The roll is hard as a rock, the cheese half assed put on the sandwich, and the meat would've done better with a piece of spam instead of what's supposed to be ham. And their app sucks only certain things you can get on app and you have to pay by card no option to pay in restaurant. The girl who waited in me was nice and knew how to do her job but that was the only good thing about this visit. i won't ever want to work there cuz morning manage named candie was rude to me cuz I walk to restaurant and ask her if she saw my job application and she said no I didn't get to the yet and come back next week if I saw it or not and i asked if she was hiring full or part time and she said part time. We've had issues with this location for years. Sadly there aren't a ton of restaurant options in Lockport especially late at night and during a pandemic and you're hungry. Once in a while you have to resort to a fast food place as much as people want to put you down for eat at these kind of establishments. Unfortunately this location seems to just not ever want to upgrade or fix any issues they have. Several years ago most Burger Kings in the nation upgraded their drink machines to the kind where you you can choose added syrup flavors. This location refuses to do that. They are still operating like an old Burger King from a decade ago. (I've heard rumblings about a cheap franchise owner which is pathetic if true.) They are very slow and it's hit and miss if they mess up your order. It seems to be correct more often than not, but still, when you have an issue it's annoying especially if you're grabbing it to go and don't realize there is an issue until you are home. That was the real kicker for me. My husband grabbed food to go and when he got home halfway through eating my Whopper I found a LONG hair in it. Now one in my house has hair that's even touching the shoulders let alone this long. We haven't had company to our house in over a year due to the pandemic and even then, those that we have had also have hair on the shorter side. I'm only mentioning this because I know sometimes when you find hair in your food people just automatically think it came from your own head or maybe someone in your house. I would have probably thought the same if this hair wasn't 18 inches long. By this point I felt sick to my stomach so I threw away the rest and my husband emailed them or contacted through their website or whatever hoping we'd hear back in a couple days saying they were sorry and offering a free sandwich or something. Instead we got nada. Zip. Zilch. No one contacted, no one cared. This incident happened in June of 2020 so it definitely was still mid pandemic but there was absolutely no reason they could have never gotten back to us about it. I'm not even sure how or why that would even happen, during a pandemic of all times when food workers are supposed to be especially cleanly. Totally understandable if it took a week or hell even a month or two to get back to me but we never heard anything and that's just sad. Out of all the fast food restaurants this is my go to! They have never messed up my order no matter how busy they may be and have the friendliness staff. One employee that always has a smile on his face and ready to serve is Stan. I have seen him a couple times within the past few months and is ALWAYS in a good mood. Their is other staff that carry the same attitude but he just tends to stick out a little more. I had a hankering for a double whopper and my daughter kindly drove to Burger King to get it for me. This was today, April 5th at around 7:30 pm, so no real dinner rush to consider. When my daughter arrived back home, I eagerly opened the wrap only to discover a single patty, whopper with cheese. Mistakes happen, so I called Burger King and explained their error. The young lady that answered the phone listened to my complaint, took my name and advised me that I would receive a double whopper at no charge on my next visit. That part of the conversation was acceptable, but her next statement was about how the error occurred. She quickly offered the excuse, "that they are training a lot of new people."
