I ordered a 6 finger chicken finger plate with 2 extra Zax sauces. These plates typically come with fingers, fries, toast, Cole slaw, drink and 1 Zax sauce. The order that I received was missing the Cole slaw and a Zax sauce. Because I paid for two items that I did not receive, I am giving this location 1 star - I would select 0 stars if possible. I guess it's a good thing that I did not have the Cole slaw, because I was not given or offered eating utensils either. When you're eating in a hotel, you expect to receive the basics mentioned on the Zaxbys menu. The restaurant did not appear to be the cleanest from the drive-through window either. The management of this location sullies the Zaxby's name in every possible way. Service was incredibly slow, and one of the crew members snapped at my husband for taking our food before his name was called. This was after he stood at the counter for five minutes after the tray was set down. The soda machine was broken, and they were out of napkins. What kind of restaurant runs out of napkins?! The chicken was good, but the fries were overcooked and inedible. Apparently, they also ran out of the treat that comes with the kids' meals, so they gave us one small cookie for two children. The bathroom was FILTHY! There was no soap available. If we had used the restroom before eating, I would have walked out. I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but this isn't the first time this has happened. I never go to Zaxby's because of their prices and I don't order fast food chicken unless it's Chick-fil-A BUT I did enjoy their Cobb Salad once upon a time. Probably before Covid hit I could get their Cobb Salad and eat half for dinner and have the other half for lunch the next day. I didn't get it often because I don't eat out a lot but when I did I looked forward to it because they use to really put it on and at that time it was like 8.79 with tax. Now it's 11.12 and this is what you get. The last time I ordered it was probably 3 months ago and it was smaller than normal and there was no bacon ( which really ticked me off ) but I thought well maybe it was because they were busy or short staffed etc. Today at 6:10pm there was no line which should have given me pause. Obviously that thought didn't register in my brain because I pulled on up and ordered my favorite salad. So here I am at home looking at this pitiful excuse of a 11.12 Cobb Salad, NO BACON, 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, less lettuce than the cucumbers and tomatoes combined and the egg.... I was looking for fast (finger) food during a 15 hour road trip when I saw this restaurant and thought I would give it a try. The speaker at the drive threw was annoyingly muffled and I had to ask the person taking the order to repeat herself several times. The lady at the drive threw was nice and our food came out fast and hot. We ordered the 6 piece chicken finger platter with fries and a sweet tea. The platter came with their own sauce and any extra sauce is $0.25. The chicken fingers had good flavor and were very hot and tender. They were good on thier own and didn't need any sauce, thankfully because I didnt care for their sauce. The fries were hot, but uneventful, and the sweet tea was definately sweet. Went here for the first time on recommendation of friends back home. We had a really nice person behind the counter named Amber that was super patient and helped us through our order and gave us helpful tips on what she likes and what popular items are. The restaurant seemed very busy and seems like a popular place to come for lunch. We got fingers, fries, chips and an order of the cheese bites. We did order the Zaxby's sauce with all three orders and only got one sauce, so did have to run back in and grab another one, but they were super sweet and gave us large containers of to go ketchup so we didn't have to use the tiny paper cup thingies for ketchup so that is a wash in my eyes. The food was pretty tasty!!!! Restaurant and bathroom were all clean. Our son said it was some of the best fingers he has ever had. read more

This was our first time eating at a Zaxby's, but it won't be our last! The food was very good! They were extremely busy when we arrived, so we did have to wait awhile for our food. However when it came out it was very hot and fresh. So that did make it worth the wait. The chicken is very flavorful. The fries are crinkle cut which I love. My husband got the Tongue Torcher chicken tenders which he felt weren't hot enough considering the name. He did like the mild sweet taste to the sauce with the heat. The bathrooms were very clean which was somewhat surprising with how busy they were. So management is doing a great job keeping up with that. The only issue we had was they were completely out of napkins. That was not a good thing with eating chicken. Then when we got our order, they forgot our dipping sauce, we had no forks and no ketchup. So we had to wait back in line to get that. They should have asked if we needed any of that when we were given our order which would have benefited both the customer and the employee. read more

The soap dispenser was hanging off the wall. The drive thru was wrapped around the building because they could only take one order at a time. I had to tell the girl my order numerous times and when we got to the to the window it still was not correct. I had to tell her my drink order again and she left off the fried pickles. I told her 3 times when I ordered to add the fried pickles. She never apologized and told me I would have to go back around and get in line again. However, the drive thru line was very long, even with a staff person taking orders towards the beginning of the line. Once you ordered, there was no other option but to wait and the wait... which from start to finish was 52 minutes. I would suggest skipping this place with so many other options nearby if you are in a rush (or have somewhere to be in the next hour). During the wait, I did run into the restaurant to use the bathroom. The inside had trash piled high at each receptacle, several families waiting for food, and no one ordering. This place is filthy and the customer service is horrible. The older lady taking the orders was very rude not only to me but to other customers. A customer spilled a drink and asked for more napkins and they gave her one. She wanted to clean the mess. It took 35 minutes to get our food. The sandwiches were good and hot but had very few (around 5) unseasoned fries , with each order, 1 pickle slice each and 1/2 a piece of bacon. The chicken tenders were also ok, again the fries were unseasoned. I wish I could tell you how the coleslaw was but since I wasn't given a fork in my to go order I can't tell you. Upon leaving after waiting 35 minutes for our food (slowest fast food ever ) I asked for extra sauce and was told no they were .25 cents each. When I pushed back reminding them they made us wait I was told no per company policy... really?!! Needless to say my one sauce didn't last the tenders... more sauce may have helped. Also ketchup not provided with the meal may have made the lifeless tasteless fries better with some ketchup or extra dipping sauce. Everytime I go to Zaxbys something is wrong. The first time there were 2 employees fussing and cussing in the back of the parking lot while people were trying to say their orders. Their milkshake machine is "down" almost every time I've went an their fries don't even have seasoning on them and sometimes they're soggy when I get them. The cashiers either can't hear or aren't paying attention when someone is trying to place an order because it's constantly "I'm sorry sir can you repeat that?" Or saying the complete opposite of what I just asked for. I was told to pull up for my order and after 20 mins of waiting I finally got my food. So I recommend them to hire better people because I will not be going back there anytime soon. read more
