One of my favorite chain places to pick up a sub. I am so happy there is a J Mikes near me. I usually get the club sub with bacon or the original Italian. I do it Mikes way with relish. The oil and spices make everything come together. Everything is sliced and made to order in front of you. I wash it down with a cherry Pepsi and a bag of BBQ chips. Service is fast and friendly. Parking is decent. There is a nearby art studio and martial arts so it can get busy. I noticed they do have meatless options with grilled Portabella mushrooms. Sizes range from mini, regular and giant. The regular is perfect for me and I save half for later. If you are looking for a cheesesteak they have you covered too. read more

I just visited this location about one hour ago. Let me say that the customer service is usually pretty good but today it was not. I walked in no one acknowledged me. There were a total of 4 employees - 2 in the front, 2 in the back. After about one minute, I asked if anyone was going to help me. It was only after that was when someone decided to help me. Came here today and the Latina worker had an incredibly bad attitude towards my husband who went and her own co worker. She also made my giant size CA club terrible. We always go to the one off Orangethrope so I'm not new to ordering this. She put a quarter of an avocado for the whole giant size sandwich. She barely put any bacon, each section had literal crumb pieces only. This is a $25 sandwich. To top it off the sandwiches were not cut all the way through. Haven't been to a Jersey Mike's in some time, but they opened up around the corner from me so I figured I'd give it a try. Food: I got an Original Italian with jalapeños, the bread is done well, the meat and veggies are fresh and cut on-site, and in all it's a very solid sandwich. Service: There was a team of four that I saw, and they were hustling to keep up with the constant line going out the door. It took longer than I planned, but it was not due to them slacking in any way. They were friendly and working feverishly to crank out the goods. This location in Cypress is very nice and clean and sandwiches always come out good. My only problem with this place is the heavy conversation the employees make with you as theyre preparing your sandwich. Nothing wrong with a little small talk but my god the questions can be very invasive! Ranging from "where do you work, what time do you get off?" and recently, "who's is the other half sandwich for?" Like can you kindly just prepare my food? Sometimes people don't wish to be asked a thousand questions. I hope the manager is not forcing this on their employees. Today is my birthday and I came in to get my free birthday sub. It was my first day downloading the app, so I didn't have any points saved up, but nonetheless Azlan made sure I was able to get my free sandwich which made my birthday even better. Came here during their grand opening where they were offering a buy one get one free through the rewards program. When I walked in, I was kindly greeted by the staff who quickly took my order. It was a bit loud inside with the kitchen and music playing but they were able to get my order correctly. When I was rung up at the cash register, I luckily had a rewards account or else I would have had to awkwardly sit there and sign up for it in order to get my BOGO. After paying and waiting around 10 minutes, my food came out hot and ready. Jersey Mike's has decent subs but I wish you could customize the hot ones as I get a Big Kahuna but wasn't able to add anything else on. The original Italian is pretty good, especially if you get it Mikes way. I docked this place down a star because they overcharged me for my sub and I had to be the one to catch it. They're also still working out the kinks and you could actively hear the training still going on. Overall it was a decent experience and glad to see them move into Cypress. read more

They do not acknowledge you when you walk in and none of the employees even noticed me when I walked out. Today, there were no less than 5 people working, and I was the only one in line. After more than 5 minutes of waiting without any acknowledgement, I left ... and will not be back. Experienced staff, not caring that the inexperienced employees don't know how to make the sandwiches correctly. The price of the incorrectly made sandwiches is way overpriced for what you get (don't get). I'm going to Katella Deli, a little more expensive but way better sandwiches, plus you get a side dish. Hey manager do you really care? I know you were there because the staff kept having to walk to the back to ask you questions. Didn't want to have to make this review because I was happy to have a Jersey Mikes location close to him so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the same thing keeps happening. Mobile orders are never ready on time, as a matter of fact there have been several times the order is not even started until after I've arrived and I don't get there before the stated time. Todays order was supposed to be ready by 2:12pm, checked in and told it's almost out but I seen the other employee hustle over the grill and begin making the sandwich. Order wasn't handed to me until 2:28pm. Probably lost me as a regular customer, will not be coming here as often as we used to. We were so much looking forward to our usual positive experience at the Jersey Mikes and had a coupon to use at the New Cypress Jersey Mike location. I am certain other Cypress folks had the same idea and the store was very busy but there were about 12 associates working in the store. First of all they completely got our order wrong and instead of making a Club Sub for us they made an Italian sub but the place was so loud and confused that we didn't know our order was wrong until we got home. We also requested wheat bread and we got white. We could tell the associates were rushing. There were approximately 15 people in line and we really didn't see any reason for the confusion or rush. Anyway we probably will continue going to the Jersey Mikes in Rossmore. I hope the owner of this store will improve his organization, accuracy and customer service. Finally the sandwich was $11 and it sure seamed skimpy for spending that much for a sandwich. We won't be back unless it improves and we hear from neighbors it's a better choice now. I tried to order a #8 on the menu but substitute roast beef for turkey. It's something I've done at other jersey mikes because my family member doesn't like turkey. I also pay for extra cheese for that family member. Imani, who seemed to be the supervisor, said that they couldn't do substitutions. So I tried to order something else, they ended up charging me incorrectly on the receipt, I tried to get it corrected but, ​Imani found a way to increase the cost of the original receipt instead of decreasing it like it should it have been. The reason she gave is that they inventory the slices of meat and it effects the inventory. Bottom, line, I wont go back there, I will go to the one off of Orangethorpe in La Palma where the service is always cheerful and accommodating for people with different tastes. read more
