I ordered the Tully's Classic Smashburger with fries. It came out fairly quickly, and the burgers were a lot bigger than I expected. It was excellent, very tasty and hit the spot. I came to Tully's to watch game 4 of the Sabres series against Boston. The place was busy, but not crowded, and I got a seat at the bar. It is definitely a sports oriented ambiance. There are literally dozens of TV's all around. The barmaid was friendly and brought some popcorn. I ordered a 22 oz. glass of Tully's pilsener which was only $5.50! The beer was good. I had heard that their chicken tenders are their go-to item, so that's what I chose, and I was not disappointed. Looking for a laid back dinner while visiting family, we stopped at Tully's. We waited about 15-20 minutes for a seat, which really wasn't bad considering our party size. Huge menu and lots of creative drinks. I enjoyed my orange tender rice bowl, and my husband liked the spice level of his habanero wings. My sister's pasta was pretty buttery, but she liked the flavor, and my mom was having a hard time getting through her Asian salad because the chicken was much spicier than she was expecting. Worst Experience EVER at Tullys. Absolutely ridiculous and if it doesn't change, I'll never be back. We arrived at 2:35 PM for a late lunch. There probably wasn't 6 people in the restaurant and more waitresses than customers. We ordered popcorn and was told that the machine was not working... yet we sat and watched as other patrons walking in were given popcorn. We ordered drinks, and asked for lemon for our iced tea.... For a good portion of a day last week I was bombarded on how good Tully's Chicken Tenders were. Once I opened the menu there they were highlighted! Despite the tenders being my predetermined choice, I asked the waitress for her recommendations. I should have paid attention to what she did not mention. Though there was a large amount of tenders, and my taste buds were at an anticipatory high, reality overpowered any other influence. The tenders were tasteless. I wondered whether the special spice they used in the batter was made solely from grinding down Tully's colorful beer coasters, which of course would make the chicken tenders uniquely Tully's. Tully's is a sports-bar with an appropriate atmosphere with a very good, young and personable staff. Server was polite and kind but tendies took two popcorn bowls to come out. Missed happy hour unfortunately and couldn't stay for late happy hour because bar was closing early. What a find! We didn't know until 1/2 through our meal that this was a New York chain. Food was not run of the mill big chain kind of stuff. Everything was seasoned well and great portions. I'm not sure if all the franchises do it, but each table is given a small bowl of popcorn which was a neat touch. Prices were fairly reasonable and service was attentive and friendly. Great chicken fingers, and they give you popcorn as an appetizer for free. The wait time isn't great but thats manageable as long as you get there earlier enough. The wait staff is also very kind. The salads were sub par, the chicken was totally tasteless, basically the entire salad was tasteless (except for the overpowering dried out red onion) and needed the dressing (we ordered on the side, dressing is nothing but ranch and salsa mixed together). The walls at the corner booth where we were sat were filthy with dust, cobwebs and what looked to be dried food, disgusting. Used to come here often... this was by far the worst experience, likely resulting in never returning. After being seated, it was over 20 minutes just to get our water. Our waitress then took another 13 (started counting at that point) to return for our order. From there, our food was over 35 minutes... it arrived Luke warm, with our fries being cold and stale. Absolutely gross... we then asked for sauce for our dry tenders, and were charged .90 cents! Why would you charge due to your cook being horrible??? We told the waitress about our cold fries and were brought new ones toward the end of our meal. In addition our drinks sat empty most of the meal due to not being checked on. We didn't see a manager the entire time, and for your note the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full max. No excuse for any of this! read more

So based on the review recommendation I order the Tully Tenders. Chicken tenders served with fries and a honey mustard dipping sauce. Tullys, I recommend pasta because the portions are HUGE. Their burgers and tenders are also pretty popular. I really enjoy their chicken wing dip because it comes with fresh chips. They have some odd menu flukes I've noticed like their "California fish tacos" are made as a quesadilla?, and the HUGE deli sandwiches are flat but long I guess and they don't come with a side (Wayyyyyy overpriced for a sandwich).
