We placed our order through the app (super convenient) for a #6 Roast Beef and Provolone and a #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak. ## The Experience The place was hopping during the dinner rush when we arrived, which explained why our wait was a bit longer than expected. That said, I was impressed watching the staff hustle behind the counter - everyone was working efficiently and still managing to be friendly to each customer. No small feat during a lunch rush! ## The Food Our sandwiches were absolutely worth the short wait. The #6 Roast Beef and Provolone ($10.95) was made perfectly - tender roast beef with that delicious combo of provolone, red wine vinegar, and fresh veggies on their rosemary parmesan bread. The #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak ($10.25) was equally impressive - juicy philly chicken with white American cheese, just the right amount of jalapeño heat, and those perfectly grilled onions. I appreciated that they followed our "extra love" special instruction too! ## The Value At just over $21 before tax for two substantial sandwiches, the value is solid. I stood in line waiting...(WATCHING) only 1 employee changed their gloves ..ONCE after cooking, but not between handling every meat, slicer handle, bread, condiments, etc AFTER using the cash register... and then was going to try to handle our food with the same filthy cross contaminated gloves.. DISGUSTING AND DANGEROUS Actually a HEALTH HAZARD!!!! If you plan on eating here you're taking your chances. They need at least remedial food service handling training and an inspection. read more

Foods great, but the delivery service for large orders sucks! I'm sorry, but I'm not sorry for saying that. Every time an order is place for me and my coworkers (between 7-12 sandwiches), they NEVER write the names OR at the least the number of the sandwich so that we can easily pass them out. Nope, I have to go in and OPEN EVERYONE'S SANDWICH just to see who got what. That's terrible and unsanitary. That is not ok. Please do better Jersey Mike's! read more

You can never go wrong with jersey mikes. I got a mini of the club sub- Mikes way with no onion and a little mayo with banana peppers on rosemary Parmesan bread. Had my food within minutes, my bread was fresh, and everything was good as always! read more

Every sub I have purchased from here has been absolutely amazingly delicious!!! My favorite sandwich place. They don't skimp on meat!!!

The service at this location is far better than the location on Merle Hay...a younger female employee greeted me upon arrival and departure. I got my usual, the number 11 on rosemary parmesian. Sandwich was nicely dressed and they didn't short me when I requested "extra juice". Highly recommend this location! read more

But I have to go in to get it. I had this originally delivered. I have often ordered from this location. Tara, was fast and is always professional with a smile. I Love this store!!

While the food was good I think when I went in they were overwhelmed with the amount of people ordering food. We ordered two cold sandwiches/wraps and one hot sandwich/wrap. The cold sandwiches were made quickly but it took almost another 15 minutes for the hot sandwich to be ready. One person was done with their cold sandwich and then had to wait as the person with the hot sandwich ate. I would go there again but will not order if they are busy as the wait is not worth it read more

Since they have started serving online orders the staff can't keep up with orders. I'm currently at the Prairie Trail location and I e been waiting 25 minutes and counting for a hot sub. Two weeks ago I stopped by and waited almost 15 minutes for someone to take my order with only 4 people in front of me. That does not include the 3 people that walked out because of the long wait. If a solution to this problem can fix this then I will be back, but until then I will avoid this location. I will say the food is always very good, just terrible customer service, which I do not blame the staff, they have been put into a situation that doesn't allow them to be successful. read more
