This is, by far, our favorite sandwich shop. We stop in regularly. The dining area is kept neat and clean. The service is always super friendly and fast. The sandwiches are always delicious. They have so many options to choose from on the menu that there's sure to be something for anyone. They also have chips and several drink options that you can make a full meal/combo with. The absolute best drink is the agave vanilla cream soda! So good! If you want a great sandwich, friendly service and even a place to sit for a few and enjoy it, this is the place. read more

I seriously considered not stopping here because of all the low ratings - and only a couple of reviews in the past year - but decided to try it out anyway. So glad I did! I've never been to a Jersey Mike's so had no other locations to compare with but I've been to other sandwich/sub shops so that comparison was easy to make. The sub I got at the Oregon City Jersey Mike's was top-notch delicious and very filling. When I stepped up to the counter, I told Mallory the Sub Maker that I'd never been to a JM's before and she took great care to explain everything to me, even going so far as to tell Oliver, the other sub-maker behind the counter, when he asked if I wanted my sandwich "Mike's Way" that I had no idea what he was talking about since I'd never been there before. Now that's good customer service, right? Looking out for your customers! I ordered a medium Original Italian (provolone cheese, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni) with added pickles and pepperoncinis, as well as a small fountain drink. The sandwich was huge! I was sure I wouldn't be able to eat the entire thing but I was long past hungry and found myself inhaling the whole sandwich before I even knew it. All the cheeses and meats are sliced fresh for each cold sandwich and placed on the roll of your choice: white, wheat, and rosemary parmesan (I chose the rosemary parmesan just because and I wasn't disappointed at all). Since this was my inaugural experience at JM's, I decided to go the whole way with Mike's Way (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar, oregano, and salt) plus the added pickles and pepperoncinis. The bottom of the sub was a little damp (not soggy) from all that "juice" but it was perfectly fine. The parking at this location can be a lit of a challenge but it's well worth the hassle of finding a parking spot just to have one of these amazing subs, made up by a couple of people who want to do good by their customers. That Mallory deserves a raise! The inside of the shop was clean, sandwich prep area was clean, table tops were clean, restroom was clean, self-service fountain drink area clean. (If I had one suggestion to the staff, it would be to put a trash container of some kind near the fountain drinks for people to throw their straw wrappers in. For some reason, people can't seem to walk 5' to a trash container and will just leave their trash on the counter.) I'll be going back here for sure! read more

Making a cold sandwich ain't rocket science. As long as ingredients are fresh and in good proportions, and service is friendly and fast, 4 stars. This place filled the bill. The lead guy today, 10/20/23 in a hurry, super creepy glare, filthy meat/cheese cutters. Wipe it down, people Like to see cleaning happening. I was the only one there, no line just rushing for what? Where are you going? To turn the bacon? Stop. I asked for a bag for my 3 sandwiches, I get handed a bag?? You ask for a tip when cashing out but cannot bag up, stop. It had been a while since we went to Jersey Mikes..not for any particular reason, it just happens that way sometimes-you forget about a food and then remember again. So we've had Jersey Mikes twice this year and almost comically both tries didn't go well *at first-stay tuned*. The first time my husband goes to pick up our large order and after waiting like 25 min in the restaurant they realize they gave his order to someone else so they have to remake it. This turned into an hour long wait in total and it was family night with extended family so it was a pretty big bummer. They were very nice though and gave us free sandwich coupons to use for another visit. We recently used these and my experience with my sandwich was less than ideal-a tuna sandwich completely covered in tuna and mayo-all spilled out of the sandwich and coating it soggy on the outside (like it had been stepped on or something) and I asked for extra lettuce and received none. I did call and the manager (Sarah I think) was extremely nice and helpful and offered to remake it and gave us coupons again. All this to say...yes there are some issues sometimes but they're human made, we all make mistakes, and I know that companies are constantly training new people so it's bound to happen here and there. We just have to have a little patience and speak up kindly. In this case I still give 4 stars because the quality of the sandwiches are great- they're delicious- and IF there is ever a mistake they handle it beautifully. That's all you can ask for. read more

I come to this jersey mikes often and always have a great experience. The staff here always go above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. From the moment I walk in, they are welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The team takes the time to ensure the orders are made just the way I want, and they are super patient when I ask about different sandwich options and other questions i may have. It's rare to encounter such a cooperative and genuinely positive staff, and it really made a difference in my dining experience. The sandwiches, as always are, fresh and delicious, but the exceptional service is what will keep me coming back! Highly recommend this location for both the quality food and the top-notch customer service. Every time we go to the Jersey Mike's in Oregon City they make a mistake on one of our sandwiches. This time they forgot to put bacon on one of our sandwiches. Maybe less socializing with their fellow workers and concentrate on making sandwiches. All other Jersey Mike's seem to be able to get it right. read more

For the first time since this location opened, I actually placed my order and 2 minutes later canceled it. Here's why. After 5 minutes of waiting to place my order, I saw nasty brown lettuce, and the countertop being cleaned with a nasty rag. Totally cross-contaminating toppings. The most disgusting thing I've ever seen at a sandwich shop. The employees all look like teenagers that don't care about what they are doing, or are possibly not trained correctly?! Ordered and paid online thinking it would be quicker and ready when I arrived. Walked in and saw at least 10 empty bags being prepared for online orders. Long story short; waited for 20 minutes for my sandwich. Watched employees make sandwiches for customers walking in first. At least 10 walk-in customers received their food before they even started making mine. They need to figure out a way to make their online orders at the same time they're helping walk-in traffic. This is a new location for Oregon City, at first during the opening months they were "slower" than the other locations in the area that have been open for awhile, but that's totally normal! These people are friendly and great. Food has always been yummy and I highly recommend this location. Don't pay attention to the "Karen's" that rated lower than 5! read more
