I like the atmosphere better than the jersey Mike's that was here before simply because it feels like there's more light for a sandwich shop and everything is just brighter. The food was great. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onions, vinegar, salt, and light mustard. Although I would've preferred a little more salt on the chicken seasoning, the chipotle aioli made up for it. That sauce was so delicious!! You're also able to get as many toppings as you want, along with as many sauces as you'd like free of charge!! It's great! My boyfriend got a Philly cheesesteak with extra cheese and holy Toledo was that sandwich so delicious! The seasoning was perfect and the steak melted in your mouth. I recently stopped by Subbin in Kendall and ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Sub. The sub itself was hot, fresh, and cooked to a great temperature, which I definitely appreciated. The chicken was flavorful and the ingredients tasted fresh. My only complaint was the sauce. It seemed very thin and liquid-like rather than creamy, which took away from the overall flavor. I asked for extra sauce, but it still didn't quite hit the spot the way I was expecting. That said, Zach provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I was craving a sandwich and found Subbin on my UberEats app for delivery. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich which is one of my go-tos at a sub shop. Even though it was delivery, the sandwich arrived still hot. The bread was soft and fresh. All of the ingredients that I requested were on the sandwich and went well with the flavors. My husband got the cheesesteak with a lot of peppers and he enjoyed it. Missed the mark in all categories. Ordered a cheese steak with mayo mustard onions pickles spov, only got steak and bread with no toppings. Bread and portions are not up to par with other local sub shops. To be fair, employees were friendly, except the young lady at the register. Her demeanor completely changed after we simply asked to see what the large looks like. It's not like we had some crazy request, or lacked good manners. Feels almost as if all the missing toppings were vindictive knowing it was a take out order. And at $33 for 2 subs, it's just not worth the price. When it comes to the ambiance I'll just say, you can try polishing a turd, but in the end you'll still have a stinking turd. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

The sign says "Subbin" but this is the right address. I've tried them three times, loved them every time. Fresh bread, great ingredients. The grilled Italian was a special touch of spicy. All in a ln extremely clean and inviting shop. Definitely going to be a staple of my local lunch spots. One thing I appreciate is just how well trained the employees are. Dear Subbin Corporate Team, I am writing to formally report an extremely disappointing and inappropriate experience at your location (Store #13668) last week Friday. On the evening of my visit, my family and I entered the restaurant while the store was nearing closing time. Instead of being treated with professionalism, the staff began playing loud, obscene music in an apparent attempt to rush us out of the establishment. The music played mentioned a woman's vagina and oral sex. TURNED UP TO THE MAX!!!! This is arguably top 3 worst experiences I've had in a restaurant. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially considering I had my 11-year-old child present. No family should be subjected to explicit content in a public dining environment, particularly from the staff themselves. This experience not only made us uncomfortable, but it also reflects poorly on the standards and values of your brand. I am requesting the following: * Confirmation that this issue will be addressed with the staff involved, which was the cook (black female), and one other female who was assisting in making sandwiches (young Latina) * Assurance that proper conduct standards will be enforced moving forward I would also appreciate follow-up from a district or regional manager, or owner regarding this matter. However, the overall experience was negatively affected by the extremely loud music playing inside the restaurant, which could even be heard outside. Most guests simply want to enjoy their meal in a comfortable environment where they can have a conversation without the music overpowering everything else. I liked it so much that I came back a few days later, but the second experience was a total 180. The meat was terrible and lacked the quality of my first visit. At $20 for a sub, that is a very steep price to pay for such an inconsistent experience. Also, the last time I placed my order, they got it wrong and this time they didn't get it entirely wrong, but they forgot the oil and vinegar. Which to some people it's not a big deal, but it does change the taste of the sandwich. When you're paying $20 they should be able to get it right My son gets a plain large steak sandwich and he barely had cheese again for $20. The least you guys can do is add some cheese. Great service from the minute you walk in as well as a clean and modern design. Staff was very attentive and made quick work of the order. Got a cheesesteak sub and man was that a great sub, probably the best meat I've had in a steak sandwich with a perfect bread to go with it, and generously proportioned as well. And as a bonus the owner was there till closing and going around asking all the customers how their meal was, had a nice chat and found out more about the restaurant considering I only had just found them on the map and was curious about how it started. Vinyldabber Records: I used to hate on this place because they always missed the mark. I hated on it because I always felt like I should've gone to another place. I heard that they opened up a new spot in Kendall that was close to my home, so I decided to give them another opportunity. I didn't order what I wanted to. I ordered somewhat based off of the gentleman in the front, with a broken thumb, he took care of me at the register. I would recommend their Mr. Morecheesio sandwhich. I ordered a large, but it seemed a little small to be called large. It is more or less about the same price as my favorite go to sub Spot called hungry bear. The bear just gives you a lot more meat, but they also do not use that coooer cheese. It's a mixed review. But I will return to this place. If you don't use Cooper cheese, you're not doing it, right. The bread, I must say was on point and very soft. I'll be back I can't give you five stars, because well the size. But it is delicious. Congratulations. read more

Came back again and just realized I've been overcharged on every visit. Menu says a large 16.50 for all the sandwiches under steak with the Mr. morecheesio as a (+$1.00). I ordered a steak bomb this week and noticed my receipt said a large was $16.99. It is a little misleading to have a different price on the menu and then being charged a different price. My previous receipts for Mr. morecheesio was charged as $17.75 so it was not a dollar upcharge, it was $1.25. My previous receipts for the normal steak sandwich were all charged as $16.99 as well. read more
