Out of all the chain sandwich places Jersey Mikes is my go to. Bread is always fresh and the ingredients are better than the competition. The lines get long here at times but they are pretty quick with completing orders and with accuracy. I usually order with a food service app but they changed the format. I tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today. I ordered a regular size Original Italian on rosemary parm bread. It came with lettuce, tomato and onion with oil and vinegar. I added pickles and pepperoncinis. It had a little time to marinate as I took it home before eating. My impressions, it was a fine tasting sandwich. I love the meat combo of an Italian sandwich and so order that most anywhere I go for the sake of comparison. The freshly sliced meats and cheeses here remind me of Port of Subs. But Jersey Mike's only offers mayo as a spread. The rosemary parm bread is similar to the Italian herb and cheese bread I like from Subway. It was soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside and herbacious. A good vessel for the fillings. The topping options are fewer here compared to Subway. I like to have a few more veggies on my sub like bell pepper, olives, cucumber and spinach. Jersey Mike's does not offer those that I could tell. They do sandwiches their way and that's OK. As I said, it was a fine tasting sandwich. What bothers me about Jersey Mike's is the price. A regular Italian here was $8.50 and about 8 inches. I can get a similar yet larger sandwich at Subway and Port of Subs for a better price. Mike's has its place in this world but I prefer the other big names in sandwich lore for the value and options. I will say this Jersey Mike's location on this particular visit showed me good customer service and made me a fast sandwich. No complaints there. read more

Visited this Jersey Mike's for something different and was really surprised at the wonderful service that received from the staff. The restaurant was busy when we came in and therefore was not as clean as usually excellent excellent expect, but while we were eating I saw the staff tidying up. It is always great to eat at a clean table and a must for me; don't care for others germs. We found a table that was clean so they seem to clean it between the rush. I ended up ordering the philly steak and cheese and it was made fresh, but I did not know that it had onions on it. When I was ordering the cashier confirmed my order for the small sandwich with only meat and cheese, but it had onions and I will not eat it at all. I brought it to the cashiers attention when she was free of customers and she happened to be the manager. She also made sure it had no onions and actually I watched the cook remake the sandwich so I was so elated. The sandwich was so worth it. read more

I ordered two mini subs one #7 mikes way no onion no cheese add banana peppers and pickles. Also ordered a #9 no bacon mikes way no onions. Add pickles and jalapeños. Sadly the order was incorrect. My sandwiches were not made mikes way they were Very dry and unenjoyable. Very Displeased with my order today. This location has renewed my faith in this sandwich chain! I know it's a newer location, hence, not getting 5 stars YET. Also I was sent coupons for this location and drove 15 minutes to see that they were still not open yet. I used to frequent the S Eastern and Paradise locations a couple times a week. I eat a lot of sandwiches. For some reason, about 2-3 years ago, I had a string of about 6-7 times I went to the other locations mentioned, and received old, dry beach sand-textured bread. Totally ruined the sandwich, ESPECIALLY at this price point. Everyone knows bread makes or breaks the sandwich, the dough makes or breaks the pizza, and the ranch dressing makes or breaks the salad, haha, but true.. So in short, I went back to my old fav chain, Jimmy John's for the past 2-3 years. I've now been at this location 4 times, and the sandwiches always taste like they should, and the employees are FAST, FRIENDLY, and keep the store clean. read more

Delicious subs! The inside of this location is on the small side, but I typically grab subs to go or order through Ubereats so no big deal. Jersey Mike's is up there for me as one of the best sub spots. The Italian sub is good and a regular is more than enough food for me. It's loaded with meat, so much so that I usually remove some of the ham. The only thing that would make it better is if they heated their subs. The chocolate chip cookies are great for pre-packaged cookies. read more

So I've never been to a Jersey Mike's before so I had pretty low expectations. Things I noticed at this location specifically: they were WORKING and it was FAST. Also they have so many great options for sandwiches to pick from. But really I am writing this review because the girl who took our order, Emily, deserves to be recognized. Like, she has no reason to be that good at her job. Like she was so nice, and happy and really seemed to like her job it was incredible to see. Especially because I didn't expect that or really need that but I was just impressed. If I was the manager I would promote her or something to make sure she stays. That is all. I was very unsatisfied and offended with the customer service I received. I came in with my son to get a sub for him and for myself. The employee who helped me out and took my order was very kind and professional. As for the woman who made my phillumenists cheese steak was extremely rude. I asked Alex to add lettuce and mayo to my sub. I watched the other employee make it and didn't follow his instructions. So I asked her if I could get lettuce and mayo on my sub like I previously asked. She then rolled her eyes at me and grabbed my sub ripped it open and slammed it down and through lettuce on it sloppy. Then she still did not put mayo on it and wrapped it back up and threw my food at me. Also she put it on the wrong bread. I was very unsatisfied with this experience. He told me I made a great choice and he was sure I was going to like it. But, the bread smelled. It smelled old or moldy. It's kind of like if you're suppose to be eating healthy and you end up with a cheese steak in front of you you stay in that rose colored glasses place and enjoy. But when the bread smells you suddenly realize you've made a mistake. The bread was bad the sandwich really isn't good for you anyways so, I threw the sandwich away and left. read more
