They said they were cooked confit style for 5 or 6 hours, after a 24 hour cure, then rested for one day and finished with Ann amazing glaze (so 3 days to make these ribs). The watermelon salad is out of this world, then the short ribs were not over mashed potatoes- no ma'am, think more like Joel Rubechon Pomme puree- velvety smooth potatoes and crispy onion straws on top. The Banoffee Pudding is banana pudding taking up about 10 notches. You definitely want to check this out and you will want to call by Thursday morning to make a reservation.
