Clean dining room and prep area. And clean bathrooms. Ordered online 5 days after Helene hurricane hit. Online was working and staff fully staffed this afternoon. Very friendly and greeting. Didn't order my sandwich correctly on app and wanted rosemary bread before they started making when came to pick up. Glad I caught them. I got extras pickles when I noticed they had crunchy kosher pickles. Limited in veggies option vs. subway. But I like they freshly slice your meats to order !!! It's a nice touch here. Find what you like and stick to it. Nothing like a good sub for lunch but big enough to have for dinner as well!

All the subs I've tried have been good. The team there is always friendly and wants to make sure you are taken care of.

The chicken Philly sandwich was really good, and the employee who made it was very friendly.

We stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach, all the way from Oklahoma. I saw that they offer gluten free bread, so I was very excited to have a real sandwich! I didn't realize that when I ordered my sub they had to clean the entire slicer.....stop the line and everything. I felt like a major Ass hole. Unfortunately, I will not return to this specific location. Upon entering there were three teenagers working and talking amongst themselves. After, waiting for approximately 5 mins the young girl cutting the meat asked what my order was. I gave her my usual and said,"mikes way" she RUDELY, interrupted, saying" YOU DON'T TELL ME THAT" I said pardon me,"That was rude, and poor customer service" she went to justify her attitude and rudeness". The meat is cut to order in front of you depending on what you order. This time I was the only customer with 3 employees, 2 of which were high school age. Bread was fresh which is the key to any sub place. I ordered the Italian and it had plenty of meat and cheese. Enjoyed my visit. read more

It's great to have a truly great taste if the North sandwich shop in this area. The veggies were freshly cut and the meats were well porportioned to the bread. The sub roll was soft in the inside & crunchy on the outside-what you would expect from a good hoagie (northern sub)! The Folks were very friendly & cordial. I went shopping decided to stop and get lunch yesterday 3/23/18. I have only been to this restuarnt twice the first time was at the location on Knox Ave. (which i had a great experience) ny the way. Upon entering into the door I saw a young lady sitting on the counter on her phone. She said my POS is not working so you can't use debit or credit "I said it's ok. I have cash." Seem like she then got mad for some reason and didn't want to fix my sandwiches. She called for someone from the back and they begin to fix one of my sandwiches. I will never come back to this location because of her "Rudeness". I can take my money elsewhere. read more

I am reviewing based on my husband's experience. I never do these reviews, but felt compelled to do so. It was on 2/19/2020 and at Store #7053, 1141 Knox Ave, N. Augusta, SC. My husband was awed by the performance of their food preparation. His dad has to have gluten free foods. This preparer used several pairs of gloves, used parchment paper and was extra careful to not contaminate gluten free with regular foods. She was spectacular. My husband said the food was pricey, but good. He didn't have a lot to say about the food, mostly commented on the careful preparation that he witnessed. Thanks! read more

Expensive sandwiches and so little meat, no cheese, and very little choices to put in your sandwich. Might as well call it Jersey Mikes Bread's. Spent 50 something dollars there for 5 sandwiches and that did not include drinks or chips. For that price I should of just took my family to a restaurant or hell just go to subway or McDonald's and pay way less than that and also includes drinks. read more

Super slow and not the best staff. The sandwich was good. We were there at about 2pm on Sunday the 14th. There was one guy fixing sandwiches. He was nice but didn't seem to realize he was taking forever and people were waiting. Whoever the girl was checking people out needs a much better attitude. Hopefully she was just having a bad day because if she is that unfriendly everyday then I feel bad for them. The other girl was doing different things like cooking on the flat top. I actually just got the sandwich for my wife and then I went across the street to subway to get mine. Way better there. read more

Best Philly cheesesteak!! Friendly staff and well maintained establishment

Wanted this to be good but it isn't. Ordered a philly and the meat was cheap and not good, for $8 you expect something better. Almost every sub shop I have been to has made one better. The service was decent but the purpose is the subs. My first time I had a turkey sub and it wasn't much better. My husband had a veggie with extra cheese and enjoyed his however but probably won't go back again. read more

I had lunch here with my co-workers. The location was spotless, which was full with customers. The staff worked efficiently making the subs for the line that moved smoothly. My sub was made exactly as I wanted. TVs allowed us to keep up with new events in the political landscape during lunch. We will be back soon! read more

The staff is all great service is always good... The subs cost a little more than subway but you are paying for quality. The saying goes you get what you pay for.
