We needed to stop for something to eat and Jersey Mikes hit the bill. They have a variety of different hot and cold subs and they come in three sizes. I ordered an Italian sub in the mini size. The staff was courteous and friendly. It was tough understanding them but it's not always easy to be understood when having to talk through an M95 mask. Ugh Covid. read more

One star. Service is fine but hear a scam while in there. Gentleman in front of me ordered 2 of the same sub, both regulars. Who I think is a manager said the person slicing should have made it as a giant as "he's getting more meat now than he should." Excuse me? If hes paying for two regulars, then he should get exactly what two regulars get. With a statement like that, it seems a giant is the size of two regulars, as she was instructed to make a giant and cut it in half later, but with less meat, since "hes getting more meat." No he isn't. Hes paying for 2 regulars and the amount of meat that comes with it. You're trying to scam customers and save on product cost by skimping on items. Shame. read more

I don't eat at Jersey Mike's much, in fact maybe only 1 or 2 times ever.. but that's about to change! Besides the nice new convenient location, the food was really fresh and tasty! I went around lunch time, so they were slightly busy and still got my food quickly. I didn't catch his name, and I'm only guessing he was the manager, but the guy working there was really nice, and seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer and a person, which I really appreciated. Also, idk why I've never heard about their fresh baked cookies before, because that was for sure the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had, and I will probably get in trouble from eating a lot more of them now. I stopped by after working an exhausting day as a nurse in the ER and wanted to get my wife a sub with cooked deli meat due to her being pregnant. I had my eye on the club that would be perfect to suit her needs. The only requirement would be having the employees heat up the meat on the flattop that they use for their Phillies. Upon my request, I was informed that was not possible because if they had to do that for one customer, they had to do it for another. I looked around and at that point, I was the only customer in the store. I thought that at this juncture of the pandemic, customer satisfaction would be something of an importance but I guess I was wrong. I was an avid lover of the #6 at a Jersey Mike's and got nothing else. I'm gonna miss that sandwich but I refuse to endorse a restaurant with that kind of customer service. My fiancé and I pick up food from this location all the time without any problems. Sandwiches are full and employees are friendly and helpful. When we did have a mistake (which may have even been my fault), they took care of it without hesitation... that's what we call great customer service ya'll! For those of you that left bad reviews and had problems, hopefully you talked to these people before spilling your guts because it seems to me that they would've taken care of you! That's what it's all about right? We all make mistakes or can easily miscommunicate, so give each other the opportunity to fix it and if not, that's where the real problem is... but not at this Jersey Mike's location! Worst service at any JM's ever in my lifetime. Don't get overly excited as they clearly need to work out some "kinks" with just opening. But as I business owner myself I'd start with new staff. Some that 1) know the menu 2) can hear and actually listen and 3) some that have some organizational skills. I won't return for a while so you can work on this issues. I would have given 1 star but the young lady as cashier was very polite and while appeared freighted by the girl at grill she did thank me and wish me a nice day. Customer service can make or break you so please heed these recommendations. And FYI Jersey Mike's is my all time fav sub so this really hurts read more

They were offering half price subs. I always order the blt sub from this location because it has so much bacon on it. I ordered the " half price " sub and it has very little bacon on it. Probably one third of the amount I always get. No more jersey mikes at this location for me. I returned for another and it was PERFECT! Thank you Jersey Mike's! read more

I am really shocked that this place got 2 1/2 stars! This Jersey Mikes is always clean. The people are friendly and the food is fantastic. Maybe the old reviews are from when they first opened. Every business has to work out the kinks. I would highly recommend this JM's Don't worry about the virus situation. They have it really clean and the chips and such are behind the counter. Yard work on hot day. Happy & looking forward to to a late lunch & no line in this JM's. So ordered a whole loaf The Italian cut for three. While waiting as two other customers came in. A couple time I just just joked about jalapeños and asked the next guy for mayo on the top. Then said lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, salt, pepper, olive oil. So, he picks up jalapeños and when I corrected him he proceeded to lecture me, a 72 yr old customer, in front of the other customers about making easier by saying, "everything except" WTF! Well, I responded accordingly as he proceeded to cut my sandwich for four. The sandwich was good but don't think any customer should have to be disrespected, in such a patronizing manner, ever. After the first failure she asked if i wanted a new sandwich, Heck yes listen the first time! Then after saying light on one of the additives she still poured oil in excess! I got a mobile order giant chipotle cheese steak. Although they forgot to put it in a bag, along with my chips, water, and cookies, the sandwich was perfect. I don't know who made this finely crafted assortment of cheese, steak, chipotle, peppers , and onions, but it was amazing. And this wasn't my first time either, I've had it many times before. But this was the first time it did not make a mess. I picked up my order, drove 15 minutes to my girlfriends to share, and it wasn't soggy or wet in the slightest. Every single piece of steak, cheese, chipotle sauce, pepper and onion was well contained inside the sandwich. We took huge bites, small bites, held it up, down, left and right and nothing spilled. No sauce, no grease, no crumbs. And it was still FILLED with the goods, it wasn't any less filling than normal. By god when I had finished this sandwich my hands were so clean I could perform brain surgery and wouldn't even need to use hand sanitizer. I didn't even realize how spectacular this was until an hour later, reminiscing about this sandwich, and what kind of architect or engineer mathematically guaranteed a structurally superior sandwich. I normally don't leave reviews, but it is necessary in this case. First, I walked in and the girl with nose rings comes out the back to take my order with a mouth full of food she's still chewing. Next, I asked for the Italian sub hot and she then tells me they don't do that because they don't have a way to heat it up. There was a hot grill right behind her. I know this because she says she can put my sub roll on the grill, "but don't tell anyone, because then they'll have to do that for everybody." I will never go back to a Jersey Mike's. Since when is customer service a lost art. If I was the owner I would want to know. Hope this message finds her/him. read more
