Decor/actual restaurant: This particular location is very small and tight with limited in-store seating. The interior is cute, I like the blue color theme they have here. For a restaurant designed for to-go orders, I believe that there could be more waiting room and a couple less chairs. Service: Like many "fast food adjacent" restaurants, the people who work there have good customer service but I imagine deal with the worst. I know they're doing great with the situation they're in. Kudos to them. Food: this is probably my harshest critique. I ordered a pesto chicken sandwich, and it was fine. I don't believe it was worth the $16 I spent though. The chicken was kind of bland, tasted similarly to frozen grilled chicken pieces you buy from a grocery store. I do wish there was more sauce. The pesto tasted good but overall there was too much bread. I fear you would be better off making something like this at home for a comparable price. The bread was good, just too much. I don't want to base the menu on this sandwich alone, a lot of the menu options sounded delicious, but this was just the experience I had!

There is a small table outside and barstools inside. My iced vanilla latte tasted great, and my chocolate chip muffin had chocolate filling inside which was a pleasant surprise! My only complaint is that it is a bit expensive - my coffee and muffin cost $12.25. With that said, I do appreciate its convenient location, as it is very close to Central Park.

Sadly, I am left to post our experience here so others know what to expect. I cannot recommend this establishment. We booked a reservation at Da Capo for a party of five to celebrate a family member's birthday, specifically coming on a recommendation for their skirt steak. Several people in our group work in hospitality, so we understand how service and kitchen timing should operate under pressure. What we experienced was a complete series of service breakdowns: Lack of communication: Three of us ordered the skirt steak. Only after our orders were taken were we informed that the kitchen was sold out--at 7:45 PM on a prime Saturday night. For a core signature item to be unavailable that early without a heads-up from the host or server set the tone for the night. Coerced order handling: We had coordinated our steak and pasta orders so couples could share. Rather than pausing and resetting the table's ticket when the steak ran out, the server locked us into the pasta dishes that were already started. The fallback burger was extremely subpar, and the rushed pasta arrived tough, dry, and clearly compromised from sitting under a heat lamp. Timing disaster: One guest's entree arrived a full 15 minutes after everyone else's. In a party of five dining for a birthday, one person sat with an empty place setting while the rest of the table had virtually finished eating. While the server brought a complimentary hummus starter and a round of shots, these small band-aids did not make up for a completely mismanaged meal. We expressed our significant disappointment directly to the server, but a manager never came to the table to check in, apologize, or handle table recovery. For a $248 check, this was an unacceptable standard of food, timing, and floor management. To make matters worse, management has completely ignored polite, direct outreach following the meal. Save your money and celebrate elsewhere.

There was a line, of course, there always is, and the wait was longer than what we were willing to endure for fare as simple and as common as a sandwich. It was worth the 20-minute wait. We ordered the Milano special, packed with cold meats, tomatoes, pickled peppers, cheese, and lettuce between two soft sesame rolls. It looked magnificent. It tasted magnificent. It was a sandwich to rule all sandwiches. I'd brave the line for that any day.

The staff is super nice and eager to help. It feels like a special neighborhood gem and you can really feel the family owned vibe. 1. Proscuitto burtata (amore) - fresh fresh fresh and quality ingredients. The proscuitto was perfect along with the burrata, arugula and balsamic glaze on ciabatta which was sweet mix. We were deciding on this one and the proscuitto tomato but we are glad we got this one! 2. Chicken caesar salad wrap- I think I could easily say this is the best caesar salad wrap i've had. The dressing was light and not overpowering with the mix of the chicken, croutons and outside wrap was a truly stellar combination. Very fresh and wasnt soggy one bit. the cookies: small black n white cookie, rainbow cookie and chocolate sprinkle and all were hits! my favorite was the black n white because the icing melts right off the soft cookie texture and tastes more like a cake than a cookie. All were amazing and is a must try when visiting. absolutely rec when you're on the east side!
