We've been going to JM since they opened and have gotten delicious subs every single time. I like the fact that you can watch them build your sub, slicing the meat and cheese fresh and building on that with fresh vegetables. We've pretty much settled on the Italian as our favorite. We try and get there once a week or so and have never been disappointed. We buy the large sub and split it and always leave full and satisfied. Try it, you'll like it! read more

April went to jersey mikes visiting in myrtle beach SC. staff was extra kind and professional. Ordered the turkey sub. real tasty and delicious. My wife driving home to Nashua said there's a jersey mikes in Hudson. went in and waiting to order the Philly steak and turkey. A girl with 10 tattoos and nose ring is using her hand in a glove to wipe all the crumbs off the cutting area on the floor, then wiped the shredded lettuce clippings from in between the sunken stainless bins, then lifting the cutting board and pushing all the scraps to the floor and a lot of the scraps are falling back into the bins. my wife and I look at each other and do we want to just leave? It's 7:45 and late meal and we are hungry. Should have just left. so now the girl gets the rolls out.. I was hoping she would at least change her gloves..nope. then reaches under the counter gets a rag to now fine tune getting the scraps off of the prep area, onto the floor!! when done puts the rag back under the counter and continues to finish putting lettuce, tomatoes etc on the subs..I now try to look over the counter and the floor is full of food trash , roll parts lettuce.. bits of meat. I looked at the girls sneakers and loaded with crud ; while she is trying to keep a grip on the greasy floor. Where the freak is the board of health? This place has tons of violations. 2 half subs 18.00 bucks . Not all that great. Will not return. Most likely typical absentee owner and hires the cheapest untrained help. Ordered Jersey Mike's for the first time and had it delivered. It was the first and last time we will eat from there. It was such a disappointment! 1: DoorDash does the delivery, so was charged $4 for delivery. 2: Was charged $5 for "taxes and fees". According to the app, there is a $4 fee to help cover the costs of the app itself. So, you get charged to use the online ordering app... ridiculous! 3: Ordered a Mike's Famous Philly on white and it tasted just like a Subway steak and cheese sub! Definitely nothing to rave about. 4: Other members in the family ordered the Original Italian and also said it tasted like any other Italian sub from our other local sub and pizza shops. Also nothing special. 5: The "regular" size is smaller than any of the "regular" size subs of our local pizza and sub shops. The "giant" was also smaller than many of our local shops' large subs. 6: I had some fiberous and hard piece of vegetable in the sub...assume it was part of a green pepper but wasn't happy to bite into it and remove it in my dinner! 7: Around $9 for a "regular" size or $14 for a "giant". WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! You can pay $6-$7 for a regular from Mike's Pie which is larger and tastes much better! $7-$8 for a large from Mike's Pie which is larger and better taste than the "giant" at Jersey Mike's. 8: Jersey Mike's has an extremely limited menu and you can get much more choices, better tasting food, and more for your money from many of our local small business pizza and sub shops. In conclusion, don't waste your time or money. Stick to the places that you typically order from and are already familiar with. read more

Placed an online order and pickup time was 6:47. Arrived at 6:57 only to be told that our order hasn't been started yet. This is the third time we've ordered from here since it opened and each time it has gotten progressively worse. And their subs aren't even that good. Avoid this place. read more

Terrible customer service. Too many people in one area working which is not good with this pandemic going on. They gave me the wrong order/ must've not heard what I was ordering. They need to turn down their music to hear people with their masks on. Needs to be more organized, I could've just walked out without paying for my food. read more

Cold cuts sliced to order; sliced thin like the sub shops of old. Everything was fresh, and the homemade bread made on premises everyday, sets this sub shop apart. Also, the Big Kahuna steak and cheese is amazing. read more
