Waiting 10 minutes in the store for a online order is a little ridiculous but it was somewhat busy so I'm not that upset and I understand dinner rushes...Employees that don't read instructions for online orders really tends to grind my gears when a giant sub is $20 after tax. I already know they didn't read the instructions when I picked up a bag with no sides but they didn't even read what was supposed to go on the cold sandwich. I specifically asked for no mayo on a giant #9 and honey mustard on the side. I got lots of mayo, little or no honey mustard. Same thing with vinegar and oil, instruction asked for it to be on the side but it was put directly on the sandwich. The online orders app needs an option next to sandwich toppings for ppl that want things on the side bc the employees do not read!!! I stopped through here on a roadtrip with my family of 6. Completed a mobile order for ASAP (15 minutes) while we were 23 minutes out. When we arrived the order had barely been started. Not a big deal since we needed to run 6 people through the restroom, but I hoped it would just be ready once we were through. When I came out the lead girl was yelling at someone in the back about not starting the order and could he at least give her bacon. Once we got our order I quickly checked that we had the correct number and size of sandwiches before heading on our way. The sandwiches were obviously thrown together quickly. Stuff was coming out everywhere when we opened them in the car. Of the four sandwiches, two were correct. A third had mustard (not requested), and the fourth (mine and my husband's) had the mayo we requested...but not the "Mike's Way" topping we'd also wanted. What a major letdown!!!!!!! Definitely not "A Sub Above" or "Mike's Way". This may be the last time I "pay it forward" by including a tip. Too bad I can't get that back! read more

I love Jersey Mike's, but I can't give this particular place anything above 2 stars simply because of the staff is so horribly slow! They seem to care more about online orders versus waiting on the people standing right in front of them. Today was my sixth time at this store and I waited for about 20 minutes until I gave up and left. There were 10 people in line ahead of me and most of them were still there by the time I finally gave up. I'll go back but if there are more than 3 people in line, I'll walk right back out. I certainly hope the future store in Cheyenne is much better than this one. read more

Absolutely ridiculously slow. It took over 40 minutes inside to get our sandwiches. There were 3 people in front of us. We got one sandwich and they proceeded to make 15 others instead of just completing our order. How and why do you put the drive through orders ahead of someone who's already ordered?? Then after standing there with ONE SANDWICH for 15 minutes one guy was going to make the sandwich for the guy BEHIND US!? Like could you not see us?? You really need to reevaluate your process. shitty food, shittier service ‍ i went in with my boyfriend and the individual taking our order was literally so in-personable. i have never eaten here before, so i asked for a bowl without knowing that you can't customize it and have to choose off of the menus completely. the person stared at me blankly and said they didn't serve one of the toppings i asked for and then said i need to pick something off the menu. that's ok! but they were so rude to me about it. their coworkers were not much better; there was one girl out of them all who was nice and she even asked a coworker for help and he said no. my bowl had chicken that definitely did not look or taste like chicken.. i get people have bad days and i'm not someone to write a yelp but like wtf i'm just hungry mane read more

Just traveling through town so we ordered ahead and our food was ready when we got there. My sandwich was well made and delicious!

Location is about a year old now and includes a drive thru window as well as dine in seating. I've only been here twice, but both times the staff was running around in a frantic state in a small space. I dined in and had to wait nearly ten minutes with only one customer in line ahead of me. I wasn't impressed with the preplanned menu items, that there was no plain meat sandwiches for kids and that it takes them so long to slice the deli meat. I was a little disappointed with the lack of extra veggies you can add. Overall I thought it was expensive for a tall but short sub sandwich. read more

The cashier was helping a DoorDasher, and then didn't even acknowledge me after, she instead went to finish making a sandwich and didn't say a single word to me until she rudely said "How can I help you?"
