We called ahead to place an order. When we picked it up (like 6 wraps), the 2 Thai chicken ones were just over sauced. Just a mess. The BLT ones were mostly lettuce. No napkins in the bag and when we ordered one more at pick up they were not very nice. Like we were troubling them. read more

The service was terrible the angry kid at the cash register was on his phone while trying to order, would not speak a word. I got the completely wrong sandwich and when I tried go back to tell them with five minutes to closing they had locked the door and tried not making eye contact when he opens the door was told he could do nothing for me because they had thrown away the bread for the night but there was a rack with bread left right by the register. Terrible customer service and unfortunately not great food not fresh or tasty sandwich was thrown together very poorly and food allergy's were completely ignored. read more

Took our order and then proceeded to fish money out of the tip jar to produce the change, and then went back to making bread without washing his hands. I have been to JJs in several states and their sandwiches are great, their bread is amazing and usually you can count on a friendly and decent service. I am writing this because mast last visit here was not great, the kid that took my order was not at all friendly and brutally honest he was dirty, wearing a filthy dirty Carhart hoodie his fingers looked like he had been doing yard work with nails filled with black goo. I typically love their food, in Denver I ate there three times a week. The Casper drive-through notification apparently doesn't work so you have to drive up to the window and no one is ever there. While you are sitting there waiting for five minutes or more you are staring at the counter, which is disgusting after doing that a few times I just stopped going there all together . read more

I'm not sure if this Jimmy Johns changed owners the quality and service has gone Down hill it is now officially the worst Jimmy Johns I have visited . Our sandwiches were covered on the outside of the bread with May-O . MayO doesn't come on the number 5 we order so it was from another order . So many issues with this order only one sandwich was edible so we wasted $30 . The week previous we placed an $80 dollar mobile order & they called to let us know we would have to wait over an hour because the bread was extra frozen . Sandwiches are fine, bread is great--like always--but management needs to schedule another training session with their sandwich artists: the ticket says "no cheese," but there is, of course, cheese stuffed down the center; which my poor husband did not notice until he was halfway done. i love a good unwich, but that's hard when they never have anything (although i never see them have much business) it's not even that tho- these people do not give a fuck about their job. a few months ago, my brother ordered a sandwich for delivery. an hour and a half before their closing time, my brother got a call and the employee said they were closing up and he didn't really have time to deliver (??? it's your job) and he told my brother "i honestly wouldn't mind if i didn't have to deliver and gave you a refund" like what not to assume but i walked in today and i don't know if they were high or tired or what but they were just not there. idk i just want some decent people working there cause i want an unwich rn read more

I would give a minus star if i could. First they closed the dining room and put up a side that is barely readable. Then i sit in the fldrive thru for 10 minutes. Get to the order speaker and no one acknowledged me for another 5 minutes. Then another 10 at the window. Only to have my sandwich made incorrectly. This business has gone downhill.
