It's tender and moist, with just a light chew. The coating is thin and lightly seasoned, drizzled with a mildly-sweet red-sauce. Good flavors. Theres a layer of fresh not-too-wet slaw and a couple of hearty pickle circles, both of which add some sweetness. The bread is lightly flavorful, just dense enough to hold everything together. The medium is the same generous tender moist sandwich. The red-sauce also seems the same. The coating on the chicken is where the spice is! It builds up quickly to a nice mouth-filling heat, and it adds zingy flavor without overwhelming with heat. The veggie layers of the sandwich help manage the heat. The chicken is very good and fresh-tasting, definitely tastier than the chicken at nearby fast-food burger joints. The range of heat is by-request, so us low- spice and no-spice folks can come here with I-wanna-burn folks, and everyone will hit their target.
