Just ate a sandwich for the first time in years...hoping the employees and quality had improved-heck no. I ate a ham and cheese-Mikes way. The bread was HARD! Not fresh! I thought I was in Italy where they leave the bread out over night. The bread was so hard it hurt the roof of my mouth! Never again going back and I use to purchase a sandwich a couple of times per week. A $9.00 sandwich with hard/non fresh bread is unacceptable. read more

Stopped in here last night and ordered two adult subs and one kid's meal. I absolutely loved my meatball sub. They did not skimp on that cheese :) also, I love that if you get the adult meal you can choose between a fountain soda or something from be refrigerator. We opted for gator ades and a unique soda. I was born and raised in South Jersey, this is about the best Italian Hoagie you can get around here in South Carolina.

We ordered from Jersey Mike's Sub through DoorDash. Took over an hour to get our subs only to find out we got the wrong order and couldn't eat it. I called the store and spoke to Trent. He said he would refund our order. He didn't. I gave him over 24 hours to do so. Not happening. Today I tried to get a refund through DoorDash and they said it was too late. Never again! This was a $50 order that went in the trash. Bye, bye Jersey Mike. Bye, bye DoorDash. #jerseymikes #doordash Edit: Trent, did NOT issue the refund. They are crap!!! read more

A great little lunch spot! Clean. Quick. Friendly. Great for large groups wanting to order online. We ordered online and it asks for a name on every sub! That was awesome and made it SUPER easy for out party of 5. We didn't have to open each sub and guess what was inside and who ordered it! Genius. I'm a vegetarian and they had a yummy veggie sub! I can always appreciate when restaurant menus include a little something for veggie lovers!! But I would say, if you're a vegan it might not be ideal since even the veggie has cheese on it and the veggies aren't robust enough to feel like a true vegan sub without the cheese. Other than that they have a decent selection of side items like a variety of chips, cookies and drinks. The only thing is they have Pepsi products not Coke products which is not ideal for me. WiFi is free but it's password protected for guest WiFi which for me doesn't make much sense. Parking was simple and they have their own dedicated lot. They even have spots near the front where you can pick up your take out which is nice for a quick in and out. Overall nice and clean. Worth a try! read more

Great location! The restaurant is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Today I made small talk with the employee that was making my sandwich, he was engaging and welcoming. Receiving Good customer service these days is refreshing. The food is fresh and delicious. I've never been disappointed in anything I've ordered. First, Jersey Mike's subs are hands down the best subs on the planet! That's a fact. I ordered a couple subs two days ago using the wonderfully designed app. However, I am an idiot. I sent my order to the wrong Jersey Mike's and didn't notice till I had arrived and went in to pick up my order. The wonderful young lady behind the counter noticed my confusion asked if I needed help. I explained what happened and she said no problem I can make them here and she called the other store to have them cancel the order. I love Jersey Mike's and I always love going there. This experience has insured that I will never try another sandwich shop solely on how I am treated each and every time in enter that establishment. I love their subs. Packed with flavor and yumminess! The restaurant has always been well kept every time I've been in, as well as the bathrooms. The staff is really nice. I like that I can watch them as they make my sandwich. Be careful at lunch and dinner times, they get really busy. read more

We usually love Jersey Mike's subs, but we'll never buy anything at the one at 272 Robert Smalls Parkway in Beaufort. We ordered using the app and called when we arrived for pick up. There were 4-5 people behind the counter touching food, packaging, utensils, etc and none of them were wearing masks. I asked the person who handed me our bag why, and he said "it's not a law". They surely knew I was standing there- Nothing. Looked around, saw several flies and masks on people's chins rather than faces like they're supposed to, and I walked right out. Horrible experience. We made an online order hoping it would be fast because we were on a road trip and wanting to arrive home quickly. We waited 30 minutes past the time they promised it would be ready, then they got an order wrong. When we sent it back they were extremely slow (waiting another 15 minutes) and got the order wrong again. And once we were in the car we realized they got yet another one of our 4 sandwiches wrong. Staff is fantastic. Stopped in for my weekly pickle fix. I think I was helped by two managers, a man and woman. They were kind. With the quarantine you don't want to be out. Today we had a "food emergency". The caterer for the Safari Club International's 12th Annual Wounded Warrior and Wheelchair Hunt had the wrong date on his calendar and we found ourselves with 200 hungry veterans and hunters with NO FOOD for lunch. I called Jersey Mike's in Beaufort and explained the situation to the owner. In one hour, he and his amazing team assembled enough sandwiches, chips, and condiments for 200 people and SAVED THE EVENT. If you ever need a sandwich or have an event to be catered, I highly recommend this location of Jersey Mike's. Of course, I am sure they would appreciate more than the last-minute notice we had to give them. LOL They are my heroes and I hope you will patronize their restaurant whenever you have the opportunity. read more

I love their sub's! The bacon is always crispy just how I love it! Their hot sub's are the BOMB! Philly Cheese Steak sub is a favorite! We add mushrooms and banana peppers while they cook everything on the grill! Its always so cheesy and yummy! No one tops this place!!! read more

I've never had a single issue with this place, I love Jersey Mikes. Jimmy Johns used to be, probably, my favorite sandwich shop. However, I tried Jersey Mikes after moving down here a bit ago and they stole my heart. The sandwiches are incredible, packed with meat, and there isn't an overly complex buffet of condiments (something I prefer). The sandwiches are just amazing. You get a great deal of food, and they don't skimp you on the contents. While Jersey mikes is a little pricey, now-a-days you can't goto Subway without spending 9-12 bucks on a meal, so really its no different than the competitors. Probably the best thing about this place is the staff, and customer service. They know you, you become a regular, all of them are friendly, and most are extremely social with their customers. The place is very clean. They are always cleaning up behind themselves, maintaining a professional establishment. read more

Good food but I'm really upset that they added a tip question to pop up while your paying via debit card or credit card. And on top of that, the cashier says "please slide your card and follow the instructions" like to point it out even more. I usually leave a tip at every place I go if I receive good service, but to have a tip preset for me is inappropriate. read more
