We stopped in for 2 coffee shakes on Wed 11/26/25 between 2-2:30 PM. A heavy set male employee took our order, we paid picking "no tip" then he proceeded to actually make our drinks. It tasted like pure coffee syrup w/o any dairy. I took 1 sip which was not drinkable but my husband didn't want trouble so he drank his therefore I could not state only mine was bad etc. Was it due to clicking the "no tip" field? They insisted that there was no order and asked if it was under another name or if it is the right location. I showed 3 people the confirmation receipt and they said it wasn't in their system and they don't know what to tell me. Came here for the first time (at this location) for dinner. Hubby and I ordered their large fries and 2 bacon cheeseburgers. I ordered my burger wrapped in lettuce. Both of us ordered add-ins in our burgers like sautéed onions, jalapeños, mushrooms, tomato, and lettuce. Total came to around $29. What's Hot - Service. Pretty quick and reasonable. It was not busy at the time we came, which I'm sure was a factor. We received our order in less than 10 minutes. - Quality. Pretty delish! All our food was warm and you could taste that it was freshly made. - Portions. Very good. Our burgers were definitely a good enough size that we were able to get full. One of the best things of Five Guys' fries is that whatever side you order, they always scoop extra fries in your takeaway bag. Definitely helps in our case, because hubby has a big appetite, especially when it comes to fries! - Price. Pretty reasonable, especially given the portions. Definitely reasonable for the fries, because they always scoop extra fries into your order. - Layout. Pretty good. There are a decent number of tables and chairs available for customers- probably around 6-7 tables. - Free peanuts. During this time of the pandemic, as health and safety standards are evolving, it's nice to see they have their free peanuts out again for customers. - Location. Pretty convenient. This particular location is in a plaza, where there are other shops and restaurants. Hubby and I went to the Verizon store first, which is how we came across this Five Guys location. I came in with my baby and husband and there wasn't a line so I was deciding quickly what I wanted while my husband ordered. I ordered a milkshake and realized I didn't say what kind, so quickly decided. The manager who was the cashier named Scott A scoffed and rolled his eyes at me after I ordered. My husband was so uncomfortable he forgot to order toppings and didn't want to stay. We were going to dine in but the manager kept staring at us so we left and ate in the car. As the other reviews say, this is normal Five Guys food. So pretty great. Greasy, messy, hard to eat but good. The burgers are pretty fantastic as are the fries. Plus, I love vinegar on my fries so that's a plus. As for the atmosphere of the joint, yes, this Five Guys is pretty loud compared to others, and the employees are very boisterous. The south Nashua location is a perfect spot because it's located in an area where you can go to several stores, eat and never move your car. The restaurant is always immaculately clean which is refreshing considering the recent health code issues at other chain facilities. I don't know of a better burger that comes from a fast service style restaurant. It's juicy, tender, flavorful and presented well. I love the toppings available for the customer because I am a condiment addict. I always order the "little cheeseburger" and I have yet to try something else because it's just so addictive. The French fries are phenomenal and the option of vinegar is such a treat. The only request I would make is to have mustard bottles available as well because shockingly I am not a ketchup person like all other good Americans. The staff has always been consistently friendly and efficient at this location. The only negative point in my opinion is the calorie count on the food. I wish it were significantly less so I could eat here more often. However, good things do come at a cost so I really shouldn't complain. The establishment is decorated with the restaurants ratings which does not include any more recent "burger of the year" for 2014 and or 2015. My daughter loves stopping here. The service is always good. They have never made a mistake even though you order every burger differently and the food is always good. It is a bit pricey but keep in mind, it is far better than Burger King or McDonalds and it is only about $2 more. Well worth it!! The cashier got my order wrong and didn't give me back my change yet. The manager "refunded" the order to charge me the correct order but instead walked away after the "refund". The cashier than charged me again for the order and then gave me less change than he was supposed to. Then the manager had to cancel it again. The cashier than gave me all my money back plus extra shorting his drawer. I told him the mistake and at first he said I could keep it not understand why he was in error. The manager was also confused. Then they charged me again full price for a new order. At this point I should walked away from this travesty of service. So there were now four versions of my order in their system that was placed. Soon after my original order was ready and the manager took it away saying it was the incorrect order. A minute later he gave it right back to me saying it was the correct one. No one seemed apologetic at all about their mistakes. read more

When i first heard of the company it was from the review turned song on youtube, which hyped the place up. Five Guys lived up to that hype and continues to after every experience. Large portions, oozing cheese, crispy bacon and the fries though!!! Five Guys is dominating the lunch/dinner game, for me anyways. As for the atmosphere, no issues what so ever. The people working are very friendly, always easy going and try to get a laugh out of you which to me is what this world needs more of. They may yell across the room but its for a reason whether it be your order is ready or alerting the person on the grill to drop patties for the guest that just walked into the door. read more

The burgers and fries at this small sized Five Guys are consistent with the chain's standard. Service was relatively quick, considering how busy the place was and the fact they cook everything to order. Our only real complaint was the noise level. For some reason the staff here are being trained to yell about everything, sing loudly whenever they feel like it and generally make a ruckus. We've never witnessed such behavior at other Five Guys outlets and it is particularly unpleasant in a small space that's made of all hard surfaces which tend to amplify the noise and bounce it around the room. It was also disconcerting that not only when new customers come in the door the staff yells about that, but they even bellowed out "Fat man through the door!" when one guy arrived and "Fat man leaving!" when he departed. We noticed they didn't describe the skinnier patrons and thought it was very offensive. So, no, we probably won't be back, despite their "A-OK" burgers. read more

First time eating here.....The burgers are probably the best I have had in a long time. They were perfectly cooked, flavorful and very juicy. One thing I hate about burgers is gristle and I found none in the burgers. I watched them cooking on the grill and they are very fresh as well as the toppings...The lettuce was crisp, cheese melted to perfection, bacon crisp and a burger to die for. Been there a few times. I do not eat burgers (wife does) so I get the hot dog. They are always very friendly, food is hot, fresh and tasty. Plenty of different ways to dress up your order also i.e. toppings. Fries are off the hook, for the two of us we get a small and can not eat them all.
