I walked into the shop during the lunch rush and was told their power had just gone out, and they could only prepare hot sandwiches. I was ok with that and moved to order one but then questioned if I needed cash since their card reader would also be down. I was told the sandwich was on them. I watched this amazing crew kick into action, each working smoothly to contact online orders, take care of customers in the store, all while trying to get their power back on. It was inspiring to watch the team work together. I got my sandwich, was not delayed at all, and was treated amazingly well in what must have been a really stressful environment.
