You receive points for every purchase. I had enough points that this regular sub was free. You know free sandwiches are always enjoyable. They fixed it exactly the way I like it. This location is the nearest to me. I placed my order online. It tends to get pretty busy doing the lunchtime. It's located in the strip mall with the giant. A much better experience than the one we had in Dundalk. The employee behind the counter was helpful, well spoken, and very nice. We didn't have any issues ordering our sandwiches because he was ready with follow up questions, such as: did we want peppers? Or pickles? Etc. Our sandwiches turned out so freaking delicious. It's a shame we didn't have this experience years ago. We would have been much more loyal customers. Jeremy had a cheesesteak with American cheese and grilled onions that was better than some of the cheesesteaks we have had in Philly. I would like to start by saying that I enjoy Jersey Mike's subs. I always get the #7 Turkey. I have always had good fast service and good quality food. I went yesterday 5/22 and got my usuall #7. The lad myakimg my sandwich was friendly. But for what ever reason she hardly put any meat on my sandwich. Usually they stack it up pretty high but not today. I thought maybe it's just me but when I got my home my wife also noticed that the sandwich was mostly bread and toppings and hardly any Turkey. On top of that the price had increased. Never a disappointment when I come to Jersey Mikes. I always get it Mikes Way, minus onions, it's just the right amount of juice and their special seasoning blend that makes the sandwich that much better. This go round I ordered the club sub. They don't skimp you on the amount of meat they pile up in between the bread. Each bite you can taste the juice and seasonings along with the fresh meat. read more

I used to love this place. I always order the #13 Mikes way and add the hot pepper relish. But when I see them putting mayo on the bread then the hot pepper relish on top of the mayo the hot pepper relish mixes with the mayo on the utensil and not washing or wiping it off before they put it back in the relish container that grosses me out. I do not like mayo in fact I am allergic to it. I do t eat here anymore. Food safety is not a priority here. read more

I placed an order via the mobile app. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete. My sons order and my order was not delivered. Instead of the manager being apologetic and courteous, she was rude and very dismissive. She blamed the dasher for taking the bag and acted like I was bothering her. I asked how could she do a refund but not call the dasher, she was a smart ass. She never asked for my information, so I questioned how she knew who I was and was rude again. I do like the subs. But when you are dashing and the counter person states out loud " our online orders are jumping I don't care about no one in here standing around" The only one Standing is me. I informed the customer that I was waiting for the order. As a dasher I'm an extension of your product, and it's sad to be treated like a problem. I understand it's a little bit longer for the hot items. Door dash definitely gets us to the store a bit early. But the unprofessional attitude accompanied by the uncaring outburst about people waiting. I am always nice and I come here often but maybe the light skinned lady with the short blond Curley hair could be a little more courteous. Overall, we are regulars to Jersey Mike's-coming back because their giant hoagies, packed with meat and delicious fresh toppings are craveable- our normal go-to locations have been the Hanover & Columbia franchises, but moving to the Severn area, we ended up at the Glen Burnie location. We ordered online, clicking the ASAP request, and received an update our hoagies would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arrival, we discovered the restaurant was very backed up on orders- it took about 25 minutes before someone even came over to acknowledge us at the pick up window. When they finally checked us in, they said they had no status update on our hoagies yet. After another few minutes, they let us know that one of three of our hoagies was done, but they would have to re-make it since it had been sitting out too long... We waited a bit longer after that to finally obtain our hoagies, clocking in at a 45 min wait in the restaurant. When we got home to eat, we discovered that in their haste they completely messed up all three of our hoagies. All three had the wrong breads- all three had oil & vinegar despite us un-checking the box and writing in please do not add- two were missing toppings we requested-and the hot hoagie, despite being re-made was cold (I'm unsure if they actually re-made it or just re-breaded it). I'm fine with a long wait, since it was obvious they were swamped and only had a few employees, but they should pay attention to the order- 45 mins to get all three hoagies wrong was very depressing- though the ingredients were the same fresh delicious quality, we had very different hoagies from what we ordered. My husband and I ordered dinner on the app last night for pickup. It was National Cheesesteak Day so I had to be official! I ordered a regular #17 on wheat (American cheese, peppers and onions). It was sooo yummy and I enjoyed it even more because I don't have them often. While I was being festive, my husband decided not to be official. He stuck to his usual giant #13 on white. He is a giant so the giant sub is nothing for him to tackle! All of the orders were made accurately. I believe they were pretty busy so the ready times were a little off. This location is a bit newer than others and seemed bigger and nicer (probably because they didn't have any tables out for Covid). I made a commitment to only post bad reviews if I have to. It seems like I've been having some bad luck lately.. I ordered through Uber Eats and received 4 out of the 6 subs. Missing both #13. Called and the guy on the phone said he just got in to work a minute ago... Okay??? Then he said he will ask to see if anyone remembers but most likely not.... ?!?! After waiting 5 minutes, he comes back and confirms that because they accidentally double ordered my order, they didn't put everything in the bag. Their calculations were completely wrong and need to be more careful next time. The guy never apologized and hung up when I tried asking other questions about my order. As I was waiting for my order, one of the employees saw a dropped rag, picked it up and put it BACK ON THE HOOK TO USE AGAIN. I frankly don't care what the rag was used for, all I know is that it was on the floor then put back on a hook to be used again. It made me sick to my stomach to see that. I just want to say that the customer service here is great. My colleagues and I work in the area and we decided to have an event and Mikes catered for us. Mr. Q and his staff went above and beyond expectation. It was great overall and the food was deilicious. Now when we visit, they welcome us so nicely and that is what creates a great store. For the subs to be damn near 20 you would think it would be correct, it's ridiculous I will never order from this location imagine ordering from this location your really hungry, you don't feel like driving right... Your order arrives and you immediately check it and its wrong again!!!!! If I was there I would have threw the entire sub in the person's face who made it, so it's good thing I was not there.. Terrible. Just terrible. Staff is slower than a turtle stuck in mud. Took 20+ minutes to get a sandwich and it wasn't even made right. But the worst by far is the manager. She is very abrasive towards white people and customers in general, and definitely has some big time anger issues and very few people skills. The owner would be wise to terminate her employment.
