I completely loved the tuna sub and it honestly made me wonder why I don't order tuna subs more often. The flavor was what was really excellent. The way they did the lettuce, tuna, tomato, and whatever sauce they use was really good and very flavorful. It's definitely better than Subway. The only issue was that parts of the bread were a little soggy. It wasn't the whole sandwich, just certain spots, so in a few places I avoided eating the bread and I ended up with a clump of soggy bread in my little hand. I did love that they put cheese on the top for part of it though and I thought the cheese they used really complimented the flavor of the tuna. I also think the cheese helped protect the bread from the moisture in the tuna salad so the cheese for me was nonnegotiable for ensuring the quality of the sub. If anything, adding a little more of that cheese and layering more of it so it fully protected the bread from the moisture in the tuna would have likely prevented the bread from getting soggy. Lightly toasting the bread first might have helped too. Other than that small issue, I was really impressed with this tuna sub. It smelled amazing too, honestly better than most tuna sandwiches I've had. I would definitely order it again. read more

I tried to be efficient today and placed an online order. Picked up the order and the bag was stained w dressing, when I looked inside, the salad had been sitting and leaked out of the "cardboard" container. I asked the guy at the register why they would put the dressing on it and leave it sit there, He was clueless, put the salad in a new bag and gave it back to me. So, now I get home to eat it and it is a total train wreck. Please dont put dressing on a salad in cardboard and let it sit for pick up.... seems common sense? read more

Some times this place is great and other times it's not so great. Tonight was one of those not so great times. When I order my sandwich on the app and then pick up in the store. I don't typically open the wrapping to make sure they did it correctly. Wish I would have tonight. They screwed up my order something terrible. The ONLY thing they got right was it was on a gluten free bun. But the rest of the sandwich was wrong as was the dressing and all the add ons. read more

Jersey Mike's is always a good choice! What I really like about this sub shop is the plethora of options!! Hot subs, cold subs, salads, wraps, and even breakfast sandwiches! Not only that, they have lots of meats, cheeses, and breads to choose from! They have a gigantic meat slicer on the counter, and slice the meat right there for you! Super fresh!! Went to Thai jersey mikes for the first time in awhile but every time . We eat here we love it they are such a clean restaurant. The staff our wonderful and they are polite. We always look forward to our sandwiches the mike way. I do not have a complaint one other than we could have used a little more vinegar, which is more so of a taste preference. More times than not lately, including tonight 7-30-2020 at 545 pm when I ordered, i was very careful to say NO CHEESE! My family will not eat the expensive sandwiches with cheese! I first tried Jersey Mike's 3 years ago when I lived in Minnesota and have loved it since! I don't like to eat a lot of bread, so the sub in a tub is perfect for me. And Mike's Way is so tasty! Simple, but really good. This particular location has been great the two times I've been there. I like that they have two turkey options. The deli that I've had at other locations and the roasted turkey which I've never been given the option to get at other locations I've been to. Have been coming here for quite a while. I used to live close by, but now take the long way home from work to grab a sub. I live closer to the new Bridgeville location, but the quality is way better at this one. The owner is present more often than not, and a while ago, even offered to let me in before they open so I could get a breakfast sandwich and still be on time for work (not sure if they still have those). Always very fresh ingredients. I have never had a bad experience at this location with quality of service. Worth the higher price tag. read more

The sandwiches are fine, though the tuna has a bit too much mayo. The biggest concern I had was the inflexibility of the staff on the kids menu. I wanted a veggie sub for my son with the kids meal, but they said I could only have the ham, turkey, or salami even though the veggie is the same if you take off the meat. My daughter stopped at this store on her way home from work and bought a chicken , provolone, and bacon hoagie. Two hours after eating it she became violently ill. Five days later she is in the emergency room for the second time trying to recover from a staph infection that must have come from your sandwich. Are you willing to cover the hospital bills.
