Since there was no wait, we were immediately greeted by three different team members. We all needed a minute to make a decision. For this visit, I ended up with the Double Quarter Pounder meal since I really wouldn't be having much else until we got much closer to home (about 5 hours later). There was one mistake with it, as the meat was all over, not on the bun as it should be. I went back up and showed one of the workers and they took it back to the manager. Next thing I know the manager comes back up and apologizes and will replace the item. About 5-10 minutes later, the replacement came out and was exactly the way it should be. There were many apologies for this, which is hard to find anywhere you go these days. Overall, this was one of the better McDonald's locations I have been to. They definitely passed in how they handled the issue I had with professionalism. If my travels take me this way, I would definitely come back here again.
