My mom and I came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, and right after we placed our order, we definitely avoided the lunch, rush! I let the guy who was cutting the meats know that I had some food restrictions, and he was very accommodating, although he did not change the blade or cut my meat separately, so that was kind of unfortunate. Thankfully, it's just a food restriction and not an allergy, but I would be concerned for anybody who wanted to eat here that has allergies. We also thought it was very weird that when they print the order receipt, they put it on top of the sandwich, bread or order that they are preparing. That is extremely unsanitary! I've been to this location a few times now and find myself walking out the door frustrated each time. The first thing I notice each time is that it's pretty dead inside, not many people inside and presumably no online orders either (no tickets hung, nobody working on prepping sandwiches, etc). Despite it being very slow, it takes an egregiously long time to make it through the line of 2 people (myself included). Each time I have had a part of my order forgotten or messed up. If you've ever been to a Jersey Mikes, you know that they write everything down on a piece of transfer paper and make a sandwich afterwards, not at this location. Nothing is being written down and orders are being made incorrectly. The dining room is a little messy and back line/where food is being prepared looks a little gross. read more

So I come in to this store and no one acknowledges my presence everybody's looking down and I'm standing there for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to ask if I wanted anything to order then as they start making my food I notice they're handling all of the ingredients the bread the lettuce the tomatoes the meat after handling receipts that they printed out to go with the sandwiches that they're making I dont know if you know but all that ink that's on those receipts it's very toxic and they're handling your sandwiches with the gloves after they've had their hands all over these receipts so my advice is stay as far away from this place as you can. read more

The bread at Jersey Mike's is perfectly, soft, fresh and tasty. The meats and cheese were definitely fresh and plentiful. I want to say 70% of the time it's good there's, there's at least 10 flies flying everywhere inside but lately it seems like they're getting the subs wrong there forgetting ingredients or they're being skimpy. Just left Jersey Mike's 11/13/22 and when I got home, they forgot the bacon it wouldn't be a big deal if a few days ago and the week after that they really didn't put any meat in the sub. I went on a Sunday to get some sandwiches & they had a note taped to the door that said "no bread." I thought it was weird because I went around 7pm, which is a little early considering they close at 9pm. So I thought I would just come back another day... Wednesday comes around & my family placed an online order so we could just pick it up after work. We arrived to the shop & waited about 20-25 mins after the scheduled time, the girl let my mom know they were short staffed, again we understood & gave them more time. Then we get home & none of our sandwiches are what we ordered. I ordered the "Big Kahuna" which has chicken & mushrooms (my sandwich was just bread & chicken, not even cheese). We called the store to let them know & they said "are you sure you requested those sandwiches, you have to make sure you hit edit or else they come regular." We found our online order, repeated it to the employee over the phone & she said "well we were running low on ingredients..." Just ordered three subs from this store. What a waste of money. Why are they still open? One of the subs I ordered was the Chipotle Philly STEAK. SLOPPY. Sauce just everywhere poured on it. Came in hungry from a long trip from California. Meet three smiling faces who immediately welcomed me warmly into the establishment. First notice, everything was clean and well taken care of. I have never left a Yelp review, but after leaving this establishment I couldn't believe the lack of basic sanitation and had to leave a review. We showed up at 10:30am, store opened at 10am so I was surprised to see how dirty the place looked. Upon entering I noticed the counters where food was prepared were dirty and looked like they had not been wiped down for days. Bread crumbs and food debris all over the counter. The meat slicers (not sure correct term) had meat and food build up and looked like it had not been cleaned properly in some time. I gave the girl my order. She proceeded to start on my order as I looked around. I noticed the glass case where meat and cheeses were refrigerated had old meat drippings and a large chunk of meat sitting in a tray with brown juices. Meat looked old. I observed her grab raw chicken with gloves and proceed to handle the bread with the same gloves. I could see the raw chicken juice on the bread. My husband went to wash his hands in the bathroom and came out with a look on his face. I told him let's go, I couldn't eat there. He agreed so we told the girl never mind. As we walked out my husband was telling me how disgusting the bathroom was. He said it smelled like a wet dog and the sink was black, as though they poured something in the sink like oil. I have never walked out of a restaurant or food establishment for lack of sanitation. But I could only imagine what else I couldn't see behind the counters and in the kitchen area. My order was placed online, I arrived at the designated time 15 mins later. The inside of the store had a garbage can to the right of the door upon entering the facility. There were flies, when I got there, 3 people were in line. They greeted me & asked what my name was. Then the rep stated they were completing my order. I waited and watched as they helped all other customers. But I noticed that each time they touched the screen to cash out the customers; they used the same gloves. When they went to the back to get more bread or get a new scraper; same gloves. Each time the man on the grill touched the food then went to the back, then came to make another sandwich same gloves. Not only that, after I waited it turns out they never made my order & were trying to give me another customers order. I asked them to cancel & the woman stated she just works there & just started working doing the best she can. But she doesn't know how to do a cancellation, the man thankfully did.
