My husband & I enjoy treating ourselves to JM's...but not this time. Visited 7/01/2026 at around 3pm. Both of our subs were made wrong after repeating several times what we wanted. Lack of focus on the part of your associates!!! Ordered #9. No bacon or tomatoes( requested). 1 slice of roast beef? Ordered #13 Mike's Way. Started to put mayo on it then scraped it off! No tomatoes & very little lettuce. The meat(s) portions were ok. Had to keep repeating extra juice. We were really disappointed with our subs. Not a good experience. Total indifference. Perhaps when Jersey Mikes was sold the quality began to drop. I stopped going as they reduced the protein quantity and overall quality however the price remained high. I used to spend a lot of $$ at Jersy Mikes but it is NOT the same. Today I thought I would give it a shot again. No meat and quality was not there. I love the subs. If you go in, the service is good. It is a totally different experience if you order online. The two times I have ordered on line I had to wait an additional 15-30 minutes after the time they gave me. The last time the made at least 2 dozen subs while I waited. Where to start... Wasn't expecting the service we got, the service was fantastic, they greeted us very friendly and awesome. We ordered the super club with banana peppers and provolone instead of Swiss and it was absolutely amazing. There was meat in every bite! Money well spent. A definite "go back to" place. Jersey Mikes is brand new so I had to check it out. Got the Big Kahuna chicken but they don't bring it back over to the station so you can't even put tomatoes on it or anything. The club supreme was good but the regular size is overpriced for what you get. Luckily we had some coupons. Southside does a way better job at cold subs for the value. An interesting novelty to have in Batavia but Southside wins for subs, price and service every time. read more

Wow. What a disappointment. Jersey Mikes is not cheap but you almost always get what you paid for. A fat filling sub that you don't regret. Today, I regret. Saturday afternoon for a 2:30 pick up. Giant Portobello which sets you back $19.06. Open the sub and see that it is a big piece of bread. I've never seen any JM location skimp on toppings like this. The grilled onions were raw, the sliver of green pepper was ok. The portobello was practically nonexistent. A deep disappointment. read more

Our order was taken, it was a to go order. Asked for two regular sandwiches on Rosemary Parm bread. Get home, one regular on rosemary parm bread, one large on regular bread. Two very different experiences at the same location. Usually it's nice & the workers are friendly. The last time I went in, the manager was grumpy & aggravated that I showed him a screenshot of my Amerks ticket, when the promotion says show a screenshot of your ticket... he wanted to see my actual ticket, which was in my husbands Apple wallet, not mine. hate to give a bad review because how they train and how this place is supposed to be was not what I experienced recently. Yesterday, my wife tried to order subs during open hours, and they told door dash that they were out of everything simply because they didn't want to make our subs more than a half hour before they close. Then, I made a pick up order online, went there to pick it up, and there was nothing on the pick up order shelf, where they are literally told to put it. I was sitting there with 2 impatient kids for about a half hour before realizing that it was ready, but never placed on the pick up section. The employees were very slow moving and barely talked, yet, it was not busy when I was there. I just hope that this review helps to improve, what I consider a great company with values read more

Also had an associate (possibly a manager) take my cash with gloves on and used the same gloves to slice meat afterwards. Store was clean though and employees were super friendly. I walked in the store with my friends to get a sub and worker named Karleigh starts yelling and cussing at us because she didn't like one of the people we were with and then continued to take a picture of us and walked to the back of the store and tried to get us kicked out. My fiancé and I decided to give Jersey Mikes a try . We ordered a Philly steak sub and a roast beef. Both were the giant so they call it . It was a large sub you would get at any sub shop . 17.95 for all large subs or giant according to the menu. My fiancé said the Philly was good . The roast beef barely had any meat . For 17.95 a sub I would think the subs would be better . Save your money and go to Wegmans for sub or any locally own sub shop is Batavia . It will be a far better sub and not feel cheated. Went to Jersey mike's the first week they were open. Did not get a good sub. I had it to go and when I got home and opened the giant sub was made wrong. I asked for no tomatoed and it looked like there was double. I called the store and they said they would replace it. Now 3 weeks later I make it back and talked with John (maybe the owner or mgr). they have no record of this. John did say he would replace the sub. This time it was very good and I was pleased.
