Goodness! This place was packed!! My traveling friend and I were worried we weren't going to be able to get anything to eat so luckily this spot was right by our gate since we were traveling back to SFO/Bay Area. The line was actually long, but their sandwiches are very filling so we figured it was worth the wait. There were three different workers we could see, one lady on register, one gentleman starting sandwiches and setting up the next section for the middleman putting together the sandwiches. For some reason or another, the two gentlemen switched places and some of the orders got misconstrued. I'm not too sure why they switched but maybe a change of pace? The lady on register was only ringing customers up and since some of the sandwiches had to go through the oven and be baked I think that's where the hangup was. All three employees were incredibly friendly and fast as they could be since there was a line of at least 10 people!! Some peoples orders came up faster than others, but I think that was due to if their sandwich was supposed to be hot or cold. I wouldn't mind coming back here and eating, my sandwich was very filling, minus it had pepper Cheaneys and I did not want that on there. Even though it's in the airport, it was up to the usual Mike's standards. Very good sandwiches. Way better than other chains I've tried.

I love Jersey Mike's and excited there was one in the airport. I waited patiently for it to open at 8 am so I could pick up a sandwich for my flight. It says they open at 10 am, but there was a sign that said they opened at 8 am. I saw a worker slicing the meats ahead of time. However, shortly after 8 am, I noticed they still weren't open. I asked the worker and she said the bread arrived late so they weren't opening until later. I saw all the bread there so not sure why they couldn't go ahead and make them. read more

One of the few places open later in the evening, so no other options. There was one guy slicing and 15 people in line when I started. Eventually another employee started taking orders and slicing so the other employee could put the veggies/sauces on the subs and cash us out. Jersey Mikes on Hank Aaron completely ignored what I said I wanted on my sandwich. Only thing I got was lettuce, mayonnaise and cheese, which I had asked for the Mike's way which on Uber eats the Mike's way is lettuce tomato onion mayonnaise I had asked for pickle, which was on there that you could get and I asked for banana peppers. I got none of that. The man said you got the Mike's Way which doesn't comes with any of that. I went back on Uber's website to pull up Jersey Mike's and the Mike's way does not say that. it says what I said, but what's so bad about it they would not answer the phone again when I called back to tell him about it. You can go over to the places on the north side of town and get Jersey Mike's and it will be so much better than what's over here. I'm just saying. I couldnt find Jersey Mikes terminal C in Yelp so I added it but this is a goto place for me in the ATL airport terminal C. I get the italian sandwich which is far superior than any sandwich of this type. They freshly cut the meat and cheese and have fresh bread. Not sure if you always get as much meat as they offered today but it was a very generous amount of meat usually several kinds including salami and sandwich pepperoni and provolone cheese. There can be a short wait for them to make the sandwich as they are cutting all the meat as you order which tastes great. They have all the usual toppings too. read more

Had a really unpleasant experience here. The employee who served us, Porcia Bennet, was extremely rude and impatient. We ordered two half sandwiches -- one was supposed to have everything on it, but she refused to add the toppings and acted annoyed when we tried to explain. She even made a rude face at us while we were placing our order. On top of that, she was speaking disrespectfully to the trainee working with her, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. First time at this location. You can't sit in here due to the Coronavirus, but social distancing is a must and you will be safe in here. I had a regular size sub, ham and cheese with heavy mayonnaise, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. The sub was fair, but I didn't eat all of it. I also had a soda and salt and vinegar chips. Jersey Mike's has never disappointed me. I needed some lunch after my flight from Indy, and there was no line at Jersey Mike's, so figured I would get in line for a sandwich. The staff member who took my order was gracious and friendly, but lacked a little professionalism because he was having side conversations with a co-worker while preparing the sandwich and not paying attention at times, but was doing Ok with my sandwich. The ambiance was Ok for a sandwich place, and was clean, but not necessarily attractive looking for being at the airport. I ordered the tuna salad sandwich Mike's way on whole wheat bread. It was wonderful and delicious! Mike's Way is the specialty way to have your sandwich made at Jersey Mike's, and it is worth it! The combination of spices is magnificent. All in all, Jersey Mike's subs are the best and they will always be my go to sandwich if I am on the run and want something quick and fast! Go to Jersey Mike's for a sandwich! Friendly staff, i was able (barely) due to a tight connection able to get a sandwich. So they have the half size which is what i wanted but i dont think bigger ones are available. They have a smaller menu and they kept yelling numbers at me like do you have the #8, when that number means nothing to me especially because their digital board was not working. I dont know all of the circumstances but i saw a starbucks employee come and make an order without waiting in kine and then an associate went and cooked chicken and made that persons good before helping the others waiting. He was also handed his sandwich over the back side of the counter without passing the cash register. My sandwich came with me on my flight and it was really good. read more

I'll keep it brief -- Service: So slow I could have raised my own pigs for slaughter and turned them into deli meat before this crew made my sandwich. Food: they were advertising bread they were out of (only had white and wheat). Weren't doing hot subs and absolutely nothing on the menu sign indicated that fact until you waited and got up there to order. I'm not usually one to leave a review, but this place was so bad that I just had to. They were extremely rude due to the fact they were closing in the next 30 minutes, but open is open. We can't help when our flights land so if a restaurant is still open we are going to go. Also, they were making the sandwiches directly on the counter rather than on the paper they roll it up in. It was so unsanitary - they were not cleaning it off at all, just throwing the bread on the counter and sloppily putting toppings on. I ordered the Chipotle chicken sub. The bread (Rosemary Parm) was nice and fresh. Just a suggestion; I think they should ask if you want it cut. It is definitely a nice size sub. Bought a sub for the flight. Not crowded, off-peak late morning. No "order here" sign so some guessed wrong and lined up at the register. The manager called the miscreants over with a vague "over here!". Then the cashier rushed me thru Apple Pay and taking my receipt. Just swipe a card. Chicken Philly Cheese Steak was flavorful, stuffed & delicious!!!! I normally have to dress my Sammy w/ condiments but since it's an airport, I just took it as is... and it was perfect!!! Jersey Subs Atlanta Airport 3pm on July 22nd I was literally yelled at by the lady taking orders because I did not hear her because I was "on my phone" while in line texting someone as the very long line eventually came to my turn. I love this company and the heart of your CEO but getting yelled at by your employee is a really bad thing. I hope you let her know no Bueno and perhaps move her and her short patienced nastiness to the back and not interacting with customers. Legit the worst Jersey Mikes I've been to in my life, if Shaniqua and Shanaynay hate their job so much, quit it's that simple. The absolute worst experience I've ever had just trying to get a sandwich. We were 5th in line and it took us around 30 mins to get our (me and my wife's) order. We ordered two #7s. The woman making the sandwiches was rude and rushed us through due to a lack of order within their own sandwich making assembly line. She made our sandwiches incorrectly. She was rude. Marcus was a one man show, handling 3 and 4 orders at a time. He cleared the line incredibly fast. Super polite, great attitude. He changed gloves for a gluten free order, washed the knife for a vegan order. My sandwich was the best Jersey Mike's sub I've had. Marcus needs a raise, and they need 3 more like him! read more
