I love the Hook and Ladder sandwich fully dressed. The staff are always so friendly. I highly recommend Firehouse subs.

sub was fresh & delicious! i would only recommend requesting EXTRA on the condiments -- pastrami was made to go with mustard & oil & vinegar , but i could barely taste the mustard nor any oil & vinegar -- was unsure if condiments were skipped since i could barely taste either, i had to add it myself -- maybe condiments are more expensive than i realize (unfortunately, the friend i was staying with only had yellow mustard & no oil & vinegar, so veggie toppings were rather dry & tasteless) otherwise, i would have given 5 stars read more

Super friendly people, patient with us since this was our first time in a Firehouse. There was a nice variety of sandwiches and combos. We got a club on wheat and a philly steak on wheat. The meats were tasty, and the toppings were fresh. My only complaint is they wrap the pickle in with the sandwiches- we didn't eat ours right away and the pickle leaked into the sandwich area and some spots of the bread were total mush. If I go back I would ask them to put the pickles in a separate bag. read more

A frequent visitor. Love the subs. Good service. Fresh ingredients . However . . . we have become very irritated due to orders not being completed as ordered even when the item is entered on the ticket! Not just once, twice, but several times we discover that our request for an extra pickle that's on the ticket but is not in the bag!!! We now have for the last three visits verified the ticket and checked the bag before leaving only to find no extra pickle. The staff has always been apologetic and furnished the pickle but obviously the solution has not been discovered. Someone is not verifying order correctness. This is not a game breaker but a source of irritation. read more

This is my go to lunch spot. Fast friendly service. Order online and pick up quickly. The only problem is traffic turning into the location.

I love firehouse subs. When entering I love that the employees great you. The service is fast and polite. The engineer was prepared just liked I ordered no onions. I love the super duper drink thing. You can have your drink anyway you choose. The freshness of the meat, cheese and vegetables are top of the shelf. The sandwich is piled high with meat and cheese. A couple months back I call in an order (large beef and cheddar/lg drink) $16ish but whatever they're good.. I like their fire house sauce and dip it in.. they have the smallest togo cups I've ever seen there.. for reference I can dip my pinky in it but not my thumb and less than a chance in hell of this $16 sub and drink that's $7 at subway.. they have slightly bigger cups just out of reach.. think 1.5 thumbs lol.. I may can catch a corner of the sub a dip in if I squeeze and bite just right.. best option I can see- I'm not super picky.. so I ask for one.. girl points to the ones up front so I say smiling I can't dip it in it.. she gestures and says "pour it on" which makes me laugh some- girl looks young I figure she's a high school girl working and joking.. nope serious.. so I ask for a manager.. it's her.. so now I'm looking for Aston Kutcher bc I have to be, being punked.. I'm chuckling and say you're really not gonna give me a little cup for my sauce? I'm taking it togo.. with all the attitude she reluctantly gives me ONE I laugh and grab a little one for a1 sauce I just need a very little of that but more would be cool I'd use it not waste it.. I get a receipt with a survey and think "man everyone has a bad day" and don't take it.. today I order again- call in and togo.. same thing sauce cups are back a little so I ask for one.. this time a high school kid says he can't.. so I ask the girl who is there again.. her name tag says "lil ninja" so you'd figure she's a funny one and last time was not her normal.. my friend you would be wrong.. she was shaking pissed I asked for a cup and had a note prepared on the bowl with cups in it saying only for salads or something and signed "management" which she stuck out at me.. I laugh it's too much.. their subs are good because of the sauces.. they're more than double subway because of the sauces.. I tell her to cancel my order.. last time I was there a couple watched what transpired and were hysterically laughing and I looked at them in shock.. this time an older man is watching in complete disbelief.. that $.02 cup cost them my order today and forever.. I'm not glutinous or take 10 sauces.. I only want enough to dip my sub in to consume it.. I'm not hoarding or stashing sauces.. remember Seinfeld's "soup nazi?" His phrase was "no soup for you." Well friends we now have a "sauce nazi" that says "no sauce for you." I am laughing but this actually happened today!! read more

We really like Firehouse Subs -- have had the Italian and the Sweet and Spicy Meatball Subs. I do wish they offered a "cold" Italian sub but all of their subs are served hot. The meatball sub was good, but the sauce was a little too "ketchupy" for me -- next time I'd get it with marinara sauce. Good value, fresh ingredients and friendly service. read more
