Service at the counter was excellent. The young lady made sure to answer any questions we had and was very polite. We also ate in so our food was brought right to our table as it was ready. Food came out hot and fresh. We ordered two pizzas and both came out piping hot, cheese melting. They were delicious. Crust was perfectly baked. I would have like a little more sauce on my bacon ranch pizza but that's just preference and can't hold that against them. The restaurant was very clean as well. On the bright side, the fries were good -- hot, crisp, and dependable. The coleslaw was exactly how I like it: balanced, not too sweet, not too heavy on the mayo. Where they truly shine is customer service. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and very helpful throughout the visit. Service can make or break a dining experience, and they definitely delivered on that front. Overall, while this visit didn't completely wow me food-wise, the cleanliness and service alone are enough for me to give them another shot.
