I usually love Jersey Mikes but this is unacceptable. Sandwich was SMOTHERED in oil and way too soggy to pick up. I tried to sop up some oil, but then when I opened the sandwich to add chips (like I always do), I noticed something off in the lettuce. It was a metal staple/zipper pull/stopper/something. This was my first time visiting this site, and my first time eating at a Jersey Mike's in ages. The line to order was a bit disorganized but it was lunch time. I had the fairly new Portobello Swiss Sandwich with grilled jalapeños added. It was amazing. There are a number of add-ons available but this sandwich is delicious as is. It was clean in here and the tables were getting cleared quickly. Getting in and out of this busy area can be a bit hectic, so be careful parking and pulling out. I stopped into this Jersey Mike's for a quick veggie sandwich. Hold the cheese and may to make it plant based. There weren't that many people in line when I was there and it took a little longer than I thought it would to get my order taken, pay and go. It's possible they were training someone new. I get it. Not a big deal but loses a star for that. The veggie sandwich itself was pretty tasty made Mike's way, added some hot pepper and banana peppers as I like spice. However it had a huge sodium aftertaste to it. Like I covered my sandwich in salt. So I'm not sure what exactly contributed to that but I suspect the oil mixture or just the bread itself has a ton of sodium. That's the reason the second star was taken off. I'm not a big fan of what I had, but given the opportunity and need I'd probably order my sandwich differently and hope for a better result. I come often but this being the 3rd time asking for Mike's Way with added mayo and they keep forgetting the mayo!!! I got the Big Kuhana Chicken. It was filled with meat and cheese. I was skeptical about spending $15 on a sandwich but it was large and filling. The only drawback is that I was not allowed to add some of the regular toppings. I would have loved to put lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. I came in about 20 minutes prior to closing needing to order multiple sandwiches for lunch the next day. There were 3 gentleman working in the store. They all greeted me warmly and were so nice and helpful! With the fact that the store was about to close, they could have been irritable with me coming in with a larger and complicated order (I was asking for sauces on the side since we didn't want sandwiches to be soggy) but they couldn't have been more accommodating. The 3 guys were very friendly and more than willing to help with my order. They even took time to write the names on all of the bags for who each sandwich would go to and packed extra napkins and the sauces for me. They all wished me a safe drive and a good day tomorrow. I asked "uh okay" where are you?! I'm staying at Candlewood Suites literally across the street!! I asked where was food dropped? No response, then I was told by driver "contact customer support"... Called store talked with "Madison" and was told by her delivery "isn't her problem"!? Asked for managers name, she wouldn't give it to me lol!! Then she hung up on me! If you order through the Jersey Mike's app, buyer beware, JM will claim its "not their problem" and push blame to DoorDash who they claim is subcontracted through JM for delivery. Don't waste your money or frustration, they don't stand behind delivery and then YOU will have to contact DoorDash and plead your case even though you ordered through the JM app.......it'll be your problem! I have been a loyal customer for many years. It is out of this sense of brand loyalty that I write and urge the management of this location to properly train their staff. I ordered my sandwich and attempted to use the tap to pay feature. I was then, rudely informed by your staff member that my card didn't go through. I said to retry and it would go through. Your staff member then refused my request and proclaimed that the bill might not be paid. Faced with this insult, I told him to keep the order, and took my business to Jimmy John's, next door. The same credit card was presented and was accepted by the payment gateway. My point is that you lost a $15 order and gained one for your competitor, simply because of your employee's rudeness. If this kid worked for me, I would correct his attitude and perhaps coach him on how to address adults, especially when finances are discussed. read more

I needed a quick bite to eat and thought I would give Jersey Mikes a try. Their options are few and I think it's because they stick to what they know: Simple subs. I ordered the turkey and provolone on wheat + veggies. They quickly made my sub to order and I was out the door in no time. The only reason why I give Jersey Mikes 2 stars is because the sandwich was okay. Simple is great and can often be the best taste, but this was so basic that I could have made it at home. This location gets VERY VERY busy during lunch hours, but I usually just order on the app and put in the time I will be there to pick it up and it is ready. Very few times was it not already waiting for me, but was ready very quickly once I checked in. Super great not having to stand in the long line when I don't have a very long time for lunch. I've seen Jersey Mikes popping up everywhere around the metroplex, but I wrote it off as just another sub shop. Making it worse is the fact that there's a Subway and Jimmy John's within walking distance from this location. The sub market just felt over-saturated in this in this area. My coworkers kept telling me it was legit so we went one day and boy am I glad I did. I wanted to go with something that I couldn't get anywhere else and chose the Super Sub Mike's Way (Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices). I also added black pepper to give it some extra flavor. The result? Just the best tasting sub I've ever had. There's enough meat that you don't have to double up to know it's there *ahem* Subway and Jimmy John's. By the way, you MUST opt for the rosemary bread. They also offer white bread as well, but WHY? Trust me. Just go with the rosemary bread. Lunch time during the week gets busy so I would suggest going earlier if possible especially if you're planning on eating there. read more

This is one of my go to places for lunch as its down the street from my job. It can get a bit busy in there during lunch so pick your time wisely. I usually go before 12 or after 1 to avoid the crowd. I love everything about this place. The bread is awesome. I usually do wheat but I finally tried the rosemary and was surprised that it tasted so good (Rosemary can be kind of a strong flavor). Anyhow, I love that the meat is sliced when u order so it's not like it's just sitting around. I usually get the Italian or turkey breast. One of these days I'll have to try a hot sub. I get mine mike's way minus the vinegar. My only complaint is depending on who's building the sandwich you gotta watch them with the olive oil.
