Tasty cheesesteak. The rosemary on the bread is a little overpowering for this particular sandwich. I should have gone with the wheat or regular. It was very wet because of the cheese and juices. My only problem with this location and possibly others is that they do not prioritize customers who are in the store; instead preparing online orders before they even look at you. Many years in the food service industry taught me that your first priority is to that of customers who are in the store. Gluten free bread is ok; it's not fantastic, but is a reasonable alternative to gluten sensitive individuals. Be grateful the option is offered. The overwhelming majority of fast food restaurants don't give any consideration for those who will suffer for weeks if they eat gluten. I placed an order through the app for delivery, they contracted through door dash and my food never arrived, I called DoorDash to have them try to fix it, the driver and the restaurant would not answer and they cancelled the order, door dash advised they refund the store and since I paid them directly I would need to get my refund from jerseys mikes, I tried calling same night and was not able to get through untill I called 20 times in succession untill some one finally answered the phone. They refused to give me a refund untill I spoke with the store manager, Ricky. I called back to speak with him the following day, and he stated he is unable to issue a refund. Edit: I just spoke with Ricky again and after getting approval, they issued me a refund, but not b4 trying to add to my store credit. I declined as I just don't ever want to even eat at this store. I praise Ricky for doing everything he could to remedy the situation as much as possible within his scope but shame on the owner for not giving him the ability to properly rectify this on his own, this puts thier employees in a precarious predicaments and they have to be the one to bare the brunt of us grumpy customers and it leaves a bad taste in our mouths about the customer service. It's been a few years since I have eaten at a Jersey Mike's. After discovering my Shore points were still good, (their rewards program,) I decided to stop in for lunch. Sandwiches are made when ordered. While the menu lists what is on each sandwich, the person making mine confirmed what I wanted on the sandwich. I ended up adding a couple of spicy elements to the roast beef sandwich. Sandwiches may also be ordered online, over the phone, or through their app. Like many other sandwich shops, chips and cookies are also available for purchase. The inside components of my sandwich were fresh. Meat and cheese are sliced to order. My bread was stale at one end. That was the end I started at. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable sandwich. I ordered a large sandwich to have some for later. The sandwich remained unsoggy when I finished it. Jersey Mike's carries Pepsi products, and Stubborn soda. Soda fountain is located near the front, or grab a drink from the drink refrigerator towards the back. If looking for a place to work while eating, Jersey Mike's may be the place. The tables along the wall across from the deli counter all appear to have outlets at them. (I did not check all the tables, but from where I was sitting, they all appeared to.) We love our sammies and it's been years since we have had Jersey Mikes. We stopped in as this is a newer addition by westgate and wanted a quick lunch. I like they have their fresh sliced cold cuts and have plenty of sub options. You can get your sandwich on their bread, in a wrap or a bowl or sub in a tub. Hubs got a chicken bacon ranch and really liked it. I prefer a cold sandwich but tried his and it was good. I got the club sub in a tub and it was fantastic!! There was a lot of food and although the prices are a bit higher than other sandwich chains the freshness is worth it! read more

Hubby was craving a really good sub, so decided to order delivery from here. We've been a few times after my last review and it's been getting better each time. I must say, they've totally redeemed themselves. Our subs were delivered quickly and perfectly hot. My Philly Cheesesteak Sub was probably the best I've ever had. The wheat roll was really soft and the meat/cheese/peppers were wonderfully tender and flavorful. Once I was at the pay window I was in and out pretty quick. With all the people inside i decided to take it to go. When I got home my bread was a bit hard and borderline stale. I placed an order of 5 sandwiches on line and all were right except mine. I ordered the Portobello sandwich and in customize area I put Mikes way extra mayo. When I got home it was not that way. I'm writing this a half hour after placing my order, and they haven't even started making our two sandwiches. Terrible.

I've been relying on random Jersey Mike's locations to fill my belly for nearly a decade. The sandwiches really are the best you can find from a chain, hands down. And while I can't bring myself to leave a negative review I will say this: it would behoove management at this location to find a better way to keep the bread fresh and moist. It literally makes the sandwich. Been here twice since moving to the area, and it's the only recommendation I can make. The bread makes the sandwich sing, and it's just slightly off-key at the moment. I'll keep coming back. Just saying, you may be losing potential life-long customers if they aren't getting a perfect sub. Super friendly staff and squeaky clean store though. read more

Today we went to get food. A young man was cleaning the grill and didn't completely clear off the grill of the black bubbly stuff and put the onions for my sandwich. I told the young lady I would like to change my food, it didn't look good. The young man got mad. The girl taking the order was very nice and said yes. The other young lady with multi face piercings got very rude kept staring at me. I told her can I please have more bacon on my sub as she put crumbs. This young lady and young man were upset I changed my order. We paid and they just kept chatting I asked for a bag, the girl with the piercings put the bag on the counter and just stared at us. We opened the bag and put our stuff in the bag. We asked for the receipt and she walked away without giving it. The only nice one was the young lady taking the orders. Such a disappointment. The service at this location keeps getting slower and slower. Today i ordered online, and i got an expected wait of 40 minutes. When we went in, we could see that it was a terrible situation. There were only 3 teenagers in there, telling people that they're we're very behind. My order had about 5 online orders ahead, without considering the people at the store So, we ended up going home and coming back up. And even an hour AFTER my sub was supposed to be ready, it had not been made yet. I don't blame the kids, you could tell that they were not properly trained, and i have never seen a manager ever. Subs are always good at this location but they just fail so miserably on the App side that it's impossible to give them more then 3 stars. They will never have your order ready. I have gone so far as waiting 10 minutes past the promised pickup time to leave my house and they still don't have the order ready. Chipotle, Canes,Firehouse and even Jack in the Box have figured out the App game but for some reason this place can't figure it out. read more
