Stopped by on a Tuesday night trying to order a sandwich. The girl taking my order seemed annoyed the entire time, and there was an awkward exchange between the employees about my sandwich even though I was standing right in front of them. If making it was a problem, I would've preferred they just tell me no. I was respectful throughout the interaction and thanked the guy who took over my order, later he pointed out my Mexico jersey and said, "I hate your team, I hope they lose." I was so excited for this location to open up. I have never had JM before so I was excited to give them a try. After careful google search I opted for their secret menu item 99, adding grilled yellow chilies, and mikes way " lettuce, onions, and tomatoes" . It was soo good. Next time I'm going to ask for extra jalapeños. We all loved our sandwiches. I most definitely recommend pre ordering your food. They are super staffed up but still busy. We pre ordered a few hot sandwiches but I needed to order one more. So I waited in the regular line. It didn't take long. I enjoyed watching them make the sandwiches. They most definitely have a heavy hand and stuff the sandwiches! Great services, they do have a few tables inside if you would like to dine in. read more

I was super excited to see that Jersey Mike's was here in Fontana on Cherry. I came in to get a sub but I didn't want want the smoked bacon with my sub I wanted the Turkey, Roast beef and Ham with Provolone. They couldn't accommodate a customer a young girl as manager said no explained I'd have to pay extra or just plain NO! I've gone to other Jersey Mikes and it's been done. Not sure if it was just me, but I'm a pretty big jersey Mike's advocate and I could say that the boy and girl that worked the evening shift on November 3 definitely needs better training. They're fairly new and not a manager in sight yet he wrapped my sandwich wrong and it broke open all over my car. I didn't think I needed a bag. I've never seen a Jersey Mike's put so much seasoning and vinaigrette my sandwich is soggy and just takes like oregano now. My highland location would never prob won't come back. Also they don't ask you what kind of condiments you want whatsoever. I got back home and remembered that I liked mustard. Every other Jersey mikes goes through each thing ok so want bacon want mustard want mayo? What a joke this spot was. read more

I went to this new location and it looked nice on the inside and the outside then i walked in and was greeted and I was about to buy a sandwich and the food looked great but some of the employees were just rude. I also heard the district manager or some manager said something very rude to the chipotle next to it, he asked the chipotle if the jersey mikes was affecting there sales then said he hoped it would impact the chipotle and hoped there store would be slow. I don't think I would be coming back to this place unless they turn it around with the employees. read more

Horrible service. My first time ever at a jersey mikes. I told the girl taking my order (Val?) was very rude. And seemed to be in a rush despite not having many people in the store. I asked if I could do a build my own like subway. I had seen TikTok's from Jersey mikes account of people doing the same and saw their customer facing topping station. She said no and picked a random sandwich to charge me for (the more expensive of the options). She started listing off options which made me feel rushed and I ended up with an extremely basic sandwich. On top of that every other customer that came in after me I saw got asked at the toppings station and was able to build their own like at subway. They also didn't have Val. So I'm assuming it's Val's customer service. However this location just opened. So if that's how their customer service is within their first week I would hate to see how bad it gets in a month. This put a bad taste in my mouth for Jersey mikes in general. Not sure if I'll visit any other location in the future. read more

was my first time at jersey milkes. i dont remember the employees name but i see a few reviews almost similar to the one i am writing now, when i walked in i barely glanced at the menu. told the girl i needed a minute it was my first time. not even 20 seconds after i said that she asked me if i was ready. i told her i wanted a ham sandwich with other condiments and she told me that they didnt have that item on the menu. i ended up ordering some random sandwich, she asked if i wanted it mikes way (without even explaining what tht was) and when i asked she already seemed over it. she didnt ask me if i wanted any condiments on my sandwich and i had to speak up about it while she was already wrapping it up. customer service and communication needs improvement on her part. the customer before me was getting asked all types of questions from a different employee. unfortunately i did not receive that same service with the girl that was helping me. will not be coming back here. read more
