I love jersey mikes. This is my favorite sub shop in town. They have great subs. I love their cheese and I love their special oil mix. The used to have Logan berry with was so good but they don't have it anymore. They have great cream soda though. They have some fun flavored of chips like very good all dressed chips. Their service is so good I didn't get judged at all for my plain sandwich but asked if it was good and got given great suggestions for other toppings. We ordered from Jersey Mike's last night for the first time ever. I was absolutely blown away by the quality, and can honestly say that I think this was the best tuna sub I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful, and it tasted like something I would make myself. My friend had the Big Kahuna, and he said the sub was far better than average. The prices are great, though I cannot suggest ordering through Uber Eats because they royally screwed up and left our order sitting. However, even with that, the subs were amazing. Second time we ordered on the app and when we got it home the order was wrong! If you call they will remake the order but we drive over 15 miles one way to order from here. Went there at 6pm no one in store . We asked about a promo 10 meal with pop and chips . A girl who I assumed was manager said nothing about that promo and told us the other promo was on Sunday only . When I continued to talk about the $10 deal she became aggravated by my questions about promo and when I asked her to explain promo in more detail regarding size of sub she snapped and said I told you already . I said excuse me that's no way to talk to customer and then she actually screamed the size . Didn't want to help with app and then went in back room where I still heard her complaining about the issue . Food was be no complaints . The manager needs better customer service skills very poor communication and you don't scream at a ! Update contacted there complaint line never got a response . There are better sub places in Lockport to get a sub I will give the competition my business !! read more

The young man named Logan Collin was very condescending and rude to me. It was very embarrassing. When I started to place my order and told him I hadn't been there for a while because the bread was stale last time I was there, he proceeded to tell me they only make bread once a day. Anyhow, I told him I would need two subs to go after getting the two I wanted to eat there, he told me three times that they don't have or do to go orders. All I could think was really!? Hmmmmm. He told me I would need to go back up there to order the dare I say it, get my two subs, "to go"/take home. I spent just under $50. I will not go back to that Jersey Mike's, and I will not recommend it to anyone. When I tried to file a formal complaint, I had to check boxes with motorcycles, bicycles, stairs, buses, traffic lights and fire hydrants for about 20". It was ridiculous. If I didn't know any better, I'd say it was because the website was designed to deter one from submitting a complaint. I have emailed the general manager and I'm awaiting a call back from her. read more

Only because I can't give 1 star. I place a easy delivery order 2 regular sandwiches. It's delivered missing a sandwich. I call them and a gal answered asking my name I give it. She cackles and said oh dang it's right here well you can come get it. I said I had delivery for a reason. She laughs and says well we can make it a giant and you can come get it I can't leave the store. I said let me speak to a manager at least for a refund she says the manager just left laughing the whole time. Ordered the #6 the roast beef its legit. Not that weird chemical bathed stuff the other places call roast beef. The bread is almost identical to Subway I had higher hopes for that but overall it was good. I will come back again. read more

We were very impressed with the timeliness of their response and their obvious desire to make it right. -_____________________________________ Tonight we ordered 2 subs through the app and arrived as a young lady was making them. After completing the first sub she dipped her hands into the bacon bin and ate a slice with her gloves on, and then did it again...with her hands clearly touching her mouth. She then proceeded to start making our second sub without changing gloves or washing her hands. Half way through, she stopped to have a protracted conversation with another employee, while another patron waited to be served. A third patron gave up waiting and walked out. When I arrived home I unwrapped our subs only to find mayonnaise all over the outside of the rolls. I literally had to use paper towels to clean them up. They were drenched and inedible so we had to throw them away, despite the $30+ price tag. I know Jersey Mike's has a decent reputation, but I'd avoid the Lockport location unless they make some staffing adjustments. We won't be back. read more
