We have always had really good food at this location but tonight we got home and not only were our fries not cooked all the way and they were all rotten. If you're Californian, then you're no stranger to the long lines. It never dies down. But if you're local you're just thankful that we have one nearby, despite the long lines. And I'm a grateful consumer :). I've tried every not-so-secret "secret menu" item but I still always go back to a simple double-double with grilled onions. I also prefer my fries made well with extra sauce on the side. The team is friendly, they're trying b their best to not rush you while you order and the kitchen team is rushing to get you your orders. I've been coming to this In-N-Out location for many years, but this is my first time leaving a review. The main challenge here is the tricky access due to its location and the way traffic flows in the area. It's situated in a busy strip mall near Walmart, Living Spaces, and other businesses. During peak hours, the drive-thru line can get really long, so I usually just park and go inside to order. Once inside, the experience is consistently great. The employees are friendly and quick, even when it's busy. The burgers are always delicious--exactly what you expect from In-N-Out. The restaurant is also kept very clean, which is always appreciated. I enjoyed the food and the line WAS EXTREMELY LONG. It was handled extremely quickly and I was even shocked that it took 15 minutes to get through because it was like a ducking Disneyland ride. I also enjoyed the ability to see into where the burgers are made. read more

Worst store ever. Second time going through the drive thru and had an issue both times. First time asked for a cheeseburger and fry in a box with a lid. Got home and opened the box and there was no burger. They gave me just the fry. How does that happen? It's in a brown so they should be together. I had to drive all the way back for it. This time I ordered 3 burgers and 3 fries and the guy outside repeated it and I listened very closely and he got it spot on. Yet, when I get to the window a burger is missing. Again, how does that happen? And I made sure he got that one down too because it was the only protein style one. So I had to add it on at the window. Then, when I got home I realized the burger I added on had no onion even though I asked for it and it shows onion on the receipt. It's ridiculous they hire anyone at this store because I never have issues at other In n Outs. read more

This in n out is not the best. Every time we eat here they mess up orders ALL the time. Not just ours but we see others walk up to the counter and complain about their order being incorrect as well. Some of the employees have a bit of an attitude as well. The food is still good and good quality but customer service is lacking at this in n out. read more

My daughters and I were shopping at Walmart in Rancho Cucamonga. Afterwards, I had a craving for In-N-Out french fries. Well, there happens to be an In-N-Out in the same shopping center as Walmart. We headed over here and saw the very long drive-thru line wrapped around from the entrance of main street. Anyway, I decided to park and walk-in instead. We got lucky as the line was short, but shortly after our entrance, there were 10 million people in line LOL... okay, maybe there weren't that many, but you get my drift. We ordered 3 french fries, 1 lemonade, 1 chocolate shake, and 1 water cup. Luckily, the wait for our order wasn't too long. Staff was really nice. They accommodated my request by separating each fries in separate bags. We were taking it to-go and eating it in the car. This is a smaller sized In-N-Out so it was slightly tight inside. Tons of people during dinner time. Maybe they should build another location nearby. Anyhoo, I am giving them 3 stars because I was very disappointed with their fries for the first time ever. They were not crispy and kind of undercooked. My eldest daughter thinks they are too busy and can't keep up so they cook the fries fast. Yeah, their fries were not the same as the ones we got from their Baldwin Park location... now those were the B*MB!!! Will we be back here? Well, unless we're shopping at Walmart and I have a craving for fries, we probably won't be back intentionally. We'll still visit other In-N-Out locations though. read more

Love In-N-Out. I'm not embarrassed to say that I ate twice here at this location during my stay. The first day I got the hamburger and animal style fries for lunch. The second day I got a cheeseburger and a vanilla shake ($7 total). The burger tasted a little plain on the second day and I made the mistake of assuming the onions were the grilled onions (which I had wanted instead). Directions for this location are a little weird, but the drive thru line was constantly busy. Even if you sit outside, they are able to call your order out over the loudspeaker (which you can hear outside) or they'll bring it out to you. This is the gold standard for fast food burgers. After eating here, it's hard to have a burger anywhere else. You can customize your burger with limited options (known as in n out's secret menu) or you can order each item as is, a la carte. No matter what you decide, you can be sure that your order will be served right. I order a double double with raw onions and chopped chilies and it comes out just right, every time. When I do takeout/drive thru, I ask for my order to be served in a box with a lid. If I'm doing separate orders i ask for separate boxes; that way everyone can have their meal in their own personal space. The drive thru usually goes around the corner at this location but I think it goes by pretty quick. This location has inside and outside seating too. Inside is pretty spacious and it doesn't take long to find a seat. I enjoy the burgers and the fries at in n out. If I'm feeling extra hungry, sometimes I get the animal fries (fries with cheese, onion, and house spread). See attached photo (from a few months ago)! location/parking: on the nicer side of rancho! they have a pretty spacious lot, your standard amount of seating inside, & drive thru. food: do i even need to say anything here ~ innout is a californian's staple. the food is so fresh, tasty, and always amazing! my go to to order is a cheeseburger (or double double) with raw onions, pickles, and chopped chillies + a fries (well done) with grilled onions (free), and spread sauce on the side. service: very fast and friendly :) always smiley and helpful too. once when i came to this location, there were some teenaged/tweenaged boys causing trouble in the parking lot and even stealing trays, but the worker girl outside was able to talk to them respectfully, get the trays back, and get them to calm down and leave! (you go girl! so brave!!) you can tell the workers care about keeping the brand and ambiance nice for all. overall: 5/5 innout is fast, always yummy, and you cant go wrong read more

But there was this girl who was working at the cash register named Tina, who was really rude to my younger sister. I randomly was out here and was so lucky to have stopped in when it wasn't busy. I was so happy! I was able to order my food, as requested and receive it quickly. There was only one thing wrong with the whole visit. My food wasn't prepared as I requested. I let them know but I don't think that it really registered with them. The person who gave me my order said sorry and that was it. Hmm. I know that isn't the IN N OUT way but I guess. I didn't want to make a big deal about it but it just reminds me that I shouldn't come to this location again and expect that my order will be correct, although I guess if I wanted it corrected, I should have made a big deal about it. I came in during their busy time around 5:30pm. My goal - to get my kids fed quickly so they would be ready for bedtime. In my haste, I made a terrible dad blunder... I forgot to say "plain grilled cheese" when I ordered for my two kids. When I received my order, I immediately realized my error and tried to remove the tomato and lettuce without the kids noticing. Sadly, my daughter was too smart for this ploy and she gave me a look of utter disgust as she pointed out the secret sauce on her grilled cheese. I was screwed. Thankfully, when I approached the counter, Claire was there and she quickly fixed my error. In less than five minutes, I had fresh grilled cheese sandwiches the way they should have been ordered.
