Placed an online order for lunch for 2 sandwiches. Arrived 5 min prior to pickup time given. Waited without being greeted. 5 min after pickup time was told they would he started next. 5 min after that was told they are starting them now. Told them to cancel order as I had to get back to work. Never recieved a notification that order had been canceled. Called up and they said oh, we can cancel it now for you. If I didnt call, they would have kept my money. Sent an email to Jersey Mikes. Was kind enough to get a blow-off email from Robert Calabro. Rob, thanks for telling me that lunch times are busy for you, I wasnt too sure. Also, the pickup times are also an estimate, could be 5 min sooner or 30 min after youre told to get your order, be prepared to wait. Im mostly upset your fast food restaurant was ready to keep my money for failing at customer service. How unfortunate, I have shared the email with all the blue collar municipal workers I work with. We went to try out Jersey Mike's new location in North Haven. It is conveniently located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking and easy access. We went in during a serious rainstorm and the store was still very clean. When we went over to order, everything was covered and all of the staff was wearing proper materials. The staff was very nice and attentive. All staff was very busy with what I can only assume were to go orders. Since all of the sandwiches are made fresh it does take a little extra time to get your order. My sandwich was the Italian combo abs I'm glad I only got a regular because it was HUGE. They had some great options for soda that were sweetened with agave. We had an enjoyable time conversing with the staff and sitting in and eating. We will definitely be stopping back! read more

The staff is friendly, but the location is severely understaffed. I always place my order online, yet I regularly end up waiting 15-20 minutes after arriving. Recently, there were only two employees working during a busy evening shift, and I waited 45 minutes. I'll be switching to the Hamden location going forward--never have I once waited at that location. read more

One of the workers got cut on the slicer name unknown Renee, one of the other workers started yelling screaming at her because she got hurt call her and the other worker stupid. The third worker a younger gentleman he became scared and out of place and tried to help because there was blood Renee continue to scream and dismiss them, the person who got cut, ran to the back to wash off her hand The guys tried wiping off the blood from slicer blood was in the Lettuce a lot on the floor and with the young gentleman because he went to the slicer to help out Renee starts yelling at him as she takes food from the slicer to the back and then continues to slice her own meat like you see in the picture she starts to berate the young guy and tells him he's stupid. Mind YOU she too, is contaminated because she took the Lettuce away from the slicer and brought it to the back then went to slice meat I told her she should speak better to him there's a situation she told me to shut the fuck up and call me a old bitch. Then she started screaming at me and told me she was gonna beat my ass , I said I can't believe this. Where is the manager? The manager comes from behind the wall where the girl is washing her hands and start yelling at Renee to shut up and I said she shouldn't be speaking to anyone like this he told me to get out, Renee comes from behind , the slicer takes off her apron and says she's gonna beat my ass and to get the fuck out. Where is the management of this store? The reviews say it all. I ordered my sub, went to pick up food at another location for my kids, came back and was told "they're wrapping it now" Fifteen minutes later, the cashier walks out with 8 or so subs. at other franchise locations you get your sub when it's ready, not as a group. The workers here have no sense of urgency. They're all disorganized and have a "push me , I'm coming" attitude. I've NEVER had a good experience in this store. I give this store a year or less. I am very disappointed with this particular Jersey Mikes. I ordered online at about 3:00pm on a Tuesday. I inquired about my order at the appointed time to find out they hadn't even started the order. The restaurant could have been cleaner. It appeared there were some untrained new workers there. My sub had way too much oil and vinegar (I had not even requested vinegar). The sub was definitely not as good as I have had at other Jersey Mikes. The workers did appear to be trying hard but this is just not a well run Jersey Mikes. read more

Customer in front of me inquired about her order, claiming to have waited 15 minutes. The cashier responded only with "I don't know," and nothing else. I had scheduled a pick up for 6:15pm, but still needed to wait an extra 10 minutes before my order was ready. They also did not seem to be using their pickup area, as another customer was waiting at least 5 minutes before finally asking about the number of bags on the counter. Turned out his order had been ready, but no one bothered to check or put it in the designated area. Stopped in driving while through town. Been to others and thought I knew what to expect service/quality wise. Upon entering we were the only customers, staff behind register on phone, whatever but, when he finally approached us for our order, after some time, pacing behind counter he couldn't find an order pad, pulls a new one and takes our order.Ive missed placed things, get it we all do but coupled with waiting for him to get off the his phone, was a rough start. All this would get a pass, but what happened next prompted this review. Order was taken, wife and I used the bathroom and came back to wait. No one started on our order looking closely at the grill to see if there was any progress could see it hadn't been cleaned in some time, grill was littered with old food and crusty from neglectful care. No one was in sight behind the counter, could hear staff carrying on in the back room somewhere. A girl emerged from the back refilling chips on her third time out asks if we've been helped, we respond yes. She says sorry and can hear her calling to the staff in back that customers are waiting. After seeing the state of the grill and started looking around more closely at things, the counter was messy bacon left out for who knows how long, crumbs, sticky floor, dirty tables. We left, won't be going back and will surely tell all our friends to avoid. read more

if I could give this place zero stars I would. the management sucks VERY bad. they are so rude and racist! They showed lack of attentiveness for myself and other customers in the establishment. the dining area is very disgusting and looks neglected on various occasions. I couldn't even sit down and enjoy my food. I approached the crew and asked if they can clean me an area two of the crew members told me that it wasn't their job I also brought it up to the manager and TOM the " corporate " man rudely told me he didn't have time and walked away. in conclusion Jersey mikes and Tom does not live up to the expectations with delivering the sandwiches and also customer service. read more

I ordered delivery from here and as we all know everyone's been outsourcing to third party delivery apps. So the delivery driver never showed up to pick up my order and it was two hours before I realized, "wait, where's my food?" I called the restaurant, and the manager picked up right as they were closing. He helped me figure out that they never showed up, and apologized. He went above and beyond in offering to personally deliver the sandwich on his way home from work, and for that I have to say thanks. Subs are good here and I've never had a bad sandwich, but I normally don't review unless there's something I feel deserves to be said. Thank you again for making sure I got my sandwich! read more
