We were given a cup of water for our dog as soon as we were seated! * The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our puppy who is not well acclimated to lots of people, yet. We asked for a corner table and our waitress was very polite about the situation. * Overall, great service from our waitress, the hostess, and other servers. Everyone was very polite and welcoming! * A full dog menu is available with items ranging from grilled chicken, beef, and cupcakes. We got the chicken platter and pupcake-- and both seemed to be great choices for our four-legged friend. * Both the inside and outside are very clean and stylish. The bathrooms are spotless. The decor is eclectic. It's very modern and has a brewery vibe. * The dinner menu is very large and has items you would expect at a standard American bar. OK, so, for one I am not the person that makes consistent yelp reviews as it were. And I really try to not be negative unless it was absolutely horrible if I ever have made one. Also, I have lived in Myrtle Beach, my entire life. And been in this restaurant since it opened and seen the many changes it has gone through. But just to say, I've always enjoyed being able to take my dog up there that everyone loves, especially since they recreated the outdoor area. But for the last couple of years in the many times, I've gone up there, the service seems to be lacking from the bartenders. The two young ladies working I have seen many times over, and every time I have been there with whomever I have been with, we have generally had to sit there for at least 10 minutes before even being greeted or asked if we were wanting a drink or food. Case in point, just tonight I went by there with my pup, alone, and there was only one other person at the time sitting at the bar outside. Several at inside bar. I sat there and sat there. Finally was greeted. Got a beer. And was not spoken to again for well over 30 minutes to the point where I went to my car to get some dollar bills I had just to leave on the bar and go. I know that this bar is about to go in partnership with another brewery close by with a combined walkway in between both locations that's going to drive business up even more. And also, I noted plenty of servers and other staff moving around consistently. But if the bartenders can't maintain a level of service consistent with who's at their bar, then perhaps hiring another could be beneficial. All all of that to say it's not that I am bashing this restaurant and I will for sure be back as it were, but again the consistency in the many times I have been there and not been greeted within a few minutes as it were, and then sitting there with people with our drinks, empty waiting for anything is a little discouraging. read more

Man I just love this place. Our group ordered a total of 3 appetizers, 15 tacos, 4 different sides and 2 kids meals. I had the chance to taste the Sneaky Turds, Cheese Curds and Chips & Queso and each was super duper yummy. The Sneaky Turds didn't look how I expected...they looked like a crab cake but the flavor profile was unbelievable. While I didn't evaluate each taco what I can say is that every person agreed that their taco was tasty, flavorful and delicious. We all pretty much ordered something different so we had a wide variety to be able to comment on. Our sides varied from side salad, Cesar side, ranch fries and roasted taters. My roasted taters could've been crispier but the flavor was there. I heard some chatter around the different amount of seasoning on the fries (one order had a lot more than another) but neither person complained about how much they had. I love the way this place feels. It feels like a place I'd be a regular at back home. The live music was an added touch. Our waitress Teia was SUPER personable and funny. Loved her enthusiasm. "Why" you ask did I not yet again give this spot a 5 star? Well they change the menu up a bit and the chicken waffle taco is here no more. As someone who's had a beagle and absolutely adores them, I had to check this place out when I was in the area. We came here on a Thursday evening for dinner. Thursdays are trivia night here and can get busy; we stopped by a little later to avoid crowds and sat by the bar. I ordered the 2-taco plate, which included the sneaky taco and the under the sea taco, along with a side of mac & cheese. The tacos were also really good; the one with shrimp had sneaky sauce, while the other one had tropical salsa. We stopped by here for a taco Tuesday special, and even though the restaurant is fairly new, came away very impressed! First, our waitress, Adrienne, was great! She was always checking in on us at all times and made sure we were taken care of very well. She was one of best service experiences we have had in myrtle. Second, the chicken waffle sandwich was amazing. It was best part of the meal. It came with a honey butter type sauce. I would definitely Recommend trying it. The tacos were also really good. I ordered chicken Alfredo, chicken waffle, and chicken Mac and cheese and all were good. They did have taco special on Tuesday and different one other nights. We sat on the back patio right by the pond. It was a little bit noisy at time with highway right beyond trees, but it did not distract our experience. Very rarely do sandwiches impress me but the Thanksgiving day and Cuban Paninis were sheer perfection!! Get the gravy on the thanksgiving day to the side (tends to get soggy and messy) unless you want to wear gravy! Seriously forgot to take pictures of the food because it smelled so good!! Next thing I know the Thanksgiving sandwich was gone (and Cuban half gone!) Really wish they served soup and a half sandwich options. I'd eat here everyday! Went for happy hour, ordered beer and vodka with cranberry juice. Good value here. Ordered the Brussels sprouts and Coconut Shrimp. The Brussels sprouts came out first. Even though the flavor was good, there were hardly any full pieces of Brussels sprouts as they said they fry them in a pan which made them fall apart. We also ordered the Coconut Shrimp, but due to miscommunication the order was never placed. So when our order was received, it looked very crispy, not the normal way we normally expect it. Absolutely loved the fact that it's dog friendly and my dogs and my friend's dogs had a blast together. We came with 5 beagles. What really got me was the insane amount of mosquitoes in the outside patio seating area and nothing done about it. There was no outdoor fans either. I got stung in 2 places on my face, 5 places on my legs, and 2 places on both my arms. I was wearing long sleeves and long pants too!!! It was extremely unpleasant being unable to wear lighter clothing because of mosquitoes given how humid and hot it was. Hence, the 3-star review instead of a 4-star. Frustrating experience. Sat at bar to eat and drink for few hours and was basically ignored by the bartender. He would stop by, ask what I wanted, then go off and do something else without filling my request. I had to ask another bartender for my beer, and then I had to ask the second bartender for food (twice) because the first bartender just wasn't engaged - he would walk by and help others, just not me. Food was ok - basically glorified apps, but good selection. I ordered spinach dip and boneless wings - had better elsewhere, also had worse. Extensive beer selection, but I opted for a specialty drink and my husband ordered a margarita. Both were tasty, but not a lot of alcohol in them. Guess that's why they are reasonably priced. We have loved visiting the sneaky beagle when we are in the Myrtle Beach area. They are pet friendly (!!), there's plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, live music and we've always had a good meal. The service is prompt. The menu is plentiful so there is something for everyone (including your pet!). you can either sit outside and enjoy the warm weather or sit inside with the air conditioning. The build out is great including unique liquor tin sign decorations inside and a great courtyard that's super dog friendly. We sat outside with our dogs and loved the layout from the beer garden vibe to the handy hooks for dog leashes. The menu is unique and fun! We didn't even know what to order because everything looked so fun and tasty. Speaking of unique...the pup menu was great! The beer selections were very impressive from several local IPA to barrel aged stouts and barleywines. We didn't try any, but the cocktails looked great too. The food was delicious and fun! With a range from Sushi to tacos ordering is tough. We split a spicy crab sushi roll and then both ordered tacos. All of the tacos were tasty, but the weirdest sounding ones were the standout delicious ones! Highlights were fettuccine Alfredo, Phil, and Thanksgiving day. Happy hour is 4-7 pm and you can expect $2.50 basic domestic beer bottles, well drinks, 1 dollar off all draft beers (decent selection of craft beers on tap), 1 dollar wings (50 cent boneless wings), and lots of different apps from which to choose all marked down from regular prices.
