a thin, buttery pancake that might sound simple -- but add a little coconut sauce and it becomes something special. Absolutely my favorite thing on the menu. A quick tip: if you're not big on heavy gravy, ask for it on the side when ordering any of the loco mocos. You'll thank yourself later. One thing to keep in mind -- Da Hale is a bar in the evenings, so the ambiance leans more in that direction. It's not quite what you might picture for a breakfast spot, but don't let that stop you. What really keeps us coming back, though, is the service. Both visits, we were helped by the same server -- warm, friendly, and she even remembered us from the first time. We were a group of four. We ordered a couple different breakfast items, but ultimately ended up sharing everything with one another. All of the flavors were truly like some that we had experienced on previous trips back in the 808. I really love that they have so many different options for kids meals. My kiddo went with something very simple and very basic but still, to have the options and the items available was great. They really enjoyed the crispy edges on the pancakes. I really liked the gravy on the loco moco. But better than the food was the service. Auntie was so sweet. She was so chatty. My husband explained to her how it was that we came to find this restaurant. Auntie started talking about the different visitors that they've had who have featured them on social media once my husband blurted out (some guy's) name from Instagram that he saw a video of having dined here. Really, no matter. Everything was very good. Food prices were reasonable. But again, the one thing that really made the entire experience was the friendly conversation, the references that were made of experiences shared. It was just a really fun time and a casual setting. Another thing that was cool, there's a little stage at the very front of the restaurant. They do have live entertainment from time to time. I'm told it's a great time and that the food is even better at that time. So it's definitely something to check out. Parking is in the back. Enter through there in the back entrance. But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

Over the past month, I've dined here midweek three times alone at the bar. Last night I had beef…read moretartare followed by bolognese served with fresh-made paccheri. Both were outstanding. The tartare was authentically Italian, made simply with EVOO and light seasoning to let the tender and flavorful beef shine through and accompanied with shaved Parmesan. The bolognese was the best I've ever eaten, boldly seasoned but with all flavors harmoniously balanced. The paccheri was perfectly cooked. On previous visits I've enjoyed Roman-style artichokes, Utica greens (very tasty but greens a bit stringy), shrimp and squid fra diavolo (shrimp were outstanding but the squid could have been a bit more tender), and beef cheek ragu with pappardelle. Despite a few minor flaws, all were full flavored, well made, and rivaled some of the finest meals I've had during times spent in Italy. Prices are a bit high for an off-strip locale but justified by the obvious high quality of the ingredients used, skillful and authentic preparation, and the warmth and professional level of service. Glad I discovered this place and already looking forward to my next visit.

I've heard of and have gone to many of the Flowing Tide locations in Northern Nevada, mostly Reno,…read moreso I decided to come here to this location with a work friend for lunch. We both had fish and chips on our brains, and I know Flowing Tide in the north has yummy fish and chips, so I was hoping this Vegas location would too. The menus for all the locations in both Northern and Southern Nevada are posted online. This location was easy to find, Vegas is so easy to get around, everything is all laid out on a grid, with big throughfares every one mile. We just got on Trop as the locals call it, till we got to Decater and go a little bit and there we are. The place is open 24 hrs. like a lot of things in Vegas. Parking is easy and we go right in. Looking at the menu, I see prices are higher by a few bucks per item and I see more upscale items on the menu that we don't have in the north, like crab cakes! I saw the fish and chips, so that's what we got. I really don't care for coleslaw in general, so I got mine with double fries instead and my friend likes coleslaw and is cutting carbs, so she got double coleslaw and no fries. The order comes with 4 nice pieces of crispy deep fried fish, along with malt vinegar of course. The fish was super hot and tasty seasoned at the table with salt and malt vinegar. I was taught that was the British way to do fish and chips, tarter and catsup is the American way! If I'm down here in Vegas again, I'll have to give some of these more upscale items a try, unless Flowing Tide decides to bring them to Reno locations.

Serious value and flavor at this spot! Got this Peppermint Schnapps like drink was only $7 and…read moretasted perfectly balanced. Was shocked at the quality of the liquor combined with the other additions. Legit peppermint candies grinded up inside. Nachos were hefty and tasted perfect. Cheese was nicely melted and had a great sharp cheddar flavor. So many nachos have globs of flavorless goop. Will be back whenever I make a Vegas trip.
