Timber Town Grub has a really good idea, the execution on the food is lacking a bit based on what I ordered. What's missing? Salt. The pulled pork and veggies without the BBQ sauce is bland, with the sauce it's sweet, tangy, and has a tiny kick, but it needs salt to bring out all these flavors and to help balance to overall combination. The Mac 'n' Cheese was also missing salt, making it noodles in cheese sauce. Sadly the cheese sauce was also broke, which has a less pleasant feeling in the mouth. The flavor is stepped up if you get a bite of the bread crumbs on top (which has salt and garlic), sadly there is not enough crumbs to spread the salt to the entire dish. The Parmesan Truffle fries smelled wonderfully like truffle, but weren't too strong on the flavor. So that balance was nice, but they too were lacking salt. Service was good, and the woman running the truck was kind, friendly, and easy to talk to which helps the overall experience. Oh I should add I removed rice and such from the pulled pork and she was very kind offering a number of other options. :) Overall Salt could possibly raise this up a star. I had others in my family taste everything to ensure I wasn't missing anything, and there was consensus on the salt. So we shall give it another shot down the road. read more

I love stopping here every visit to Estacada. Not your typical food cart! The cauliflower mac & cheese is out of this world with cheesy goodness. But seriously this is what you're going to order the next time you're here... ready?? You're going to order the pork tenderloin sandwich. She makes it the way they do in the northern Midwest US, fried cutlet pounded thin that is so tender with a crispy thin breading. Fried to order, none of this frozen pre-fried crap. They also have pulled pork Mac and cheese, and also grilled cheese sammichs for the kiddos. read more

Just tried Timber Town Grub for the first time yesterday. My daughter ordered the Mac, my husband got the chicken bowl, and I got the pork tenderloin sandwich with the truffle fries. My wife and I did some take-out/take home earlier this week from Timber Town. We were both very pleased. We typically get two items and share those items. We tried the steak bowl with jasmine rice and the sloppy Joe sandwich. Both are solid portions. We were told it would be a 20 - 25 minute wait...it was 17 minutes. I like it when the vendor meets or beats his estimate so this worked well for us. The pricing is respectable...not cheap but you get plenty of food, although the baby bag of chips is a little weak. The quality of the food; really good. We both thought we would never finish the portions...we were wrong. The steak was tender and with the sauce on top the "bowl" was a little spicy. We would have liked a little more rice and a little less onion. The sloppy Joe sandwich was delicious...do not plan to eat it like a sandwich...this is purely a fork fed meal. We will be back. I recommend you give it a shot too. read more

Timber Town has been a treat for me as I recently moved into the area! The BBQ Mac and Cheese is delicious with either pork or steak (I like to rotate which one I get). The parmesan truffle fries are great, as is the ranch! If we're being honest though, none of that matters, because the desserts are the best part! A wide variety that switches up daily/regularly, and there's always something I want, and they have never once disappointed! I'm not sure how there is even a single poor review, because they are always so sweet, and the food is always delicious! Been here half a dozen times in the last couple months, and I look forward to continuing to come back for more! read more

The food here is pretty incredible. The portions are fit for a lumberjack and the prices are fit for my poverty line budget. And if those reasons weren't enough, you'd be hard pressed to find better customer service. The lady is so dang nice. She makes me miss my mom lol. read more

This place has the best green chicken bowls and their cauliflower rice is amazing (and I don't like cauliflower but I love theirs). The portions are very good size and they don't mind making changes to the food on the menu to your liking. The owners are an amazing part of our community and even during the fires worked endless hours feeding the firefighters. This is definitely a great place to eat. read more
