She seems like a highly motivated businesswoman here in Denver, also doing things or hosting events at her locations. As a healthcare worker, I was exited to see her making moves doing pop ups at hospitals! Overall, we love the food here. It's easy, quick, yummy & light on your stomach for lunch! We like the buffalo quick chick also to use as a buffalo dip. It's a good way to add protein throughout your week. We come here every month at least. Lastly, I like how the owner hires younger women. It seems like she inspires a lot of high school girls to have people facing jobs. As a customer I can see the encouragement among the girls at this location to help with confidence and training for their futures.
