On a couple of different occassions, when there have been issues with the app or equipment malfunctions, they have gone the extra mile to "make it right." Service times and quality have improved. I love Panera and despite the rising prices to dine out, I will always make it possible to check in for a bowl of soup. This Panera location had me disappointed as I arrived for the lunchtime hours and the soup was not ready. Total bummer as the "You Pick Two" is my fave. Pastries were limited as well as milk alternatives for coffee (Almond Milk or Half and Half.....that's it). So I just ended up with an egg sammy and coffee, plain. A little on the dull side but enough to settle my hungry belly. The breakfast hour must have been busy as the dining area was messy with plates at tables and food on the floor. Oof. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but I absolutely no issues when I are here mid day on a Tuesday. This location was clean and actually fairly empty for lunch time. There are no ordering kiosks here so either use the app or wait in line. The food I ordered was ready in adequate time and was very good. There are plenty of tables at this location and, since this Panera is located in a much larger shopping center, also plenty of parking though spaces close to the entrance are fewer. IDK what to say about this Panera. They always mess up my order. You think I would wise up to this and order from Starbucks instead. I ordered a pumpkin muffin it could not be simpler. I got a chocolate chip cookie. Do they bother to contact and ask if they can substitute, no? I mean I get you ran out. I get you can't have your website update in real time and show a muffin is available when it is not because there are live people coming to the store and things run out. But if someone orders a muffin, and they don't get the muffin they want, give them a different muffin. A cookie can be gotten anywhere. Or give me my money back. read more

Terrible! Incompetence at it's finest! I frequent this Panera often because my kids love the Mac-N-cheese. I'd say in the last 10 visits, only once did they get my to go order right. I try something new almost every time, in hopes I might find something I'll enjoy. Everything that comes from their oven, Flatbreads to toasted baguettes, always taste like gasoline. Today's take out took the cake. My gasoline ham and gouda was awful! The arugula was a few twigs of grass and my Mexican street corn chowder, which I tried last visit and actually liked, well, I got home and realized they gave me chicken and rice soup instead! I ordered a Fuji Apple Chicken salad and took it to go. I literally had 6 thin, small pieces of chicken that was probably the equivalent of 1 small chicken strip. I didn't tip because I used the self-serve kiosk and it was almost $14 with tax. In these troubled times and my limited schedule, I tend to take my meals on the go. This location didnt fail me as my order was prepared quickly and I was on my way. I was literally the only customer in there with what looked like 3 employees up front. I ordered a frozen caramel and a bagel with cream cheese. Should be in and out, right?! Wrong!!!! First the lady made me a iced latte of some sort. Then she made the correct drink but didn't put the whip and caramel on it. When I asked her to fix it, she made a giant mess and just handed it back to me with stuff all over the cup. Then I stood there for a few moments and finally was like "may I please get my bagel?". The cashier and the person preparing and delivering our food were extremely rude and short with us. Our food was thrown carelessly in our to go bag which resulted in one of our sandwiches falling out of its box that wasn't secured closed. I love panera! Great for breakfast and lunch. My favorite breakfast item is one of the delicious soufflé's. I also love their soups and sandwiches. My favorite soup is the cream of chicken and wild rice, and sandwich the turkey artichoke paninni. The food is always up fairly quick and they have the best lemonade! I ordered on the Panera app and it told me when my order would be ready. I went in exactly when it said it would be ready but my meal wasn't on the shelf like it was supposed to be. The girl working there asked me for my name and I gave it to her. She left and came back asking where I made the purchase. I told her online and she left again. Then she came back and asked if my last name was so and so and I said no and gave her the information in my order. She left again and came back saying my order wasn't ready so I waited for it. Finally she brought it out and the bag was covered in cheese from the Mac and cheese I got. I wiped it off and left. When I went to eat the chicken frontega sandwich there was no chicken on the sandwich. All I saw on the sandwich was the sauce, a big glob of mozzarella, some tomatoes, and like two leaves of basil. It was so frustrating but I did not want to go back to the store to get a new one. Then I pull my Mac and cheese out of the bag and the container is covered in cheese sauce. Like the employees couldn't wipe the sides of the container before putting it in the bag. I was so disappointed with this trip and Panera has always been pretty disappointing when it comes to quality and correct orders. I have a really hard time wanting to go back when this has happened to me multiple times at several different locations. I have to unfortunately go with a two star rating for this particular Panera bread. While the patio overlooking the Rocky Mountains is stellar, and the classical music makes you think it's classy, my experience at Panera was far from stellar or classy. Three things were Way Wrong for me. One was that I was up sold at the counter. I was asked if if chips were okay with my sandwich and I said sure, only to realize that they added chips and charged me extra for them. The way they worded it made me think they were included with my meal. Interesting nickel and diming sales technique I don't much appreciate. The second Way Wrong thing was the plate my meal was served on was dirty. As in filthy. There were at least two (2!) baked on food stains- one a pink swirl and one a cheesy residue. Neither of which I had in my meal. Not cool at all. And thirdly, My Mediterranean chicken wrap had been handled by someone who had been handling guacamole? There were green fingerprints on my chicken wrap. Let's just say I enjoyed the ice tea and headed out of there.
