The balsamic vinaigrette (which I usually love) was very bitter and had the worst flavor. They really need to change that recipe! The pecans were supposed to be "candied", which really elevates the flavors of a strawberry salad. There were very few, and they were not candied, but just regular salted tiny pieces. Overall the combination of all the flavors just didn't work, and made for a boring tastebud experience. IF I ever go back I'll try something else. As far as the service, that was disappointing too. The young lady at the register was very nice, but everyone else could really use some customer service training. After eating, I went back to the counter to get a to-go box. I stood there for 3-4 minutes, and had numerous employees walk right past me and not even make eye contact. Even the manager that was in the kitchen making food looked over at me and said nothing. I was trying to wait patiently, but after a few minutes, I finally flagged someone down to get the to-go box. It doesn't seem like they care much about the customer experience, and that usually makes up for lackluster food.

It was very hot and fresh. The meat was chopped so much that it almost seemed like ground beef. It lacked the flavor he was hoping for. The fries are no longer hand cut as the menu on Facebook says. We think they should offer to sub hand cut fries for an extra charge to make up for the hard work. Some folks don't mind frozen fries but we love a good hand cut fry. Turn in to the second driveway for their parking lot or drive through. The entrance has a ramp but could be challenging for some people in wheelchairs or who are handicapped. I have some family members who would have difficulty getting in. See the picture I posted for reference, and you can determine if you can get in or need to stick to the drive through. After looking over their menu, I finally decided to get the chicken finger tacos with the chipotle ranch sauce and pico de gallo. They are made with flour tortillas which I found to be rather blah (I'm used to home-made or at least really good flour tortillas in my hometown which is 95% Hispanic). Thankfully, the chicken fingers were generous, hot, and tasty. I would have enjoyed a bit more of the sauce. It was not spicy at all. The pico de gallo was passing. Again, I've had the best elsewhere, so I'm a bit picky. Overall, the food was pretty good. It was a reasonable price. The food was served in styrofoam, disposable containers. The drink station had soft drinks and fresh brewed iced tea. The young lady who took my order was friendly, as was the manager who offered to clear my table of the tray and empty food container when I had finished. The chips are crisp and the bags are not 70% air like Schlotskys or Which Wich (I am a big fan of both by the way). The location is not super convenient as you have to drive through that incredibly cramped parking lot and deal with the Lakeland traffic merging onto Airport when you leave. It is movie theater adjacent which is nice for a Saturday afternoon with the spouse/kids/friends **updated** All in all I love it!
