The fries were just okay, nothing that stood out. It is still Bow Time, no question. I will say I have a slight preference for the Charlotte Airport location. They were out of almost everything. So I ordered a biscuit. The two people working there stood around talking while I waited over 5 minutes for a biscuit that was just sitting there. I asked if they were making it from scratch. The woman says no, it's right here and then I asked if I could have it. She gave it to me and said nothing. For airport food, this was great. Hot, fresh, tasty fried chicken. The chicken actually has some seasoning on it and is not plain, like it typically is at other places. Conveniently located across from the Delta Sky Lounge. I couldn't leave Georgia without getting my Bojangles fix. This time I ordered breakfast since I had a morning flight back. There were only a few people in line and the line moved along quickly. The staff were friendly and fun. Their smiles and positive attitudes that morning were infectious and were exactly what I needed to power through a travel day. Great to have a Bo's at the airport but...! Tell me why even though the sign says they do not close until 11 by 9:30 they were out of most items lol. I mean, all you serve is different types of chicken...how are you out of things? There were very specific items that were left. The line was fairly long but moved pretty fast but if you in a rush I still suggest not taking the chance to wait. I could tell they were short staffed so they get a pass this time. They were sold out of everything but #12, #13 and some breast chicken. They had no sandwiches. Awful customer service - I arrived at Bojangles at 9:25 pm well before the 10:00pm closing time - they had no sides, no sweet tea, and no chicken strips bc they were "about to close". I asked did they close at 10:00pm or 9:25pm and I was told that they were preparing to close. The meal hit the spot and kept me full until after we reached our destination. After going through security, go right and this Bojangles' is a short walk away. It's situated between Gates T7 and T6, across from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf cafe. Shortly after 7:00am on an ordinary Thursday, there was a small line at this Bojangles'. The staff did a good job and the line moved quick. My server was Alexis and she was nice. I had a Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit ($3.49) and a 12-ounce Tropicana orange juice ($4.29). This rang up to $8.40 after tax. Not bad for airport food, both in terms of taste and price. The biscuit sandwich tasted consistent with other Bojangles' locations, which was good. It was fresh, warm, scrumptious, and satisfying. Well made, too. I like Tropicana OJ and this one was nicely chilled and refreshing. I picked up a bottle with no pulp. I'm not sure if they carried the kind with pulp. This Terminal T location is the only Bojangles' at Hartsfield-Jackson, the world's busiest airport. Being born and raised in North Carolina, where Bojangles' originated, I've always been a fan of this fast food chain. There are hundreds of locations, mostly in the Carolinas and Georgia (top three states). There are also locations as far west as Illinois, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Recommend giving Bojangles a try. I have Popeye's and KFC and in my opinion they're much better. Mashed potatoes actually taste real compared to powder made ones. And the Mac N Cheese was better than a restaurant I tried in New Orleans. Found this place thanks to our Delta stewardess. She even explained how to find it. Only complaint was the cashier. The name of this restaurant is really funny and cute. Bojangles. I had to try it. It reminds me of Popeye's fried chicken. I saw this place at the Delta terminal T at the Atlanta airport. Also, apparently 3-4 people were on break and not working to either cook food, help customers or clean the absolutely filthy dining area. The food was cold and practically inedible. Later, when I went to pick up my food, I was unsure if I could collect it without a receipt. At that point, the cashier made an unnecessary fuss, stating that she had already asked and that "customers need to listen." This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. We stopped here during both of our flights to Tampa because my husband grew up on Bojangles. He and his father would eat at Bojangles 3 times a week when he was a kid. We live out west now so there are no Bojangles around and when we have a layover at this airport we get excited about stopping by here for some tenders, fries and sweet tea. Unfortunately on our flight in, they were out of fries. On our flight out, they were out of fries, tenders and sweet tea. Thankfully the employee refilled the sweet tea but only after the cashier (7:30 pm) yelled at him to do it in front of all the people waiting in the long line. They both bickered with each other. Moves a little slower than a proper storefront, but as long as you have a few extra minutes to wait in line, you should be fine. I always used to get a Cajun chicken filet biscuit combo, French fries, iced tea. The Cajun chicken still has that orange spice ring. The tea at this location is a little less sweet but the fries and biscuit are as good as I remember. Decided to also remind myself of the boberry biscuit and the replacement for the cinnamon twist - the cinnamon biscuit. The cinnamon biscuit is better (and sweeter) than the blueberry biscuit. We were looking for a quick bite, and I must admit that I was a little apprehensive to order from Bojangles, because of the awful experiences (at different locations), I'd had in the past. Probably one of the worst Bojangles restaurants I've ever been at. As you can tell from the pictures counters and tables need to be wiped down condiments, straws, napkins and silverware need to be stocked. Replace as busy as Atlanta airport I get that things wouldn't be stocked consistently. But I sat in the dining room eating my food for 40 minutes and no one came out and stocked anything. When I asked the girl behind the counter if they had any butter for the rolls she said "naa we ain't got none of that." Hands down my go-to eats anytime I'm in the Atlanta Airport. Located in Terminal T, Bojangles is worth the train ride regardless of where I'm flying from or flying to. My top choices here are the Cajun biscuit (breakfast is served all day!) & the three wing dinner. The chicken is seasoned nicely & fried to perfection. The biscuits are flavorful & fluffy, just like grandma makes. The seasoned fries are ok but the mashed potatoes & gravy (white gravy, they don't have brown) & Mac & cheese are scrumptious.
