I called the store several times to discuss with the manager, but no one would ever pick up the phone. Finally, I was able to get through to the Manager when a friend swung by there while running a few errands and personally handed her their phone. That was the only way I could get her to speak with me regarding the issues I had experienced. She was aware of the issues and proceeded to blame all on a new employee. She did not care 1 iota about any of the issues I had experienced. Nor did she suggest any remedies that addressed these issues. She simply proceeded to hang up on me! I have been in the service industry my entire life and I am dumbfounded by her attitude and actions. Knowing how she treats her customers.. I can only imagine how she treats her poor employees... One would think this Sonic could find better managers... especially when there are many qualified, customer friendly people in our area that are desperately looking for jobs. I was able to discuss my concerns with their Corporate Offices. They reimbursed me for food never received and assured me they would address all with the Manager.
