This is the epitome of unintelligent places. The checkout menu does not work, the receipts don't work, the workers are absolutely incompetent to the maximum level and will never amount to anything in life as they can't even do something as basic as serve fast food. This is the worst Mc donalds Iv ever been to and I rarely go in the first place because of the connotation of it being trash. This place lowers the bar below even trash. If there is anyone with brains in the corporate part of McDonald's you should considering tearing down this location, black listing all the workers from any job this point forward and building anywhere else. Every morning I order the exact same meal and for 4 days straight now they got it wrong. It is not complicated- one breakfast sandwich and one DECAF coffee and they can't get that simple order right. I also ask for sugar in my coffee but when I get no sugar I have to wonder if I actually got decaf. McDonalds service gets worse daily it seems. So here's what to expect your food will never be right here ever expect to be missing at least one thing and they will not fix it or you will not get your money back you can't use the app to get your money back because McDonalds make it impossible. The staff is so rude the manger is extremely unhelpful and doesn't care. If you use curbside no matter if there's a line of cars or not a single one expect to have to wait a minuium of 20 minutes there. The service is extremely slow and they have you wait and park for anything. Ive had to park and wait 15 minutes for a 10 piece nugget meal you look and no one is working it is awful here. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. I truly believe the only reason they are still running this location is because McDonalds makes it so hard to complain. This is my favorite location to go to because all of the Customer Service is always on point. They're so respectful so nice and always smiling.. The manager, Arturo, would either going through drive-through or inside the restaurant, always check on his customers to make sure that they're happy and satisfied with what they got . I had gone through the drive-through and got french fries and I told them that they were too crispy and they made me a new one and it was perfect. They were a little confused because we didn't understand why it was so crispy but they were able to adjust and make them perfectly delicious and soft for me!!! read more

What is going on with this McDonalds? So, so slow... And the drivethru has giant lines, usually backed up beyond the ordering point. They lose out on so much business. In the last year, I'd say 70% of the time that I go by intending to pick up a bite from them I end up driving away and getting food somewhere else. Service was horrible at this place as I was the first and only car in line and yet I had to go park to await delivery of nothing more than a caramel Frappuccino. Not only that but they had a deal for free french fries when you spend more than two dollars with nothing mentioned in the deal terms, regarding the fact that they do not give that special during breakfast hours, so I was declined, redeeming the deal for the free french fries. Kind of petty issues but they should not be even existent given the fact I was the only car and customer here at the time and it is deceptive to advertise three french fries with two dollar spending minimum and then not on the deal because of the wrong time of day, especially along with the rest of the terms. Waited in line for about 40 mins with 9 other cars. We just end up going to the window without anyone treating us whatsoever. The cars infront of us just keep leaving. We get to the window and they tell us "sorry we're not taking orders" 1.) Theyre open 24/7 2.) They couldn't have told us at the ordering station 3.) I have gone to this McDonald's several times. My fault for giving them so many chances. Each time they disappoint. It's not even for me, I don't like McDonald's.. it's for my granddaughter. The food seemed okay, but I'm seriously wondering about management. Someone mopped the floor, left it wet and my husband slipped and fell on his knee and felt a pull in his hip. They gave him a piece of paper with handwritten instructions to write out his information and description of one had happened. His knee is very bruised and I'm worried about him needing medical care but wondering how to contact them and who we should send the bills to. We went through the drive they and this was the second time they were unable to get our order through the order system. We went to the window. Ordered and paid and was told to go to the front to wait. No one gave us a receipt. After 15 minutes someone brought our food out with 1 ice cream and we told him we had 2 he said he would be right back. Just walked by here today. I think they're done having dine-in. There were several construction workers, a small bulldozer type thing, and a huge dumpster like dump trucks carry in the parking lot. Drive thru was still open, and line was very long. When we got to the window, they charged for two #2b and a 4 piece nugget. Manager argued with us and claimed to refund and then buy our meal. Probably the slowest Mac Donald's if ever been to. As I waited 10 minutes for my order at the counter there must have been at least 3 customers walk in from drive through with wrong orders. When I finally got my meal, which was warm at best, I sat in the dinning area only to watch the drive through line waiting for their orders back up six cars deep waiting for their meals. I then watch the clueless employees going in and out to the waiting cars with orders and not having a clue who's order was who's. One guy which waited the longest had 3 different order brought to him and taken back because they are clueless here. Not fast food here, that's for sure. I DoorDash at this location and they never have orders ready and their customer service is not good. I could tell from the first sip that it was loaded with the liquid sugar they use in their coffee drinks which I had specifically asked them to omit.
