I do like a good Italian and selected Wheat bread. It is possible to customize toppings (I don't care for mustard or pickles). You can see in the cross section that the protein was layered high, and I should have asked for extra lettuce to balance it out. Loved the dressing and the seasoning on top, just a deep rich flavor and an aroma I remember when I close my eyes. There is an extensive spicy sauce rack, but I didn't think any were needed for this type of sub.
