Line moved fast. Ordered a giant tuna sandwich, cost $19.80, plus tax, total $21.00. bread option, white, wheat, rosemary parmesan. Would like if there was some sort of garlic Italian. Was asked if I wanted Mike's Way. I said sure... it's onion, lettuce, tomaroes, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, ground pepper. There are 3 different peppers, all hot. Would like if they had sweet deli pepper option. The sandwich was cut into 4, but 1 cut sandwich can make 2 servings, hence 8 servings. I wanted to first- shout out the staff for being so patient and nice all the time. The store is always on point, clean and efficient. This location is small and it's always crowded. Costumers, delivery pickups and just people in the neighborhood are always around. The wait to order a sandwich is usually around 5-6 minutes on the line and your time in the store will typically last about more than 10 mins. The ingredients are ALWAYS fresh and ready to go. EVERY TIME I leave here my sandwich is perfect. It's the best addition to the neighborhood and I wish there was more locations uptown! Perfectly made! read more

Ok, I'm gonna start with this location is a busy busy spot maybe because it's close to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. I'm a picky person, so I look for cleanliness in eateries. It's clean! The sandwiches are great very tasty. Cons: A couple of people making sandwiches are not multitaskers. A few times manager had to explain how to keep the flow of on-phone orders rolling for pick-up delivery guys waiting. Often, long lines. Serious pet-peeve is why guy making sandwich can't cut sandwich? Why do they pass your sandwich on to cashier to cut. Germs, OMG! The sandwich goes through (3) people finger Fk-ing your sandwich. Lol But, seriously, why do the so many people have to handle your sandwich and they waste so many gloves doing this. Cashier should just be a cashier, this would keep the wait time shorter. A sandwich that's a huge step above your local bodega sandwich has arrived. Jersey Mike opening up an uptown location makes me about as happy as it would to have Blimpies return to NYC. The service is pretty quick and they pay attention to special requests which I truly appreciate. A strong suggestion is to pair your sandwich with the rosemary parmesan bread. It just heightens your sandwich experience especially if it's a hot sub. Place is pretty clean and I'm hoping it sticks around. Even if this extra bit of competition doesn't last maybe it will inspire local spots to offer a little bit more. Now Manhattan dwellers don't have to make a trek to New Jersey to enjoy Mike's fare. Just an honest to goodness no frills sandwich that was utterly delicious. A lot of places are going the pre-cut meat route, but Jersey Mike's takes no short cuts. Not to mention, the staff was very pleasant, and I was finally glad to have one in New York City. The only bummer was the one I went to had no seating. So this review is sort of frustrating to leave. This review is based upon 3 online delivery orders from this location. I can not speak to the in store experience it may resolve all issues listed. The good: The quality of the food and flavor. It's like what your brain remembers subway being when you were a kid. Subway but better bread better meat better veggies. The Bad: we have ordered 3x and only once gotten our food correctly. I suspect this is due to poorly input uber eats printers or something. Every time I order a club sandwich with no lettuce tomato onion and add pickles on the rosemary parm bread. Twice I get it menu standard with none of my mods. I double checked my order on uber eats and all mods are put in and on the receipt. I HOPE this is because it's a tech error and not because the employees dont care. Also the sandwiches are insanely expensive. Their "giant" club which seems to be about 16 inches so a hoagie for sure but hardly giant is 30$. Bit of ham bacon cheese and turkey on okay ish bread for 30$? This is a 12-16$ sandwich tops however when I am craving subway and want actual bread I am willing to splurge on occasion... that being said when I am paying 29.11$ for a single turkey sandwich and I say no onion I expect to have that taken care of. read more

Third time here. I was here twice in the first two weeks when it opened, to support a new neighborhood business. Service was weak and seemed untrained. Sandwiches are not packed thickly like at other JM locations. The employees are not wearing masks and really don't listen to your order, that's because they really don't care. The call center transferred me to the location which still disconnected their call. My customer experience at this location was terrible. Upon walking into eatery I noticed that the store was staffed with three employees. Two team members working prep, and one team member preparing sandwiches & working the cash register. As the only other customer in the store, I waited 15-20 minutes as the guy making sandwiches prepared three giant subs for the customer ahead of me. Initially when I was told that someone would be with me shortly I thought nothing of it-after all this is NYC. What amazed me is that after waiting 10minutes not one member of store's team took the initiative to at least begin my order- the vibe was like 'he's the only person in line, so let him wait' Twenty minutes later the guy preparing sandwiches asked me "how's it going" and I replied "I'm just trying to get to work on time," He asked if I worked at the hospital down the street and I said yes. After my sandwich was made I paid for my lunch and headed out to work. As I am walking out the door the guy who made my sandwich breaks into a rant accusing me of talking down to him. I really enjoy the Jersey Mikes franchise and the fact that they are now in my neighborhood. I realize they are new however I think alittle more training is needed. I never had to ask for extra meat but when I order here I pay for extra because the sandwiches have been consistently light. For whatever reason the restaurant has disabled the feature that allows a customer to add additional instructions. All I wanted was extra mayo on my sandwich. Because the feature is disabled, I called the restaurant literally 2 seconds after I placed my order to tell them please add extra mayo. Gentlemen that answered the phone immediately told me that my order had already been picked up even though it was literally 30 seconds from me placing the order to him picking up the phone. He tells whoever to put extra mayo on my sandwich but it was like an exercise in him saying it out loud. It didn't seem like he took ownership to make sure that the person who took the time to find the number and call after placing an order online would get what they wanted. 40 minutes later, the sandwich arrives not only without extra mayo but with hardly any at all.
