My order, PLACED AN HOUR IN ADVANCE, was treated as an after thought. And the real kick in the ass, these people ask for a TIP. Well, here's a tip, get your shit in order, but don't expect me to ever be back and I will be spreading my experience.

We got freezer burnt chicken that was wet and soggy, breading falling off, and impossible to chew like cardboard. Not to mention the polenta and Mac and cheese were cold. I understand not every experience can be perfect, however to pay a tip, restaurant service fee (that apparently doesn't go to staff because it's a separate charge), and have to pay for utensils at a quick serve restaurant just to receive small portions, cold food, and past quality ingredients is not acceptable.
