Representing Colorado established restaurant in my America 250 series is Qdoba. Glen Burnie location is the only location I've never reviewed in the DMV. I like Qdoba in general, but this location was more or less on par with the typical location. I visited this one twice in the early part of 2023. I joined a games group in Jan. 2023 that used to meet at the Panera in this shopping center, but in May 2023 they moved locations, and I haven't been back to this Qdoba. A couple of times I got a bowl here after games at Panera. The Qdoba was open relatively late after 9 PM, which was a plus. Bowl was pretty solid, but the 2nd time I visited the avocado was a bit brown. Overall, it was still a good option. read more

Went in there to get an order. Two really. I had my spouse on the phone trying to make sure I got the orders correct because of food sensitivities. The workers begin to rush my and my orders. They end up making them both the same way which is not what I wanted. And all because there was one person who came behind me. If I'm actively infront of you trying to place an order, why do you think it is okay to not only rush me, but to also make the orders the exact same way when I told you I had two separate items? Rip off! I ordered from here through Uber eats. I ordered a chicken bowl and a child's chicken quesadilla. However, my meal arrived with absolutely no chicken. Not in my bowl or in the quesadilla. I was really disappointed with my recent order. One of the kids meals was completely missing, and the other didn't include taco shells. I tried calling the store several times but just got the runaround with no real help. In the end, I had to place and pay for a second order just to get the food I originally requested. Disgusting. Didn't receive a couple of the side condiments that I requested and I arrived 5 minutes after the quoted time my order would be ready and it wasn't ready. Called the restaurant to let them know I was outside and was told to hold on and then they hung up on. Very very pleasantly surprised! This location is head and shoulders better than other Qdobas I've been to. The staff puts in the effort, you can tell they care about what they are making. The chicken and all the ingredients are fresh, seasoned correctly and made to order in front of you. Pricing is on par with competitors. read more

So a large part of the credit for this bad review is DoorDash, but... I ordered a family taco meal via delivery for Cinqo De Mayo, the order was 20 minutes late, and instead of the tacos and meat, all we got was salsa & chips and some fixings (pictured), all for the low price of $61.63! Never having used DoorDash before, but they're contracted with QDOBA during this pandemic, they blamed the restaurant, denied any responsibility, and said any type of refund or issue had to be resolved from the restaurant directly. After repeated attempts to call the restaurant resulted in a constant busy message, I drove down waiting an additional 10 minutes amidst groups of people that barely constituted social distancing, and retrieved the part of my order and left as fast as I could (due to hunger, anger, and COVID fear), and QDOBA would've been off the hook, except... The heavy missing second bag didn't include the queso or guacamole (which I paid extra for!), which I didn't get the pleasure of finding out until I got home. So... yeah... order late, half missing, with a wasted $15 in delivery charges... had to pick it up myself/risk personal health... AND no guac or queso? One star, dude. read more

This is my favorite place but not anymore how many times are you going to mess up my order, I don't even order online anymore so I go in order my stuff and tell them exactly what I want and today July 17,2021 around 630 I say no cheese nice and loud what does she do puts cheese on it and I'm like I said NO CHEESE then when you say extra this or that they act like they can't hear it's frustrating as hell so I will not continue to come to this location. The service is quick. The food is constantly being made, sold and replenished. Because everything is assembled to order, it is VERY helpful to know what you want BEFORE it's your turn in line. Otherwise, you will slow everything down. The dining area was pretty busy, but the tables and the floor were kept. I ordered a chicken bowl and it was GREAT!! They didn't skimp on anything. They have most traditional taco/fajitas toppings readily available. The hot items are kept hot and the cold ones cold. Every now and the. The temperature of the meat is a tad cooler than I like it. I live the fact that I can customize my meal a different way each time. The staff are generally pretty accommodating if you want a little more or less of this or that. read more

My experience was phenomenal. I've never had qdoba and today my standards were met tremendously. Honestly everyone working (2 ladies up front and a male chef in the back) were amazing. the treatment i got was so welcoming and helpful. Ding! Ding! In this corner we have Qdoba and in the other corner we have its rival Chipotle. Qdoba and Rival are going to head to toe in the Mexican fast food/casual dining category and the winner is . . . Qdoba. Qdoba and Chipotle are very similar in their menu and concept. At a high level, both offer Mexican flavors in a "quick food" format (slightly more glamorous than a fast food drive through). Also, both use the assembly line concept where you order your meal at one end of the line and then follow your plate down the assembly line as beans, meats, cheeses, veggies and toppings like sour cream and guacamole are added. Overall, the "food at Qdoba is tasty. I've found that the meats, beans, Spanish rice, pico de gallo, corn salsa and queso all have great flavor. Also, the produce seems to be reasonably fresh. You can order tacos, burritos, nachos, salads etc. at Qdoba so from that stand point I think the menu is a little more diverse than Chipotle. If you're undecided on what you want then you can order two smaller items from the "Craft 2" menu. Finally, if you are a Coca-Cola fan then you'd be glad to know that they offer a full array of Coke products. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Also, they seem good on customer service as they highly discounted our meal recognizing it wasn't prepared properly due to confusion of a new employee. Nice quality, service and fast food. Loved the choices between salad, burritos, quesadillas with multiple protein options and toppings. This QDOBA is surrounded by a myriad of fast food options but I had coupons so I stopped in. I've been to this location a couple times for lunch and it's never been busy. They offer Chipotle style food with a few more options such as salads in a taco bowl and a really good queso. They can be a little light on toppings so if you want a little more ask. I think these burritos are just as good as Chipotle but can have a different flavor profile which is nice. If you're round the Burn' and need a change of pace from the usual give this Qdoba a shot. read more

Love the breakfast burrito! This is not a place I would think of for breakfast, but after some co-workers insisted, I gave it a try. It is pretty damn good. But they only serve it at 8-11am. Their burritos are no joke. For people with small stomachs, they could probably make 2 meals out of one burrito. I'm also a fan of the soft tacos too. I love the carne asada with guacamole (which cost extra, but so worth it). If you are military, let them know and they will offer you a military discounts. It is nice that you're not charge for guac however they recently made menu changes that I do not like. The food is good but the tacos are no longer build to order. They only have 4 tacos that you can choose from. I asked the staff if we could modify or build our own tacos but we cannot. I won't go out of my way to go to any Qdoba. The food here is pretty good, nothing special but good. The employees are mostly nice but they really don't listen when you are telling them what you want on your burrito or naked burrito, that's what I usually get. If it's crowded they just start putting anything and everything on your food to get you out faster which ends up taking longer because I make them start over. The biggest problem now is that the portions have gotten smaller. I have to get double chicken or steak now just to match what they used to put on it. They put a ton of rice, lettuce and cheese and skimp on everything else. Not a bad place to eat but you just have to watch them closely when they are preparing your food. read more

I come here every once in a while when I'm not feeling cheap enough for Taco bell and not feeling expensive enough for El Salto. Qdoba has a great selection, first off. They have delicious tortilla soup, which is made all the better by careful application of hot sauce. They salsa roja is actually decently spicy, and I love it so very very much. This is truly one of the best qdobas I have ever been too. The manager is one of the nicest people I have came across, she is very friendly and hardworking. I simply mentioned to her that I have to try the breakfast sometime because it looked good and next thing I know she writes on the back of my receipt a coupon for a free breakfast burrito! This place once was a good place to eat. The food was served with plenty of meat. Now they give you a minimal amount of meat. The tacos, burritos, etc are mainly rice, beans, and lettuce. They raised the prices of everything and cut back on the ingredients. Corporate greed at it's finest.
