I ordered a special yesterday 2 for I . These sandwiches weren't made they were thrown together ( what a mess) the only thing that was edible was the brownie. I also ordered a bag of chips which I never received luckily I wasn't charged. I attempted to get a credit or refund from either Uber Eats and or Jersey Mikes. Both said I wasn't eligible because I didn't take a picture of their indifference. I have been in this store and watched this guy work. Unacceptable! Stay away from doing businesses here. read more

Orderd the giant #17 MIKE'S FAMOUS PHILLY sub today for lunch. It had grilled onions, peppers & white American cheese. The sweet peppers were a bit too sweet for my taste and I will order the sub without them next time. The giant sub was big enough to share and my husband and I were both full after eating our half. The bread was soft and fresh. I would definitely order this again especially because you get a bang for your buck! read more

I just ordered an Italian sub a asked for jalapeño peppers and onion well super disappointed that I only got 3 pieces of jalapeño peppers and 1 strip of onion. I love my subs and of course Subway has been my to-go place for subs until I tried Jersey Mike. This fast food joint started in the namesake state and has finally arrived to Miami in the last couple of years. This became my obsession during the pandemic and I still get my cravings. Today I decided to ordered my usual the original Italian on wheat bread. The cuts of meats here are custom done and are the freshest out there. We went for lunch today and I have to say, while the food was good service needs improvement. I ordered a tuna tub, which I guess is their salad. It was a little difficult to get the girl to cut tomatoes and onions to put on it. My lunch partner ordered a #17, steak sub. We decided 17 stands for how long it takes to get it. The person behind us in line also ordered a steak sub, but somehow was long gone by the time ours was ready. The thing that struck me was the fact that the manager just gave an excuse. "They have a lot of Uber Eats orders". A customer does not want to hear an excuse. An apology and let me see what is going on with your order, goes a long way. read more

I LOVE JERSEY MIKE'S! I moved to Miami from Connecticut where this particular sub chain was very prevalent. When I saw that they had finally made there way down here, I was so psyched! I have both been to the store and ordered delivery through uber eats. Both sandwiches were absolutely delish, as expected. I normally get turkey and bacon on a whole wheat sub roll, always Mike's way and always with the addition of their hot pepper relish. One of my favorite things about this sub sandwich chain is that everything is extremely fresh. The meat is shaved right before your eyes, the lettuce and tomatoes are chopped daily. Nothing like fresh shredded lettuce. The selection of chips is A+ as well, but honestly a regular sized sub is enough food for me. read more

I have come to this location for years and I have never had a bad experience. I have always thought jersey mikes to be a superior sub spot. Today I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch sub. I have been excited to try this one out since I have tried almost every sub on the menu. As the employee handed me my sub she told me "just so you know we don't have bacon"... it's a BACON sub! Why wasn't I told when I ordered it. I was so shocked and baffled I payed and left. I still can't believe this happened! My sandwich when I finally got it was good BUT the service is a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT !! Not only was I ignored standing in front of the slicer, others were attend to and I was left waiting. Cashier had to take my order because the person that should have taken my order ignored me! the customer to train another employee on slicing meats and cheeses. Then my hot sandwich gets cooked and my cold sandwiches were still not done and everyone was clueless. I was about a month ago at the Coral Gables location or near that area, sometimes I do Uber Eats and that day the app sent me there to pick up an order. When I arrived, the restaurant only had two girls preparing the orders with all the calm in the world, without any rush or attitude of service or haste, being a restaurant with a fast food concept. Next to me were two gentlemen also with the intention of picking up their deliveries, one of them had been sitting there for more than twenty minutes waiting, fed up! The other (the three of us were discussing the strange situation) canceled the order and left, because obviously he would have to wait a long time. There was no one to prepare the orders for the applications, the restaurant was empty, only one of the girls was serving the public that was there, a very calm lady and the other girl, quietly storing and packing ham. A completely outrageous and unacceptable attitude. As they heard that the other driver and I were complaining in shock about the slowness and bad service, we also assumed that it was about very young girls, lack of training and that there really is a lack of staff there, but they heard us talking and got upset. When they finally deigned to start preparing the orders online, I asked one of them if my order was ready or if the one she was preparing was mine and she responded badly, very badly, as if she was doing me a favor or like it was wrong to ask. The other, who didn't help or do anything, who was putting ham away, or putting something on and taking it off, got in very rude to tell me that she had heard our complaints and comments (those of the driver who left and me!) and what did she think that we were disrespectful, and my order was still not made !! The most incredible and unheard of thing that I have seen in bad service and I let him know very upset. When they delivered my order and I ran to my car, the Uber Eats customer called me (he was very polite) worried about how long it had taken me and that his pregnant wife was waiting for his food !! Good thing I accept my apologies, my shame and I was able to deliver your order without problems. That restaurant is THE WORST THING I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE in terms of customer services, they don't train their staff, they don't hire people... do you think having moderately tasty food is enough? Decided to try there Subs due to a recommendation from a friend. I was told to get the Italian "Mikes Way", so I did and out of the Three sizes, I ordered the Giant, which is bigger than 12 Inches. The other Two are Small and Regular, which a little bit bigger than a 6 Inch. The Sub was very good, it tasted like the ones from old Georges Sub Shop on SW 8th Street before he moved up to Central Florida, Fucker, which was one of the Best Subs Shops in Miami. I have been here a couple times and always had a very good Sub, but they are a little pricey, especially for the Giant size. I do not know about the other Jersey Mike's Subs in the area, since it is a Corporate Food Chain, but the one in Pinecrest is very good. All of the ingredients are fresh, I was amazed how fresh the Bread is. If one is in Pinecrest and want a Sub, one needs to try this place out. read more

I make the order online at 1:10ish PM to pickup at 2:12 PM. First time ever eating at this place so I was kind of excited to visit. I ordered a GIANT hot sub of some sort and paid $17 and change. Can't recall the exact sub but it looked GOOD. I have an hour lunch break which is why I set it up so that I can grab-n-go. I get to the store and my order is not there. Not only that but apparently my order was stolen. I'm in here waiting for my food to be made wasting my lunch break time which begs the question, why have the pick up option if it's not going to meet the customers standard. If there simply was protocol set in place to confirm the order is for person picking up this would've all been completely avoided. But I guess if I want some free lunch I'll just go here and pickup a random pickup order huh? Never going again. In the plaza it's in there's WAY too much competition with better service than this establishment. Loud music blaring all throughout didn't make for a good waiting experience either. read more
